Tim Hortons

A cafeteria where you can enjoy a coffee, desserts, among others with your friends and family. I recommend it.

This was the worst tim Hortons. My bagel wasn't toasted. I called and she said she would replace my Bagel and give me my money back. When I came back she told me she wouldn't give me my money back cuz she didn't remember saying that. The girl who re made my bagel threw it in the toaster. And rolled her eyes. I hope the manger see this. I'm going to complain to the higher ups. That's not okay how your staff treat customers. And no napkins. You give the guy behind me the brown bag of napkins and don't even re fill it. Worst place ever. Thanks very much

Possibly the worst Tim's the in the LML. "We can't make tea, we are out of hot water". Don't love being interrupted after every item; "and anything else? ". Watching 5 employees chat with each other while I stand at the cash register for nearly 10minutes waiting to have my order taken. Being told XYZ bagel type is out, requesting a different one, and am told the same thing three times over before the staff informs me that they just don't have bagels at all. Getting completely different orders from what I wanted, and getting gaslit by staff as to what I asked for. Also never once have I gotten a receipt from them. I could write these things all day.

Horrible service, i just ordered a cilantro chicken bowl and he even asked me in the drive through what type of chicken you want and I said crispy. I don’t know what else is the way to clarify that i wanted a chicken one. Now i came at work and gonna start my shift and there’s no chicken in that. Only lettuce and rice. Common you guys i paid for it at-least I can i get is my order right?

Horrible service and bad at taking orders. Ordered a cheese bagel toasted and with herb and garlic cream cheese. They charged me the extra $1 for the cream cheese. When I looked at what I got, it was a barely toasted bagel with no cream cheese and maybe some butter.

Would not recommend this location at all!

Everytime I have to clean my own table while staff enjoys chit chatting. Tell your staff to get on it. Everytime

Today was the final straw, not only do they never have any inventory. I made an online order went to the window to pick it up and was told at 2pm they had no chili. I told them to cancel the order and drove away.the order was not canceled and in order to actually fix this I need to go back to the store on my time to talk to the manager. Never ever will I go back to this particular store again.

Where do I begin.all I wanna say is that there are worse Tims drive thru lanes in the TriCities. But do you want to go find them?

Asked for a steeped tea with milk. They added cream.
Asked for a spoon in the bag. She said "of course it's in the bag". I got back to the office.there's a fork in the bag

Twice this week, terrible service. They do not listen to the customer.

Terrible staff. They rarely get your order right. I’m very clear with my order: one stepped tea with 2 milk and 1 sugar, a second stepped tea with ONLY 2 milk and no sugar (medical reasons). Almost every time we get our order, both have cream in instead of milk and both have at least 3 sugar. It has gotten so bad that I have to taste test them at the window and get them to remake them at least every other visit. I make sure to speak clearly, slowly and still have to repeat my order because they either do not have a good enough grasp of the English language or are talking to co-workers during the ordering process. They constantly leave their head-sets on, so you can hear them goofing off and chatting to each other. Based on the inability to take basic orders, perhaps these employees shouldn’t be working in this industry.

The coffee is so gross at every location but the tea is ok and they never have what we what in the case almost every time we go and that is not often anymore it is just bad at every location
