Just came in and ordered one large and one medium hot chocolate. When we got home, we took a sip and noticed it didn’t taste like hot chocolate. When we opened the lid there was no hot chocolate powder in our drink only milk. Such a waste of money and time.

Staff doesn't even know what a drip coffee is. The place is disgusting beyond redemption. Tables always sticky and dirty. The place smells like piss. Junkies at the door smoking crack. I feel sorry for the staff.

Suitable for take-out. The staff is friendly and the food tastes good. All meals and drinks are packaged for take-out. There are many desserts and salty dishes can be customized.

Night shift is awful. Tried to get bagel before work at 4 a.m, and they tell me they don't serve food at this time. Starting off a busy day on an empty stomach because of these guys on a few different occasions in the mornings. This has been going on for years. I can't believe management hasn't done anything about this.

Went in for a evening snack after dinner. First time at this location. Surprisingly busy with cars, people hanging around outside and steady lineup of 5-6 customers deep. Placed mobile order. Service was friendly, coffee was good. Only issue was the lack of donut choices at 9: 30pm.

Horrible customer service the people that toke my order where not very nice neither co operation with the order that I needed they asked to many questions and there attitude was very rude in speaking to the customer regardless I wanted to get a bagel belt after 4: 00 pm pst and she said we don’t serve breakfast after 4 pm she was very rude about it and not really understanding thanks regardless the food is always great unfortunately they couldn’t even serve the customer what they really wanted or needed when needed

The absolute slowest service in any tim hortons I’ve ever been to. 4 employees working, 3 people in line and it still took over 5 mins for them to start grabbing the first order. No enthusiasm quite rude.

Both the girls were friendly. Helped me with my order and provide great customer service. Hope they hire these type of people more

The one person is taking orders making coffee and calling customer which is wasting or time if you want always late for go there

How do you give zero stars?
Extremely unprofessional staff and management, they don't give out receipts to those who order at the till and when they forget to make the order its a huge fuss and fight, to which you don't even get what you paid for.

I go here occasionally whenever I crave like having a mocha or something sweet. The employees act as though they are being coerced to work over there. Zero emotions while greeting the customers. On several instances, I have seen them turn on each other - something typical when you hire inexperienced first timers. It is not fun to watch the drama unfold right in front of me. Parking can be a bit tricky - especially during the busy hours.

Almost every time here when ordering large or extra large coffee they never fill it. Nitpicky I know but a full cup is nice to get

It's a reliable, modest donut shop for comfort food. Getting donuts when they're fresh makes a difference. Also, wraps are going to have more filling and less bread for the same price than sandwiches on large buns so I recommend going with wraps.

Donuts are as good as always, but the hot chocolate was, I guess, not real milk and really watery. It tasted off. Disappointed.

My goto weekend Timms, quite a small location, especially with Covid seating restrictions, however usually manage to find a seat.

Great local Tims. Always friendly service, nice to see the same people working who recognize and know you. Nice little picnic table set up outside. Would definitely recommend this Tim Hortons restaurant.

There was nothing fresh and available at 11pm. No breakfast sandwiches and a limited selection of 3 or 4 types of donuts all (least the 6 I bought) dry and stale tasting.

Yesterday there are three cashiers and I waited 15 minutes for me to get a cup of coffee knowing that there were more than five workers there and I was only me and another customer only Why are there three cashiers and only one works? This is so bad

Very bad experience, one of the worst rude staff I ever faced in my life. Skinny girl was so loud, in hurry and very very rude in attending customers I noticed tonight at 2.36am. She didnt have sense how to talk, she was busy on call with earplugs in her ears.i will never visit this tim horton location.

Gave me the wrong food. We accidentally parked in the wrong spot for curb side pickup (not far at all from where we were supposed to be) and the worker was extremely rude about it. Not a good experience at all.

We order here for almost a week straight through the app. Not once have we got a fully correct order. Items were ether missing or missing items. For example our breakfast wraps had no sauce

Come here every night on weekdays for coffee nd food the two indian ladies always serve fresh coffee and make sure the fresh bagels are available for me.always very polite nd friendly, serving every customer quickly.the icecap is very delicious.

Let talk about staff, always have excuse for making london fog night time, sometime they told us we are cleaning up sometimes we don’t have london fog, very bad saff,

I usually order the ham and cheddar sandwich meal with soup and I am always satisfied. But this place is just so wrong! The sandwich didn't have the usual sauce, instead it was plain mayo. There was no bread, neither butter with the soup. I came to ask for soda biscuits, but the lady refused to give! She said that I had to go back through the cash and pay for it. Because of the line of people waiting, I didn' t bothered to go. Also, filty tables, considering the covid situation, this is unacceptable!

I go to this tim hortons because it's a good drive and the staff are nicer here than at the tim hortons on kingsway near arcola even the tim hortons at metrotown on the bottom level is not as good as this one even the customers are better
And the scenery is much nicer.

Came here for 3 nights in a row we never got any tea only coffee is available because they are cleaning.ridiculous. Staff is very rude here at the night time. They are listening very loud music there are 8 people sitting in dine still they don’t turn their music down. Will never ever come here and will also let my friends know about this place.

Late at night, staff playing obnoxious loud Indian music and talking and laughing while customers are around. Extremely unprofessional.

Awesome. People are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. No can compare with Canadian T.

I was in a time limit so I ordered curbside to avoid the long wait. Waited 25 minute for 2 coffees. Was watching everyone going in and out getting their items. Finally went in and asked for my curbside order, and it was on the counter all along. Why bother order curbside? Just remove the sign if your not going to follow through with the curbside option at this location. I would rather of not wasted my time and waited in line for the faster service.

I wouldn't say they are the best Tim Horton's in the area but fairly good & fast service. Good place to grab a quick bite.

By far the worst runny watery icecap ive ever had in all of BC and Alberta, you think i would have learnt my lesson after the same outcome about 5 times.i will never go back again. THE WORST ICECAPS EVER

I ordered a large soup and half of it spilled. They are fast but maybe to fast that they aren't careful. Lesson in life never be fast, make it good.

Don't have items listed on the screen, don't know what is on the menu, get the orders wrong, employees need training. Happened to many times at this location

Got a wrap here in the summer. It was a cool August morning, I had a long drive ahead of me. I knew without the proper fuel I couldn’t make it alive, so I knew my boy tim could hook me up. And so he did, with a wrap, of the farmers variety. Also is it exclusively farmers who put hash browns in wraps or is it a universal thing?

By far the worst Tim Horton for lineup and busy mornings. Some of the staff are fine. Watch out for the deranged mentally unstable childish annoying manager with a loud squeaky voice. She is rude and prone to simple errors ie (orders) and if you call her out on mistakes she will deny it or avoid responsibility then treat you badly the next time or intentionally sabotage your visit. This was the case on many occasions when I returned for coffee. She doesnt treat her employees well and gets angry fast. Will report the incidents to the head office.

I went there to grab my usual coffee. Wanted 2 DD and one was free so when she rang it in and used my points card it showed I had to pay for one. However I only received one so I said I ordered 2 but she made me pay for it so I lost my free coffee. A minor mistake but still left me frustrated.

I love Tim Hortons, but some times when i ask for Ice Capp with whipped cream they put a very little on it, so i should ask to put more and they don't like that.

No service. Just not existed. No crackers with soup. No butter with bread. No.pepper with soup.
