KC was super friendly with us, she was so energetic and made all of us laughing thank you KC!

It's always a breath of fresh air to be greeted by the staff named Myke. He has a very sweet smile, pleasant, friendly, fast and very efficient. He never forget to say "take care". Keep up the good work Myke! Thanks.

Stomach didn't agree with it all day! Tim Hortons can stay in Canada! Aussies wouldn't want it!

Rude staff just stared at me for 5 minutes while I waited at the counter. Decided to just leave instead of ordering. Congrats on hiring the rudest staff you could possibly find

Weird half coffee half teas, sloppy listening skills at the front counter, lukewarm soups, be ready to make an exception

I’m so sad. Tim Hortons has been my neighbourhood stop shop just to relax get out get some fresh air and have a coffee. But suddenly it’s gone downhill. This staff can’t take an order-Not even a simple order for a coffee and a bagel. I tried three times to get the same coffee order that I’ve been getting probably at least 500 times and I just couldn’t make these people understand. Instead of giving me my proper order they said we know you know and we know thatAnd they couldn’t get the bagel right either. I probably paid twice as much as what I should have Only to get the wrong order, something I couldn’t eat. It ruined my outing, my peace of mind and my go to place. Please hire people that can speak English. I’m actually an ESL teacher and I’m very patient but this was ridiculous. Really bad. After trying to calm down I came back to try andGet the proper order and I couldn’t believe that the supervisor actually said it’s my fault because I always have a problem and that I’ve known for this. She is right. They haven’t been able to get my order right for about two weeks. I cannot believe that there isn’t evenSupervisor that knows about customer service. Writing all this as I wait to get my order. While I waited and tried to get my money back five people left. This restaurant really needs to do something about their staff problem. I’m so sad By the way I did take a tiny bite before I knew what they’ve given me. They gave me a cinnamon raisin bagel with garlic cream cheese on it Acch! What I had ordered was a bagel with butter. They never apologized once.

Good location and clean restrooms. Only issue was the confusion in the lanes for drive thru. We ended up going in Wendy's drive thru instead of Tim Hortans.

VERY Rude staff especially the Filipino girl at the front counter will never come back to this location

If you’re craving Timmy’s definitely go through the drive-thru the staff only pay attention to their customers in cars. Obviously short staffed but at least greet your customers and say someone will be there shortly. Do not ignore us.

Stopped by to check out Canada’s Favourite coffee joint and it’s basically Dunkin. Everything, from the coffee to the food, taste artificial. If you want coffee, there are plenty of other cafes near by. If you want cheap, and by cheap I mean low quality, and are in a rush, I guess this could be an option.

Horribly slow service in the morning if you don’t use the drive thru. There is an obscenely high prioritization on the drive thru. They may help 1 customer in the store for every 9 in the drive thru. If you want a quick coffee and don’t use the drive thru, don’t come here. This has happened 8/8 of the last visits to this location.

Always grab some coffees.sometimes some chilli … was better when it was a Canadian company but still ok for now I guess:)

Asked about vegan food options, server had no idea and showed zero interest in finding out. Asked if they had an allergen booklet which I could look at to find out, apparently they didn't. Pretty sure food standards make that a legal requirement. Eventually said I could ring their head office to find out when vegan options would be. I don't think so.

Literally 1 out of 5 times i go there they have messed up my order.
In the last 8 years that means about 30-40 times. Lol

Don't go on the weekend. They don't have their A-Team at the drive-thru and it's painfully apparent

Worst customer service, so rude and harassing. Don’t know about how to use their own Tim Horton rewards card. They were racist. Acted weirdly. One person was taking the order and then suddenly asked the other person and showed her frustration to us l. Will never be coming back.

They gave me wrong order. Instead of fixing it, they I made an error in ordering. Crazy! I just left the drive-thru

Wish i could give a negative review. Worst employees, don’t know how to talk, was so rude and racist. If they are so fed up of their jobs they should not work. I was not here to get shouted by some stupid employee. Worst experience, will never returna nd recommend everybody to avoid this place

I usually stop here on my drive to or from Whistler. Drive through is usually pretty busy, coming inside to order is recommended. Friendly staff and clean environment.

Fast service and I learned something new on my visit, did you know that the Timbits fit in a doughnuts hole?

Never actually went in but the dude on the phone was a legend. A1 customer service definitely going to head there once I get to Canada

The staff are so rude at this location, I was waiting on the line for 10 min for only getting a donut and they only had one cashier and when I said they could have another cashier, their reply was so mean, I’m not coming back to this location anymore for rest of my life

Open concept kitchen appears clean, organized and sanitary. Staff is friendly and kind. It does get really busy here on the weekends and some mornings. Some sitting/lounge space but limited due to the pandemi. Bathrooms are clean and small. The hand dryer wasn't working when I was there but that didn't affect my experience. Good lighting, accessible access and egress. Typically plenty of parking.

I love Timmy's.a large green tea, apple fritter and 10 timbeibes for under $10.00. Great quality, great service and tables available for seating.

Finally had a great snack and it was delicious, 99cent frosty the best. Kind of confused because Tim's and Wendy's side by side. Obviously we went to Wendy's. Great food.

It has AC THANK THE GOD'S! Posting this during the 43 degree heat wave, they were super nice and let us hang around for as long as we wanted!

Always mess up the order. Half of the staff is rude but the rest of the staff is good, so, 2 stars

It's nice that thier seating area is Now OPENED! Very clean store, friendly staff and the store is shared with Wendy's, so they have 1 way in and Out!

Good Coffee, friendly and quick staff. Donuts made daily. Easy access from the highway. Limited seats are open to sit due to covid. All tables clean. Bathroom 9/10. Lots of parking.

Got an English muffin with bacon on it. The eggs where cold so was the bacon. The bun wasn’t even cut in half properly. I’ve been here two times before and and my food was also cold both times, so was my friends food. (edit I also ended up getting food poisoning!)

Although the food was good there were 2 orders missing even though those were the first one to be picked.

It's fine. It is what you expect from a Tim's. Staff were pleasant. Place is clean. Some of the bake staff in the back were not wearing their masks though. Front of house were all in the covid ppe. Two drive throughs for Tim's and Wendy's.

Always hit the drive thru on way to Vancouver. Staff is very courteuos, quick, items are typical Tim Horton"s flare.

This place was mobbed in the morning, and I had to pester the staff to restock toilet paper in the men's room.

Unfortunately the beyond burgers were made terribly. I usually get them from A&W and they’re amazing but today at Tim’s they were awful. They had no lettuce or anything on it and they were so cold. It tasted like it had been in the fridge. The patty, sauce and bun were cold to the touch. It was very disappointing as they cost a lot more than anything else on the menu.

The one star is for the coffee and timbits. Zero for the rest. Ordered 3 beyond meat sandwiches, they said they only had one left at 10: 30am, we said we would wait. When we got the order, 2 of them had no patty at all! And we were charged full price. Never again at this store.

The ambience is good. However the service and food quality can be much better. The wraps were not upto the standard. Team members really lack some warmth in their service. Hopefully this gets resolved.

Ordered bagel belt with sausage. Got a piece of sausage and egg. Went back for lettuce and tomato. Got egg lettuce and tomato with no sausage. No time to go back what the h.e double hockey sticks tim hortons

Their chili save my stomach after day long hike. It served with a warm bun and I add potatoes edges that made my late lunch very good.

Place says open til 11pm.
Go there at 10: 45 all the lights are on in drive through but its closed. If your closed then close the lights. Pretty annoying to sit there like an idiot in my car.

Ordered a large Turkey Bacon Club for lunch. I should have asked them to "hold the packing paper". Bit into my sandwich and they didnt even bother to remove my turkey from the packing paper before putting it in my sandwich. BLAH.

There were 32 people in line and more often than not (and for long stretches) there was no one at the till to take an order.

We ordered 6 coffee and we are waiting 15 min waiting time is ok I don't mind but the coffee was cold.then I called the store they said they give me free 1 donut. LOL

Worst Tim hortons I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a lot. Had a kitchen full of staff and no line yet it took 3 minutes for anyone to take my order or Acknowledge me. Instead they were to busy arguing with each other yet still making eye contact with me, so they knew I was there. Had a overflowing bin of used filters and grounds that looked days old just sitting there behind the counter, and overflowing garbages in the lobby.

Worst Tim's iv ever been too. Service was horrible. Restaurant and bathrooms a mess.
I was surprised the food inspector let them stay open

Is there a negative star? They only had 2% milk. I guess they aren't interested in grabbing any of growing plant-based market.
