Tim Hortons

We placed a online order on the mobile app for pick up at this location. When we came to pick it up, they did not have the items and refused to give us a refund in the store, and told us we’d be refunded through customer service. Customer service then told us we needed to be refunded in store, so we had to go back. The workers and managers were unapologetic and seemed to just be annoyed at our presence when all we wanted was a refund for items that we did not receive? They ended up refunding us, not too sure why that was so difficult to do. Don’t do mobile order here.

Very very disappointed with this specific tim hortons i love habenero chicken bowl and the employees just gave me smallest cup of of rice and chopped chicken lesser than a spoon for $10. The plate was half filled with leaf salad. When i asked the employees to match my plate as much as i had at the other tim hortons they said they have proper standard of filling these which im sure is not true. I had to order another wrap just to fill me up. Im never coming back to eat bowls from this restaurant l. Taging tim hortons on official twitter handle as well.

The guy is rude! He gave my drink in a wrong size! And then he just transferred it to the large one and the whipped cream he doesn't even care to add.

Poor customer service and attitude. I ordered 20 Timbits for my kids, the clerk couldn’t keep track of what flavors I wanted, nor did she care to ask me to double check. Apparently she couldn’t count either, I got home and there were only 19 timbits in the box. Understand that human error happens, but her attitude was just poor. Won’t be going back.

I was there at 11: 30 am and ordered 2 bacon breakfast sandwiches and a turkey bacon sandwich.girl said they run out of turkey. Which I find surprising right before lunch.she said I will give you ham instead.or a blt. I said I will take ham and asked if she could add cheese to it then.she said that would be extra.omg. I said no thanks.
She never said sorry for running out of turkey.and I thought giving me cheese after running out would be a kind gesture.
Terrible customer service

Pathetic customer service and food quality. I ordered cilantro wrap and got that with very small portion of filling and we asked about the filling and she just ignored. Awful experience

Such a mess place…

As soon as I opened the store, I became the first customer, and gave me my meal by throwing it away, and I made a loud noise when ordering. If I ordered the wrong order, I suddenly said that it was because the store did not sell this product, let alone This product is the main breakfast bagel in the store

The clerk seems to be an immigrant to work. I hope that your store can have higher requirements and training for the employees. Now that you have come to Vancouver, please show a proper work attitude. Please don’t bring the bad habits of your hometown to destroy this beautiful city.impression.

Worst experience ever. The food maker girl is very rude. She made my order wrong and when i told her about that she talked so rudely. It was yesterday (21 june) incident and the time was about 5: 08 pm. This experience was the worst experience of my life.

I ordered double toasted bagel got it out side opened not toasted at all disappointing cold!

My favorite from their store is their Grilled Cheese and their Sour Cream, Glazed Doughnuts.

Their Grilled Cheese has a layer of cheese on top of the bread and then cheese on the inside as well. If your diet can allow it, I recommend adding bacon and extra cheese. Beyond delicious!

My food is always consistent and tasty from this location. Thank you to the workers there!:)

This place is only notable for being consistently understaffed. And when you finally do get served, the service is consistently poor.

More than one time, while waiting in a long queue, a staff member who's both preparing food and working the register finally went to the back room to wake up another napping worker for help.

Solid customers, pretty ok coffee.iced caps are good for when you want a sugar high, customers good for when you want frozen ii/ hugs

They don’t have enough staff to serve customers. There are long lines all the time and the girls who work there can't serve customers in the best way for the same reason

The croissants toasted with better and cheese were delicious but the donuts were like last weeks leftovers the donuts were so stale and hard, I was really disappointed that Tim Hortons would give out food like that to customers. Lesson learned check food before leaving store.

Worst food preparation I ever had; potato wedges were too soggy, and the chicken in the wrap was cold. There were 3 girls and a male behind the counter, they were joking around with each other in Punjabi, and laughing loudly (very unprofessional). I could understand them but for the customers who do not understand Punjabi, it was very disrespectful to them. I'll never go to the Kirsdale location anymore. SAD️

This is the worst Tims I went. I was in line to order, and the staff just ignored me for a while. Then I ordered a Chipotle Steak Wrap. After the payment done, the staff told me they are out of it. Then I asked can I cancel the order? Then the staff decided to make me a chipotle steak wrap. And the garbage was full around trash bins and coffee spills in the floor, not keeping hygienic obviously.

Please don't allow bare hand touch the food while grabbing it from the display. It is not food safe. Unhygienic practice

Employee was busy having a conversation on airpod, she was upset I came to interrupt her conversation.coffee cup was a mess and just left there for me to figure out it was mine busy chatting on the phone… new experience

I agree with most of the other reviews. Everyone who works here is miserable and the service is literally hostile.

I always go to tim hortons for morning coffee before go to work. Today one of their employee her name tag was balpreet (if am not wrong) she did really very great job today i come to know that i have more than 1500 points i can buy so many coffees by redemption of my point. Before nobody tell me about this thing.
She is so helpful employee. Want coffee from her everyday.

Understanding that there were only 3 employees present (which of course can impact an experience) - this location is by far the worst I’ve been to. Dirty, which again, understaffed, I understand, but the food itself is messy and poor. I have made the mistake of ordering a cream cheese bagel 3 (separate) times, paying for extra cream cheese, and receiving two slices of naked bread. Coffee tastes like it’s been spit in, everything is cold. Don’t bother when Starbucks is 50 feet away.

Staff always fail. Today they toast bagels before someone orders so they can serve them quicker but then you get them cold bagel. I stood their for 10 minutes and only then they realized they forgot my cold cap. Instead of apologizing, he said it’s on its way and then made it right in front of me

It’s dirty. If staff don’t want to be there… they should quit and go elsewhere
