Never had a bad service at a Timmy ever! But this time it was worst. We ordered 5 drinks which they got wrong. Upon asking them to correct it, the server was irritated and instead of making a new drink, dumped out the drink from same cup and topped it with milk. Really horrible service. Better to go to another location.

Worst service ever. The staffs does the hand over the food to you. They serve your order as if they are throwing away trash. Staffs are slow. No sense of urgency unlike other Tim Hortons.

TERRIBLE SERVICE DONT GO ITS NOT WORTH A 20 minute wait for a drink and a sandwich! Tried to get a loaded bowl they were out of rice then tried to get there roster hazel nut cold brew and they were out of cold brew. Ordered the roast beef and cheddar sandwich and then made me the cravable size even though i order the full size.

The lady at the front then said it will be properly re made and then i waited 20 minutes for my sandwich

The lady at the front then kept saying it’s being made even though it clearly wasn’t then told me”sorry we have to grill the chicken”……It’s a roast beef sandwich. For the 3rd time i went up and got a bit mad at them asking them to make my sandwich it’s been so long finally got it in the end.it’s not worth the wait just find another timhortons! Just ate the sandwich the roast beef is fridge cold

They mess my order up daily and are extremely understaffed. They prioritize the drive through no matter how many people are inside ordering

Food was taking an extremely long time and when I looked back I saw the employees just standing around laughing and chatting. This was terrible service. They aren’t even busy and it’s been almost 20 minutes waiting.

Ordered a regular BLT with a normal French vanilla tea and got coffee instead. I made sure to tell them hot beverage because last time they gave me cold French vanilla. Like come on dude

I am not compelled to write reviews very often, but the service here is so consistently poor, I would give less than 1 star if I could. My order is wrong every time I go - if feels like they don't listen to what you order and give you whatever they feel might be close. I will not visit this location ever again.

THE WORST TIM HORTON’s EVER! Reading so many bad reviews about this particular branch, I’d recommend @timhortons to take a careful look at what sort of experience is this branch exhibiting. I had no different experience than what is mentioned in other reviews. Out of bagels in the morning at 10: 30am, ordered the drink with extra sugar which wasn’t the case and upon requesting to add more sugar, I was denied of any sort of help or I’d rather say cooperation. The staff is rude, unprofessional and has no manners in talking to customers.

Place is horrible everything I order something it takes a very long time and when I get my farmers wraps they always have very little to none Chipotle sauce. So today I decided to ask for a farmers wrap with extra Chipotle sauce so maybe they would give me the normal amount given in a regular farmers wrap but I still received barely any Chipotle sauce. They have lazy workers

I think this is the worst Tim Horton's I've ever been to. Seems to be a staffing issue as everyone seems to be more focused on the drive through orders than the customers in store, yet customers from the drive through still had to come in as their orders were wrong. My wrap took awhile which she told me it would, so all good, but when it came up my drink was no where and I had to remind them. Not a huge deal there, but that along with the uncleanliness of this place; I came at 8: 30 in the morning, most of the tables already dirty and no ones concerned with cleaning them, and the bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in days. I went to the washroom in the women's and there was no toilet paper. Waddled over to the mens and there was garbage all over the floor and the sink was gross. Yucky.

Coffee up was damaged but the still put a lid on it and served it to me. Burnt myself and stained my shirt. Drove up to complain and they had a new coffee for me like they knew would return and no apology?

One star is generous. The soup was colored water with absolutely no flavor. The bun looked like it was ripped in half by hands instead of cut as the two pieces were not even and they were squished (my wife and i each had a combo). Even though we were both hungry, we just couldn't finish our meal.

If you want your order fast this is the place to be! As long as you want your breakfast COLD, or your muffin HARD, or your coffee 3/4 full.

Pretty odd how I ordered an extra sandwich at the register and the cashier argued with me insisting that I didn't order it. I guess old-age gets to you at some point

Now the worst tummies ive been to in years, can't prepare for breakfast rush and have food prepped and ready, always having to wait 10 mins for breakfast, seems like coffee is all they care about here. Sick of being late for work because of this place it will now be my last option.

Like most Tim's nothing special well this one had no soap or tp in the men's bathroom so that was fun.
