SMH at the customer service only gave one start because it won't accept 0 stars

Went to this tim Hortons at 7: 30 PM April, 6 2023 just in case management reads this asked for a crispy chicken wrap they had the grill turned off for cleaning you had to wait over an hour to reheat everything we decided to go to a different Tim Hortons they even said it was weird to shut down a machine for cleaning the lady at the window was so rude no apology nothing nose up in the air shuts the window and walks away. Who wants that kind of service I dont.

Donuts, Yummy Donuts they didn’t understand the mobile order but it’s ok cheap and fast!

The coffees been great and so have the chocolate chip muffins. Cookies for u cookies for me

The Canadian maple donut is probably the most iconic Canadian donut ever made. Everything about it screams "I am CANADIAN. Soooooooo delicious. I rolled through the drive thru yesterday afternoon and orferred FOUR of them only to have the woman with bad English on the speaker menu board tell me that they do not serve that particular donut at their location. Excuse ME? How is this even possible? The Canadian maple wasn't good enough to make the cut but you'll import regular old plain glazed in such an abundance that you'll end up throwing out half of them at the end of the night?
Officially boycotting every tim hortons across Canada over this incredible injustice to the greatest Canadian donut ever made.

Very busy place. Was difficult placing our order over speaker at the drive thru. Not sure if employee was having a difficult time hearing or just understanding.
