Tim Hortons

Just stopped by at this place and not at all satisfied by the customer service. They seem to be rude by not attending us even after calling out for help. Received help after waiting for sometime from another employee over there

Standard Tim HORTONS. Nothing exciting. They were out of buns when we ordered a sandwich in the drive through. Had the sandwich on they regular bread instead. Son did not like it as much.

Atrocious service and manager. I paid $1 for cream cheese on my bagel and there wasn’t any on it worth mentioning. I asked for more and the manager gave me huge attitude and said that was the prescribed amount. The type of person who goes out of their way to make others’ lives less enjoyable. Terrible terrible attitude

Just wanted to grab a donut and a latte, took over 45 minutes in the drive thru waiting! I was stuck couldn’t move blocked in. When I got up to the window the girl looked as if she was having a bad day and had been crying, she may have been the only one on drive through I’m not too sure but she was moving very slowly and had a line of 20 cars out her window that have been waiting for 30 plus mins. I was as nice as I could be with the situation I was a bit frustrated, said thank you and smiled and drove off ate my donut and took the lid off my later to sip the foam as that’s my fav part of a latte and there is absolutely no foam my drink was probably sitting that entire time since I ordered and I am no impressed incredibly annoyed and angry for the situation I just experienced.

Just waited 40 minutes to get a bagel and a coffee. Just to find out it's the wrong order after I drove off.
Never again.
Edit: just had a sip of coffee, and it's pretty gnarly.

I feel worst experience of my life at this location. Everytime I ordered the food they do mistakes in my order. I asked them to put hashbrown inside the bagel and the worker told me I would give you hashbrown and put in the baghel by yourself. Sorry to say but this is the only location I don’t like.

This Tims is one of the slowest on the island, and I have no idea what they did to my coffee but it tasted like flavored water then Expresso

Extremely slow service. It took 10 minutes to serve 2 doughnuts and 3 coffees. Banana slugs move faster!

My partner and I just moved to Duncan and have been eating breakfast here the last few days as we are out of a kitchen for now while we set up our space.

There’s nothing super special about this Tim’s in particular.

I wanted to leave a review about the employee James (I think that’s his name). Just wanted say he is such a sweetheart and is very kind every time we go in. I just really appreciate his energy and kindness in a place where you may not always find that kind of thing.

They were training a new employee this morning who was struggling a bit on her first shift & had the line backed up with a few nagging customers. He was still doing his best to make the new employee feel ok and motivated and still being kind to everyone else.

Just wanted to post here it doesn’t go unnoticed. James deserves a raise and we need more people like him out there!

I have never been to a more understaffed timmies anywhere. 3 workers that you can see. Most tables were unclean, floor was horrendous. Wasn't a very busy time, but had to wait 10 minutes for a coffee (already brewed). Poor bloke behind me had to wait 10 minutes just to get his order in. Tim Hortons get your head in the game.

Honestly wouldn’t recommend this timhortons at night if you’re trying to get a proper order. My girlfriend went to get me donuts an they refuse to take the other donut out to put a different one in cause it was already in the box…. Pathetic if you ask me

So disappointed with the service at this location.used to be super friendly, fast, and this morning i got into the drive they at 630, did not get to the window until 647, and was NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED for another 2 mins! The window was open so i could clearly hear and see multiple employees chatting between themselves and storefront customers.one even had a headset in their hands and was tossing it back and forth between his hands while talking to a customer inside - and he made eye contact with us multiple times while doing so! I had to call out to get someone’s attention and they were not apologetic when i told them i was disappointed with having to wait 20 minutes for coffee.there were 6 people that i could see from the drive thru window.it’s not like there was 2 people running around inside - there were multiple people DOING NOTHING.standing and chatting with themselves or storefront customers.i have friends that work in other fast food places and they all say drive thru is priority.well, not today!
do not go to this tim hortons if you expect fast service, or even friendly service.i’ve been a tim’s regular for 10 years and this experience has left such a foul taste in my mouth - literally - i’m never coming back.going to find a local coffee shop to give my money to.

The ladies at drink water rd. Are awesome. Respect what they do. Especially the hours they work. Always a pleasure to see them.

Used to be the best drive-thru in town, now staff cannot be bothered to make drinks or complete transactions, as they are too busy socializing amongst themselves, and they were not short staffed. 20 minute wait time, with 8 people in front of us. DO NOT go here if you are grabbing coffee for work, as you will be late.

Waste of time doors are locked at 11: 30am. Also they can't be bothered too start work before work before 5: 00am.

Timmies always has good coffee and been a standard coffee place in Canada for many many years. Named after Tim Horton - a Toronto Maple Leaf hockey pro. Founded in Hamilton Ontario on May 17th 1964. It can be found in every corner of Canada. There is even a couple in Ireland. I grew up with Timmies doughnuts. Lol. Below is picture of Tim Horton.

This is my Tim Hortons. Always great except when I get cream vs milk in my tea and have to toss it 2 min late lol. However all the staff are super nice and quick.

Didn't get what I ordered. Read it off their screen. It was something else. Wasn't offered to change it. There was no one behind me.

This store turns off Mobile Ordering when busy. Too much time spent trying to place an order just to have it rejected.

Prices have gone way up. I get everything has but I can't afford to spend this much for timmies as often as I used to.

Ordered a tea with oat milk and proceeded to get violently sick when I had a taste and it was NOT oat milk. Employees here do not follow changes and are uncaring to dietary restrictions. If you don’t have oat milk tell me and I will accept another alternative or even no milk at all! I shouldn’t be coming home with my tea and spending the next couple hours throwing up because of this. Do people not realize some of us don’t order to be quirky but because we have real health reasons as to why we cannot have a certain thing in our food or drink? This is unacceptable. You realized places can get sued for things like this? Allergies and restrictions are no joke when they’re medical.

24 hours is useless. Grill is closed they had almost nothing on offer. What's the point of saying your 24 hours if you don't have any food to sell?

Excellent chilli and their donuts are great, if you can get 1! Their always out when we come by!

Didn’t think it was possible to mess up a chicken bacon ranch wrap but they succeeded. Told them twice I wanted grilled chicken but I got crispy. Wrap was soggy and cold.

Because of staff shortages, all of Tim Hortons in Duncan (all 4 of them) close by 8 p.m. Or earlier. Quite often they won't have what you want especially if you want a Vegan meal. The staff haven't been trained to properly interact with the people (especially at drive through windows). They don't even smile at you as they hand you your order.

Probably Canada's slowest Timmies, also due to traffic patterns difficult to get back onto North Bound highway 1.
