Tim Hortons

Wow, they need to seriously clean this location. The store was filthy, the floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a week or more, every table had food debris, and the floor was littered with napkins, straw covers and various garbage. There were also a noticeable amount of flies as we stood in line.
You also need to get buzzed in to use the washroom. Yikes, every surface needs to be wiped. I’m not picky when we’re on a road trip, but it was pretty shocking that a quick go over appears to have been neglected for quite some time.

Had my first bad thing happen. Found a hair in my bagel. I noticed that while the women had their hair up not one was wearing a hair net
But they did replace the bagel.

Always feel so rushed in the drive thru and lots of times the advertise things and don't have it

Absolutely disgusting. 5 tables extremely dirty and food still on them. Cleaned my own table with a baby wipe. Ate and the whole time I’m there. There was many times no one was in line or the drive thru yet a lot of giggling and talking over each other. Tim Hortons isn’t owned by Canadians anymore and it shows. Disgusting management

Stop putting 5 extra large coffees in 1 tray/bag. Last 3 time it just soaked the bag & food. This time, I went to pick the bag up and the bottom fell out. All over my porch & entry room floor.

I love being able order, but seriously get your packing sh! T together.

Forgot my hash brown but when we went back through they apologized and gave it to us no issues, I had also gotten a cream cheese bagel and to my liking there just wasn’t enough cream cheese and it was to dry so at the window I asked the supervisor if I could get a new one she herself went and made me a brand new one and it was 10x better, I really appreciated the great customer service. Wish I would have caught her name but she was very sweet so thank you:)

Quick service but terrible people skills. Simply asked for a small box for the Boston cream donut.simple request right. Repeatedly told me no when I've never! Had a problem before. After a 30 second staredown. I had to leave. They have lost my business. I'll go to the one down the street. Hope it was worth not giving me a box. Bye!

Service was slow at this location.don't know if they were short staffed but needed a quick stop and didn't get it this time

Hi, I am a Truck driver. Came to this location at 8: 15 pm for a coffee and something to eat. After i was done ordering, i asked the girl at the counter for washroom access amd she denied saying that we are almost close so you can’t use washroom right now. I was shocked to hear that. Never experienced this kind of behaviour at any other Tim hortons.

Worst tim Hortons ever. Firstly, when we politely asked for tap water, they denied us the water by saying that we don’t fill your glasses or bottles. Then they said we take extra charge for water in our cups. Then even though we spent 35$, they locked the washrooms when we were going to use them.

Took three trys to get my order right. Not the first time for screwed up orders from this location
Asked to talk to the manager and he didn't even take his headset off to talk to me. Had the odasity to tell me all the other orders were perfect. Grilled cheese was good hence the two stars. Horrible customer service

This was the dirtiest Tim Horton's I’ve ever been to! Bathrooms were disgusting, the counters where you pick up food were dirty and the garbage outside upon entry was spilled all over the walkway! Lost my appetite

Very dirty. The tables were never cleaned.stickey floor.rude workers. Never go here. They have alot of bad reviews.go else where but here

The team works really well together. Had good communication.
Points are lost because all of the women wear hair nets but a guy who works in the back had a huge untamed beard not in a net. Yikes!

Also their free WiFi didn't work at all.

They had no donuts for their lunch rush. Coffee was good. But they have no switched to only half a bun for their soups but have not lowered the price. So you're being charged for a full bun but only getting half.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Clerk just sort of wandered around, then put a new coffee filter in, brewed a pot of coffee. Finally took the order of the guest in front of me. He gave the guest his muffin.the guest waited and waited and waited for his coffee. While I was waiting I used the washroom. It was disgusting.soiled toilet paper on the floor, human hair and paper towel on the floor. Sink was dirty and floor was dirty. Guest waited so long that he started to butter his muffin. Clerk says you can't eat that here. Guest said " Get my coffee then" Clerk said ok ok. Got the guest his coffee but then took off and I was now waiting and waiting for an ice cap and chocolate chip muffin. Finally got my order and left. Got back to my truck and didn't get a napkin. Thought if the bathroom was that dirty what was food prep like? I've been to thet Timmies multiple times but I won't go back there again.

Smiling, friendly staff, but clearly not enough staff. They were super busy and having a hard time keeping up. The restaurant itself and the washroom I used is filthy. Instead of making staff clean, a proper janitor should be in there cleaning. Makes me wonder how clean the kitchen actually is. I don't believe this is staff's fault, this lands squarely on the owners shoulders. The filth has obviously been there longer than a few weeks. A huge clean needs to happen- walls, windows, chairs, the bathroom is disgusting.

Wasted time trying to stop here for coffee and a bathroom break. Staff blocked off all bathrooms. Said it was for cleaning but no one was in them. Several customers came in while the were there and all were very confused as to why they wouldn't at least leave the handicap stall open or just ladies, just men's etc. No logical conversation to be had. We decided to leave and will get our coffee down the road. They must do it often, notice the paint pulled off the wall from the taped sign, on the right.

Takes too much time to take in store order. Unhygienic washrooms. Not so polite staff lately and have seen them using the same glass that was returned for some reason.

Yet again can't get coffee or food because they decided to close the dining room and won't serve truck drivers at the drive though I think who ever is running this place should sell up and let someone else do the job right bathroom has been closed for 4 weeks I know of

Don't waste your time. Location off highway closes ALL bathrooms for 45 minutes at a time to 'clean'. Several customers came in, questioned staff. Zero logic or customer service. Did not buy our coffee here, will go to the next down the road.

Can't wait until these incompetent get replaced by robots. They are terrible here. Go downtown they have people who understand English.

I stopped at this Timmy’s on March 23 @ 8: 44 am to pick up my mobile order, when I got home and started eating my bacon breakfast sandwich on a biscuit about halfway through it started to get crunchy and what I discovered was eggshells! These where not small! This is the fourth time it has happened! I am so tired of the horrible service and bad food from this Timmy’s! I tried to call and even stopped by and went inside to speak to a manager! I was told the managers are only there between 9 and 2 some days! I even went so far as to email head office and they told my someone from this Timmy’s would be calling me about eggshells a few months ago and never got the call! If I could give - stars they would get-100!
