Decently fast service. I was in a hurry for lunch one time, and one of the workers on their lunch break decided to hop on the till early in order to get the line moving faster. It was a notable action indeed. Give the African American woman a raise, she deserves it. 4/5

We were the only people in the drive through. Sat there 10 minutes before anyone talked to us. Everything we asked for was either “sold out” or “unavailable to make”, this included any cold drinks. We decided to leave without getting anything and saw the employee walk outside and start smoking with people in front of the store. Very displeased.

Disappointed with service, i understand the workers have a time limit thru the drive thru, but it doesn't mean they should be rude. I have had to wait longer for simpler orders and never been "told" not asked to park in the parking lot. And if you have been to this Tims you know it isnt a great lot. By the time i would have gotten around and found a spot they would have had to be the ones waiying to had me the order. Give the staff a bit more time and take their stresses down for better service

Used the drive-thru around 11pm. The employee was soo rude literally was yelling. Not worth visiting instead go to any nearby tim hortans.

Terrible customer service the guy at window was so rude he literally yelled at me I wish I could fire him, he was tall white guy

Morning coffee is usually fine, but the afternoon is consistently terrible. Definitely need more training for the PM crew on how to make coffee. Their new dream donuts are way too sweet and no longer a nice treat.

Worsted service ever. Went in just before 9: 00PM Aug 23.2022.1 person cleaning one serving drive thru. I waited almost 5 minutes to place my order (noone in front of me). The girl behind the counter was talking to a friend and seeing where ger friend was from the e tire time I was there, she was just leaning on the counter and her friend on the other side. A coffee and 10 Timbits should never take that long with no line up.

Line up out the door inside the place and in the line up too! All the staff need a raise, and an actual thank you from their boss if they don't get it regularly as handling that amount of foot and vehicle traffic must be extremely demanding.

This place is not great. They need better training and quality control compliance. I'm sure it's not the staffs fault and it's all management.

Customer service here is abysmal. Employees stand around talking at the back with no one watching the counter or even standing close to it.

I go threw the drive threw ORDER — someone in the car wants another coffee - I get to the cash ask for an extra coffee - they say - SORRY we can’t add to your order - so let me understand this - you can screw orders up all the time - but you can’t add a coffee the order? That I’m willing to pay for - that’s terrible customer service! - whomever came up with this policy at this store should be fired - cause it’s not head office policy

This place was amazing! I just wish I remembered to take a picture of the food I got.

Awful drive through. Took five tries to order a coffee, a brand muffin, a honey cruller and another doughnut. They had almost nothing, not even timbits, neither did they actually know WHAT they actually had. Like pulling teeth.

Finally got to the window and it was like take your kids to work day, but the parents buggered off and got drunk. One girl was slowly stacking cheese slices a half a foot high at about one per second, staring blankly ahead. A second was doing even less, turning left and right while standing in the middle of the workspace, and a young man was frantically trying to cover for the others. I saw no real adults behind the counter, I think the average age was 17, max.

Waited 4 minutes (timed) until my wife yelled into the window. Until then, neither girl even gave the window eye contact, only the boy responded.

Paid, young man apologized, got order. Aaaand they got a doughnut wrong.

It's been getting steadily worse there, but honestly I don't know why I'd ever go back here. Date and time was about 9pm June 13th.

Best timmies I’ve gone to go there regularly and they never fail to impress with their great service always quick
