Mobile ordering is quick and easy. They always have it ready. They are fast and friendly! Really appreciate this location right outside of Metrotown Station & Mall.
Perfect spot for any pedestrian!

Today, my wife and I stopped at this location for a coffee and donuts. There were few customers seated at the tables and only us trying to place an order. The service was very slow, even tho there were 3 staff members behind the counter. After we got the coffees, only one had a holding sleeve on it and I had to ask to give me one more sleeve to hold the coffee. Then I had to ask again for my donut that they forgot about it. Then we found only one clean table to seat at. Rest of the empty tables were very dirty with empty coffee cups and dirty napkins on it. All of the garbage containers were overflowing with the garbage and the place wasn’t even that busy with few staff members behind the counter. This visit was not up to your usual standards, but on the other hand the coffee and donuts were tasty.

Love the service at this Tim Hortons. The team is friendly, quick and clean. I’ve been coming here for. Few months now and they’ve started recognizing me which makes my experience better. Sometimes it’s hard to tell with coffee is mine but when the make eye contact with me and set the cup down it’s communicated that that is in fact my coffee.

Food is consistent.

The bathroom is locked which is inconvenient at times but overall likely necessary. There are not many bathrooms in this area and it seems they have had some troubled guests that have taken advantage of the private space for long periods of time which infringes on other peoples need to use a clean bathroom.

It is a little crowded at times bride pick up station. The wall that divides the seating area that has a fire place in it takes up a lot of room (maybe it’s structural)

Overall this is my favourite Tim Hortons in Burnaby.

Staff are rude. When asked for a key to use the bathroom, they said somebody was inside
Waited 10-15 minutes nobody came out. Then a guy with a key opened the bathroom, nobody was there. We were paying customers that they didn't want to use their washroom

Every time we come here the tables and chairs are a mess and dirty. They never bother to clean the tables, all of them are only focused on taking orders. Always have to ask them to clean it. When you ask them they give you attitude while cleaning. Horrible customer service.

I ordered one French vanilla but The crew paid for it twice. I didn't notice then and I figured out that it was paid twice after checking my bank account. There's no way I can prove. Please Doble check.

I had a terrible experience at this Tim Hortons location.
I ordered a large chicken noodle soup, however, when I got home to eat, it was a small chicken noodle soup. I also ordered 3 hash browns, but only got 2. They charged me for a large chicken noodle soup and the third hash brown that I did not get. What is ridiculous, is that I asked the lady packing if all the items are in the bag (I even listed the items) and she said "Yes, you can check it by your self".

Love Timmy's' but just wasn't the same any more. Timmy's was all about the coffee, coffee just doesn't taste the same.i heard when Burger King bought the franchise, the recipe for the coffee was sold to McDonalds. A couple people I talked to said to try THAT coffee instead, but McDonalds is not one on my list of places to go.
