Tim Hortons

Was disappointed to see how dirty this location was when visiting today. The front doors and windows throughout were very dirty, the bathrooms were dirty and reeked of urine. The staff seemed frantic, shouting out numbers of completed orders but not giving a number to the customer when they initially ordered. Not the experience I was expecting at all.

mean black! Can't even get double double right. I had to inform the employee that a dozen doughnuts consisted of 12 doughnuts

Nice seating area easy accessible parking. This place was supper busy. Cashier was very nice and courteous. They need to keep making very popular items such as chocolate timbits. I was able to get only two out of 20 and this was late morning.

Consistently the worst Tim Hortons location. My family and I travel through Golden multiple times a year and it’s a running joke on how many things will be wrong with our order, what’s missing, what’s cold or what’s just not in the bag that I’ve paid for. To wait in a line of 20 people to reach the counter and find over half the menu is out of stock, I put this on management and pour prep. If I know how busy this location is, I would hope they would. Jokes on me I guess that I keep attending. I do not recommend this location I believe there is another location in town.

The washroom was disgusting. The service slow, and disorganized. I waited forever, and then they gave my order I really wish to the wrong person. Ordered a rice bowl, and it was practically one leaf of lettuce, a chicken strip, and a couple of tablespoons of gluey rice. No vegetables. The container felt empty.

The coffee is hot. The donuts are sweet. And there's always a lineup. It's Tim Hortons.

I went there with my mom as it just stop so we could get a snack before we headed off to our destination. The donut i had was good, weirdly enough better than my local Tim's. They got my drink done fast. They were busy when we got there, but they were going through them as quickly as they could.

It's a Timmy's, so you know what it's like. Have to stop in Golden for coffee and a pee.

Great location on the north side of Golden on the TC1. Easy accessible and lots of parking.

Staff is very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was super clean (an example for many other Timmies!).

I finally got a chance to try out food here and I was not disappointed.good food and quick service.

This bucket is there from last more than 2 months. C'mon Tim Hortons, can't afford a Plumber? No soap and not cleaned. This review is just to bring the attention of management.

Very clean and fresh place. Well maintained. Relaxing place for coffee and a pit stop especially when traveling. Iced cappuccino was simply refreshing. There's also a cheery fireplace with armchairs for those who prefer a warmer spot. Sufficient parking including disabled parking right out front.

It's Tim Hortons What can you say? They serve coffee which I don't drink but they make a good cup of tea and their new flaky pastries are pretty darn tasty. My favorite is the fruit explosion muffin

You can never go wrong with a Tim Hortons.
Just got coffee and a couple donuts for the kids. Service was good.

The location is great. But the washroom is most of the time out of service or not well ventilated and not clean.

Pretty typical of Tim Hortons. The chicken noodle soup and smile cookie were good. Having the employees playing music, rather loudly, riddled with swearing while small children come in isn’t very appropriate. Management may want to have a chat with your late afternoon/early evening shift.

One of the worse run Tim's in western Canada. Men's bathroom has been broken for months. They even have the hot water shut off. Stood around waiting 5 min for the lazy staff to actually take my order. Then received my order wrong. Staff gave me lip like I ordered wrong.

This one particular Tim Hortons is the best one
