Tim Hortons

The location is over crowded and equally short staffed. Had to wait for a long time; not organized at all; the customers who ordered after me got their orders before I got mine.

The food is average, just regular old Timmies but its so trashy outside along with it practically being an indian restaurant now i just cant enjoy my food because of the sent.if you order do it online because you will have to repeat everything at least 2 times and will still get the wrong thing.

I’m a regular here. Some of the staff that works here are nice but not the one who took my order today at around 12 noon.

Did not get my order after 20 minutes, asked two times.left in disdain without the order.it was just tea and croissant, how long does it take.

This will be the last time I visit because of the staff's disrespectful behaviour. I had ordered potato wedges, which accidentally fell to the counter as the girl was preparing my order. She picked them up with her bare hands.she wasn't wearing gloves, which was disgusting. The girl's name is Rajbir, and she was very rude and inexperienced in serving customers. The girl Rajbir is really unpleasant and has no idea how to serve a customer. She is not qualified for a position as a restaurant manager or supervisor. All Tims wear gloves when preparing meals, but this Tim handles food with bare hands, which is disgusting.

The 2 team members have been doing a PHENOMENAL job at taking care of everyone that came in! They stayed professional as the store filled with people and worked seamlessly together to take care of everyone! I actually came in twice today as a visitor from the US and I am so impressed with the service here! I hope to come back during my next vacation! PS I LOVE THAT NEW OREO DRINK THEY HAVE!

Just went in a coffee to go. Ordered it a head of time. The employee was awesome. She was by herself at the time. She did awesome. I felt bad for her. She was running

Their service is always great. Good staff and they took and prepare the order as fats they can. But i will be looking forward for then to start taking uber or DoorDash orders as well. As it can be hard to go in person and order it. But still i love this timmies store

Didn't like the food and it is not for vegans and the staff don't know what's in their menu Starbucks is the best place for coffee

The most rude and ridiculous behavior of staff seen today. I buyed a drink and requested very humbly and politely for the restroom key. I SAW THE KEY ON THE COUTER anD PICKED IT BUT THE EMPLOYEE GIRL SAID THAT I CANNOT USE THE RESTROOM. I ASKED HER THE REASON SHE SAID WE JUST CLEANED IT. I said iam a diabetic and I need it very urgently and to this she said that you can use restroom at the nearest gas station. Is this the customer service woww.

Walked in at a busy time to see staff members hustling to keep with customers needs! Despite a pressurized situation, staff remained calm, proficient, courteous and each one knew of their task at hand.

Was very impressed with the food station Lady, Jasmine! Methodical, ambidextrous, energetic, friendly and professional!

A good way to relax and start your day. My favorites- French Vanilla, Potato wedges, Crispy craveables, Chicken wrap, Chicken Habanero Bowl and much more adding to the list. The first outlet I went to on coming to Canada. Timmies all the way long

I came here at 10: 30pm and ordered food. When I was going to sit to eat my food. The girl stopped and told me that the dining room is closed so I cannot sit here. I checked the closing time and the dining room closes at 11pm. This is ridiculous. You guys should either update you timings or should teach your staff how to talk to someone and please tell them what time the dining room closes.

Love our local Tim's in Delta. The people that work here are really nice and handle a lot of stress. Always nice place to meet up in the neighborhood. They always do dine in ceramic cups with no problems or pressure to do take out.

And if you haven't tried the whip n coconut sprinkles in a cup for 83 cents, you are missing out on the amazing new secret dessert.

Staff know both English & Punjabi and are a great crew!

Where else can you go that is quiet at 9pm 7 days a week around here?

They are the worst Tim Hortons I have ever gone to. They only gave me half my order and wasted 30 mins! Was late to leave! Need better staff.

Well, I come here almost everyday but today, My French vanilla was ordered with chai tea bag in it and when I got it without the chai tea bag, I asked an employee that it was with the tea bag so she gave me the chai tea bag on the cup with very rude attitude, please don’t treat people like that but the supervisor is really sweet she came and asked for replacement. Thank you

Me and my cousins went to this Tim Hortons at 7 pm to get food. It was scary and dark. We survive it.
