Customer service was the worst. And not a very family friendly restaurant, they dont have a change table for babies.

Had an excellent experience with a tim hortons worker when trying to use the too good to go app, they were very helpful when i couldn’t understand the app.

EDIT: due to foot traffic they need a lot of staff, and everyone was hands on today!

It’s a very poor management and unhygienic place. If you don’t want have liver and stomach issues, don’t go this store.

Come on, it's Timmies, what do you need to know? The service has unfortunately gone downhill. Better off going to McDonald's

Please please give them more people to work. I feel so bad for the staff. They are understaffed for such a busy location. The staff is trying their best. If this review is being monitored by someone who can influence the decision, please give this location more people to help with the customers they get. Customers get upset with the staff because there is a delay but the staff has nothing to do with it because the location is very busy! Please

I think this Tim Hortons is by far one the best I have visited by far. Their coffee and donuts are great. Only small problem sometimes it gets crowded because of the skytrain beside it and like 20 buildings surrounding it, which makes around 20-30 people to visit in less than 3 mins. The staff are always super polite, food is always fresh and tasty.and I love the dine in option.

My boyfriend got food poisoning from a bad French vanilla! Watch out people this place is clearly disgusting and I wouldn’t give them my money ever again! Very unprofessional!

Before placing my order, I had to blow my nose.bad season for allergies. Very disappointed that at 730am, there was not a spare square of toilet paper in the entire restroom. 730am. I'm so thankful that a runny nose was the only reason why I needed toilet paper that morning. By the way, for a nominal fee, I can come in and train your staff on replacing toilet paper and I'll even throw in a complimentary 3 minute talk of why toilet paper is essential in a restroom. You're welcome.

Service is Lil good But the staff is very arrogant they Don’t have manners how to Speak with customers………

I had been going to this tims since it opened and was so happy to have one hear my work. Now there its changed the food is bad drinks have gone down hill and to order at the front takes forever.

Terribly disorganized location with long wait times for simple orders. Mobile order ahead also takes forever. Management interrupts employees while they’re in the middle of helping other customers. Do not recommend a visit to this location

Timmy's is inexpensive average food. The service is pretty good for such a busy place. The story is a little run down, but hey, it sees a ton of foot traffic. For the price Timmy's crushes many other fast food restaurants.

Ordered a medium Mocha Iced Capp, and waited there for 45 min. We even asked the workers if it's done yet. They kept saying it would be done soon, but the order never came, even though we payed for it. The same thing happened to my friend, and she never got her apple fritter and her drink. They refused to give us our orders afterwards, and my friend bought timbits because they didn't believe that we never got our orders. What happened to, " the customers always right"? Worst Tim Hortons I've been to. The staff is barely trained, and focus on new orders without completing old ones. Never ordering from here again. Just lost money.

Slowest tim hortons i have ever seen. Its not about specific staff. I come every late evening for past 1 month. They take order of 1 customer and all 3 of the workers work on that order.like isn't it really strange. And other 5-6 customers wait. It can be understandable if 1 worker is working on that time.but. Sorry for my bad review but it's true.

It took unnecessarily long to put in my order because both of the scanners on the self-serve machines did not work. It also didn't work at one of the cashiers when I lined up. Finally placed my order with the next cashier, but she was new - which was fine but her supervisors were not helping or shadowing her. Food was great, but could have better management.

I had worst London fog here. Taste neither like tea nor milk. More like pour hot water into milk. Even hot water taste better than it. And I give it few chances, every time it taste same bad. Seems they gave staffs wrong training about how to make London fog. And never ever put your orders in right place. An in store order always placed on mobil count (other side of the bar)

Incompetence and stupidity all round.

Absolutely shambolic behaviour from the staff and establishment. Additionally, very poor direction and use of signs all together. No correct/useful/working system. If you like mayhem and uncertainty about anything in life come here. However, the food was adequate and gained a star.

All washrooms were out of order. I felt sorry for the pregnant lady who needed the bathroom.

Very, very very slow. I asked for a wrap to be grilled twice because every time I get one, the thing isn't hot right through.then I got my wrap, and it wasn't grilled at all!
Not to mention, 2 of the workers were standing talking in their language over top of customers to a few guys that were there hanging around for 45mins.
Really disrespected. I show and have respect for all.but not the same case for a couple workers

Very slow service, 1 staff member seemed to do all the work. 2 others were just watching and this was at 6am

Great staff at this location. I messed up my order twice today causing them to do extra work. All they were concerned about was making it right for me. Service with a smile
