Tim Hortons

Wow, this place is almost like it’s trying to cast a comedy TV show.the workers have no clue what they’re doing. They’re out of every single thing on the menu, except a sandwich with two ingredients – they forgot one! I wanted some butter, but sadly thought of that as well. I think the only way you would come here is if you are starving or really bored at the airport. What a nice location right between the people working here and the food. I don’t think it’s worth the risk.

They are so rude at this Tim hortons. We come here every morning and they mess up the order every time and their customer service is quit poor. I hope to see a change soon!

Why spend millions on advertising if you’re not stocking the products your advertising?
Savoury pastry was not available on the main level Tim’s Kelowna airport or at the Tim’s once your through security.

Do not go to this location unless you want to have a terrible Tims experience! Living in town, I've been to so many locations and this is by far the absolute WORST customer service I have experienced. They don't give two seconds to even listen to your order than never get it right and they show zero respect for anyone, including other employees. No complaints to Tim's quality of food, just really terrible service at this specific location!
