The girl name starting with nav something was very rude. They don’t care about customer time. There was three girls working and they couldn’t make 3 wraps in 15 mints

Had ordered wrap and patoto wedges.patoto wedges are in extremely bad condition. They were so hard to chew. I am very disappointed with this. You guys really need to work on your customer service skills

MAKE PEOPLE WAIT while they chatting, again wait for training the other staff, no manner
some one just walk in, get in front, talk the same language, get served before others who already ordered.we save a dollar or two but we waste gas/time.cheap qlty material,
loosing $10 to save $2? Does it worth?

Absolutely unwelcoming service, the staff was rude whilst i was ordering, denying me a few items outright, even though i was willing to wait. I had to wait over 20 minutes for an order of fresh potato wedges and a sandwich. I would think twice before ever coming back and would not recommend it if you are in a rush!

Completely hide in place, small restaurant and not crowdy. No drive thru, and only few parking spots.

Mobile order is literally never ready and I've used it when there was no one in store. It's just lacks customer service and I went to this locations a few times because maybe they had a bad day but nope. They haven't been able to keep up with their guests no matter if there is no one there

I've been here like 50 times probably and the wait for food is pretty much guaranteed to be atleast 10 minutes if there are more than 2 people in line. If you see a lineup forget about it unless you have half an hour to spare. It's totally okay to get swamped sometimes in a rush but the employees here are comically slow and unenthusiastic.

Terrible experience today around 7pm I asked for ice capp and employee give me empty glass and she charged me 7 dollars for empty glass and two muffins then I asked for manager to give me my order and he give me water with ice they I search my money back and they are so rude Terrible

Very slow and poor service. It took me over 15 mins of waiting for a coffee and sandwich. I would not recommend going to this location.

Their customer service is close to zero. They leave guests unattended while having supposedly more important talks

The girl that was working today (13/12/22) 9: 00Pm is really good at her work shes managing everything by herself and with proper guest services. It would be so nice if all Tim Hortans have same hardworking employees. Do promote her if manager reading this ️

Went there twice. Take a significant longer time to get your order compare with other branches. Dont know about their shift time, but both time seems under staffed. Wont go to this branch if in a hurry. Food is normal, parking could be busy.

On Jan. 24.2023 at 5: 40pm my family and I went to this Tim hortons. Great experience! There where 2 girls, they were smiling and were very kind!

It seems that no Tim Hortons has any set of minimum service standards that they adhere to. Tim Hortons is the only business that does not greet their customers and will actively ignore them. They very clearly do not care about their customers time. It seems they let staff set service policies in every individual location and according to their own needs. Who cares about the customer? Customers are very obviously an inconvenience! Fubar!

Great pit stop - the service was friendly and fast. Looks small from the outside, but they carry all the items, even oat milk & there is seating inside. Overall really glad I stopped in.

All the staff in this tim hortons are rude. They took 20 min for just one steap tea and when I asked to their manager she started give us excuses that we are shortage of employees that is not our business. I would never like to come here again and never suggest someone to go this Tim. Totally worthless and time waste.

Worst Tim Hortons in town. Long waiting times, badly done orders. Untrained staff. Better to go down the one at Esso. I was told it’s the same franchisee but this one it run by foreign students, thus I keep getting a slice of cheese instead of a cheese spread on my bagel with cheese.

It’s not all the staffs fault. The poor management and lack of company’s ability & will to maintain their product and standards play a bigger role. All Tim Hortons goes for now is low paid foreign workers or foreign students but they keep forgetting that this was a proud Canadian brand at one time and their customers are Canadians with standards

Very bad service. The girl forgot to add mayonnaise sauce in my 2 chicken cravables sandwich and added Chipotle in 1 sandwich which I had specifically asked not to. Very bad experience. Never going back there.

Would give 0 stars as it was so crushingly demoralising waiting in line for 30 minutes only to come to the realisation that if I placed an order I would then have to wait another 40 minutes for my food to be ready. So I walked out.

First time coming here, it's seemed under staffed, the shelves were kind of bare granted its a Sunday I guess. I waited about 15 minutes, saw a couple people leave because of the huge line up. The parking here is challenging very limited space plus it's hard to get back on to the main road with traffic coming either way!
