Tim Hortons

My sandwich combo was ready really quick today. Didn't have to wait 15 minutes.
I like Tim's coffee more than McDonald's but sometimes Tim's have extremely long wait time.
Tim's double double gets the job done.

Service over the years has taken a massive decline. Defiantly would skip out on this Tim’s and go to another one.

Food didn’t seem fresh. Also was very difficult to communicate with the cashier, she didn’t understand what we wanted and we didn’t understand her as well. The minimum requirement for this type of work should be to speak well one of the 2 official languages in this country. -_- Bad experience.

Felt dirty inside, cashier couldn't understand my order or didn't know how to use the machine as the wrong things kept showing up on the screen.

Prices on till are different than sign. Manager didn’t care - Parm, very rude. Wa simply bringing it to their attention. Oh Canada

If you think re-painting your walls next to customers and having the fumes inhaled while we are in line is acceptable you need to reconsider your management policies, no other business operates like that.submitted a complaint to head office

A staple of Canadian coffee and donuts. I always find Tim Hortons to be a good choice for donuts. The old fashioned glazed are my favorites and the coffee is great. I have not had a bad coffee at Tim Hortons. The only bad experience is the long lines when you are in a hurry. The Tim Hortons in Kitsilano is a nice place to go and pick up donuts and coffee but don't be surprised if the items you like may be out because of the high demand from people like me.
Overall I recommend Tim Hortons.

It's a rather disappointing experience, with the cheese croissants tasting burnt, and the turkey bacon club sandwiches not being warm at all. The food quality was below average at this particular place. 2/5

Place looks dirty and smokey inside from bad ventilation or something. Here’s a picture to show the problem. Told staff but doesn’t seem to solve issue.
