Tim Hortons

I haven't seen such Tim Hortons in last 10 years. There wasno clean table.garbage full and lying on floor too. Staff was busy in chit chatting with each other and recommending friends how to find accomodation. I hope and wish Tim Hortons management sees this and do something and educate staff how to keep the work place clean. I am not sure what the kitchen looks like if store is in such bad shape.

There were hardly 3 customers in store including me and the other two were there before me and no one at drive thru. There were more than 4 staff in shift but seems no one cares about cleaning and seems management even doesn't care. I saw other reviews too stating the same issue. I have reported this too food inspection and hope they will do something. As owner seems to be aware of this.

I went to get and ice coffee and it was anyone in the store, not even in the drive tru and the employees took a lot of time to make and ice coffee. I lost my bus because of that. The tables were all dirty and the counter were we can see the donuts was dirty. I understand when it is busy and sometimes they do not have time to clean but it is not customer in the drive tru or dining.

This particular Tim's has an unfortunate reputation due to its location, much the way the now-closed one in N. Kamloops did, meaning it serves a wide variety of our downtown population and does it often with some challenges.
It, however, does so with a grace and pleasantness and fairness that always impresses me when I and my friends sit and enjoy coffee every Sunday morning.

I'm so grateful to the staff of this wonderful Timmies for serving Kamloops so well even during staff shortages and under the stress which sometimes comes from working in a downtown location. Stay strong.

Tim Hortons is my favorite place for mega years. Kamloops Downtown staff are on top of great service and friendly. I ride my mobility scooter everyday for years now. Kamloops is a friendly city. See you tomorrow!

Frustrating. They close their doors early, and open them late. Went there at 8pm while they're open until 10pm, and only the drive thru is in service.

This is a fast food breakfast. Perfectly adequate egg sandwich. Great grab and go when you are on a road trip

They do not serve customers fast enough. I waited 15 mins for an ice coffee and I have to leave to catch my bus

Asked for honey mustard in my sandwich. I had to remind them several times it's not regular mustard. I was told they didn't have any, so I asked for Chipotle instead, which they said they had. Then they put ranch on my sandwich. I brought it back, and they threw the sandwich in the gardbage before making me a new one. This place can't get a single order correct, they must waste a ridiculous amount of food. I won't support this location any longer.

Well, I was in hurry and took a lunch for myself today on 22nd June around 1’oclock. I ordered Habanero crispy chicken bowl with mocha small ice cap and one cookie. After eating that, I didn’t feel good at all and within 10 min I felt sick and had vomit. Might be the food was not fresh, I’m feeling disappointed. Still I’m not feeling good. Having stomach pain and vomitings.

Often very busy, crowded, short staffed. Bathrooms in horrible smashed condition due to homeless. Good food, worse downtown homeless issues

The website says they are open till 11pm. They are continually closed at 10pm to 10: 15 pm. Maybe you should have accurate hours.

I wish I could give no stars if I could. I rolled up to the Tim Horton's at 9: 17pm, no response at drive through. Pull up to window, knock on window, employee mopping floor with headphones on who looks surprises comes to window opens them and stares at me. I respond, "I would like to order some Coffee? ", to the response, "let me check". Wait what? Let me check? They come back and say "we have no more coffee", I say, "ok I will wait for a new pot to buy my two coffees". The employee then starts to yell at me and says "WILL YOU BUY THE WHOLE POT THEN? ", I say, "No? ", and they respond, "THEN I WILL NOT SELL YOU COFFEE". Me, extremely confused by the altercation that is unfolding in front of my eyes, tries to explain to the employee that they are a coffee shop, it is now 9: 21pm (they are open until 11pm, but they told me 10pm), and you are still open for 39 more minutes. You aren't even answering the drive through anymore. And you are denying customers coffee, because they want to order.coffee? This has got to be THE MOST absurd drive through and Tim Horton's experience I have ever had in my life.

My dashcam has the entire thing recorded. I'm not making this stuff up.

Ordered a large cappuccino and a medium latte. Received a large latte and a medium drip coffee with milk.
I've been getting large cappuccino from Timmies on regular basis, few times a week from different locations over last few years, so yeah i kinda know how it is supposed to taste like (literally the only coffee i get from Tim's)
I returned the wrong drink and asked for the correct one instead and received another latte along with the bad attitude from the staff member and i presume supervisor.
I understand that mistakes happen but there is no reason to be rude to a customer. Extremely disappointing and definitely never going back to that particular location.

WORST tim's EVER! Terribly managed, no communication between staff, untrained staff, extreme language barrier. Tim Hortons needs to wake up and support their staff with proper training and managment!

TLRD: This Tim Horton's staff was the rudest staff I've ever met, anywhere.

Long version:
They turned us away with 20 minutes before closing, and their hours are wrong. There was a line of about 5 cars and there was no sign they were not serving coffee. We were first in line and we told them about the lineup, and that they should close the drive thru, they told us the manager didn't want any signs or garbage cans to indicate they were closed, even though they weren't closed yet. The employee yelled at us as and told us if they made coffee that we would have to buy all of it! They yelled and said the manager said no.no to making coffee? At Tim Hortons?

I've never experienced this anywhere all over Canada.

Worst Tim's in town. Went to get a tea and doughnut. Walked in and place was completely full in the sitting area with a couple people in line. As I was ordering two firemen came in followed by two paramedics. They went over to the seating area and that is when I noticed that there was a man laying on the floor either OD or dead. The paramedics started working on the man when I was leaving and no one else was doing a thing. The people where just sitting there watching and eating. The Manager did not even have the decency to stop new customer from entering and ordering. The least the staff could have done is clear the area and close the doors so no new customers could come in. Will never be going back to this location.

We wake up early. We go to tim hortons quite often. This store advertise hours of 5am-10pm but usually only has drive thru service. They keep the dine in doors locked in the morning and at night it would seem.
