Employees seem to be lacking in training, unaware of how to use POS system properly, only partially aware of how to redeem points via their Tims app. This all falls to poor management in the training department but staff were trying and were still friendly but also dismissive of customers needs. So here I am with what should have been a simple transaction turned into am over complicated procedure in which could easily be simplified with better training on the staff side and a slight revamp in which the app redemption system could work within which being able to make up your order on the app and just simply scan and redeem said points for items ordered.
Again great staff they just need better tools and training.

Was traveling with my family, stopped at this TIM location for food. The atmosphere was excellent. Location was neat and clean. Specially the employee Tamara is some different among others. She was very much polite and take care of my family like her own personal guests. Thanks to all Tim staff and Tamara for great dealing and behaviour.

We ordered five drinks from this location this afternoon. All three were good, tasted fresh but one drink was worst. First of all the girl asked me two times about my that drink but when she made Chai tea latte, it tasted just like steep tea with a tea bag. So watery and no taste at all. Very disappointed with my order and had to dump it as it’s. I don’t waste any food usually.

Good donuts, the coffee is passable but no where as good as years ago before Brazil company bought it and changed the coffee.
