I go to this Tim Hortons every morning for Coffee. Lately this tims has seen a major drop in customer service & Coffee quality.

I’ve had burnt coffee my last 3 visits and had bad experiences at the drive thru window. There have been issues with their coffee lately, as this Tims used to be known for making the best coffee but its completely went downhill in the last few weeks

This location is terrible without fail they always mess an item up drive thru people need more training/listen better what makes them bad is them rushing to make window goal timer they try to rush and say next customer but no i always check before i go because without fail they give me the wrong donut/missing item or dont provide tray or sleeves and say we need to ask before hand are you kidding me its common sense if i get 3 plus drinks im going to need sleeves and a tray they need to wear gloves when handling food or tongs and always out of chocolate dip donut its early still how you dont have it make more come on experience is frustrating and lackluster this happens to frequently and surprised how it has gotten 5 stars reviews needs to improve alot

Wanted a Bailey’s Boston Cream donut and the Hwy 10/152 st location was out of them. Just happened to be out that way. Live closer to the Cloverdale 176/64 Ave Tim Horton’s and my husband called to see if they had it. Bethany at this location confirmed they did and set one aside for us. Said we would be there in 5 mins. Bethany went the extra mile to provide great satisfying customer service. She was very polite on the telephone and at the pickup counter. She gave us a warm welcome & a polite parting greeting. This is one of the many reasons we come here often for our to go food service stop. Staff are friendly and food / beverages are consistent. Keep up the great work Tim Hortons 176/64 Ave!

Seriously slow! Servers seemed disinterested and lethargic. Food was mediocre. I had a Crispy Chicken Cravable and it was rather dry.

They don’t pay attention when they are taking the order, most of the time they have private conversations in the phone while taking the order.
I was yesterday September 15.around 5am my tea wasn’t enough warm and today September 16. I ordered a large green tea with one cream, when I was home I tried was tea with sugar
I think Tim Hortons doesn’t train well there staff anymore

They never prepare the mobile order and keep it ready. They always start preparing when I get there. The point of the mobile order is to have it ready for pick up so we save time. If you prepare when I get there, what’s the point of me doing a mobile order?

Im not a huge timmys fan, always crowded, long waits, often out of key items, high prices, hard to understand people through older intercome.

I have gone to this location so many times and received such rude service. The counter staff can't seem to find basic manners as important when interacting with customers. Clearly management needs to step up and hold employees accountable. Half the time they can't even be bothered to tell you when your order is ready, they just chuck it on the counter and walk away. They don't thank you for your order or tell you to have a nice day. Simple things. I for one am going to take my business over to Starbucks and McDonald's as they are within walking distance of this location and actually seem to care a bit more about the customers.

For various reasons I've stopped giving Tim Hortons my money. Mostly because their service is the worst. In the last year, I have had a tim hortons employee tell me that I wasnt allowed to buy a homeless man a coffee, I've been told they are closed for cleaning and that I couldn't get a coffee, only to watch her sell a coffee to the next person that came minutes later.

Tim Hortons is no longer a Canadian company and it shows. They have sold out to the all mighty dollar and now some american company is running it into the ground. For years Tim hortons was the very picture of canadian hospitality and kindness, now it's just another in a long line of once great businesses slowly circling the drain. I would give them zero stars if I could. Go literally anywhere else, or go without. It's not worth giving money to a buisness that does not care if you exist.

This location has friendly staff with nice customer service. They make your order so quickly and accordingly. Whenever you go there you always feel welcomed.

This location is located off 64th avenue in Cloverdale. Stopped by yesterday just to pick up a coffee. Service was ok.

The restaurant seemed to need some repairs.
There is outdoor seating at this location.
The area it is situated in is not the best.

There seems to be a certain element of criminal activity in the area. Ensure your car is locked and valuables are not left in plain site.

I’ve come here now a couple times will never return again absolutely horrible service.they’ll either mix up your order or you’ll go through the drive-through and you still have to come in to get your stuff.

Why can 8 cars go through a drive through before 2 people in store can be served. Yes I understand you have to keep drive thru timers down but what about the people who actually make the effort to get out of their cars to come into your store. Every time hortons is the same these days. Bunch of women standing and talking when they walk off it looks like they got told they have to work 24 hours straight. 4 times I said to the cashier a large coffee 2 cream 1 sugar.she looked to be teaching someone.then finally the lady on the otherwise cleaning the donut display glass said he asked for a coffee 2 cream 1 sugar 4 times. Then she asked me again was it a coffee? I'm sorry but it's pathetic. Cheap labor shows I guess when a company witch such gains hire people with no drive or ambitions

Very busy, girls do a great job getting your order out. Orders come in at rate of every 3 min. Some very large. Small orders still out quickly. Nice going ladies

Went there post apple fritter and Boston cream getting their 30% upgrade, ordered an apple fritter and it wasn't the new 30% more one, it was the same as before: (.

6 people working the drive-thru. 4 of them stand still and don't do anything while 2 do everything. Lobby takes 35 minutes for one order.

I wanted a Sausage on English muffin but it was 1: 07pm and I was not sure if still available. So turned into drive-thru before I realized there was big line-up.but usually pretty quick so I was not worried. 10 minutes before I even got to order and few more to get food. Then I reached in the bag to eat my hash brown and it was overcooked - way too crunchy. Few minutes later, at home I went to eat my susge muffin and it had very obviously been zapped to the point where the bun was steamy. Very disappointing. At least my coffee was perfect!

I have very good experience at Tim hortons especially 176 64th location in Cloverdale from dining in to sweet and savory items to hot and cold drinks. Staff is very friendly and quick serve. Customer service is highly appreciable. Lady at the cash counter at drive thru always greet me with smile. Must visit again.

This Tim Hortons is definitely going down hill. Two days in a row they have forgot something, first the ham on a Ham And Cheddar sandwich. Then the hasbrown for the combo this morning. And the coffee wasn't even hot.

Very disappointed, part of my order was forgotten, realized before leaving, returned home to dish out the meals for the family and found they had given me the wrong sandwich. Couldn't eat it, had to find something else to eat.

Pleasant staff, but for some reason it is always strangely difficult to get a toasted bagel with butter, right? My wife likes it heavily toasted and double buttered and it always comes out either lightly toasted, but buttered ok or property toasted and hardly any butter - just never right.

The details of this is the staff at 176 and 64 are well let's say first there English is not clear and they make up there own terms of how they should answer you as the the customer the word come across the speaker.how get. For you. Go back to school learn your English.there staff is always under staffed they said. I see a full staff the owners only hire indian people who can't speak properly or serve you everything you get from there takes forever and not done properly you say what you want comes back as something else but if they cant understand you and I can't under stand them well I guess your just serving the indian people properly way to go Tim Hortons you have creator of the first Indiana racist store in surrey British Columbia

Tim Horton's is really losing its lustre.

The quality of the food over the last short period of time has really declined.

The coffee often tastes burnt or acrid.

The cups/lids leak almost every time.

You have to now pay extra for dipping sauce if you don't want to eat dry potato wedges.

The service is prompt, and the staff is friendly. But often whenever I get something to go, the bag ends up being an absolute MESS. It is not just this location, it is a common problem.

This time I got some dipping sauce for the wedges and the lid wasn't closed properly on the small container so when I reached into the bag to grab it, it was just everywhere. It isn't super easy to clean up either.

Other times I'll get chili and a bun and ask for the bun to be buttered, but they'll skip this step and just throw a few butter packets into the bag with the hot chili. They will melt and burst and then the ENTIRE bag is soaked in grease and butter. I'm not a clumsy person, this is not due to me being unduly careful. Maybe this issue can be solved with better training? I.e. Please just butter the bun? (I'm driving and this is not exactly easy to do while piloting a vehicle).

I'm not trying to be a whiner, but when a person pays close to the provincial minimum wage for a sandwich meal, coffee, and a donut, it would be nice to not have these problems.

Recently went through drive thru and get to the payment window and I ask for my receipt and staff is conversing with a staff inside and the receipt dangling and give the customer the damn receipt properly first. What is the point of wearing gloves, handling money and touching everything left right and center. You won't catch covid from this place but some other disease. Cross contamination alert and no clue at all. Then the manager calls me non stop to discuss further. LOL what isn't clear as the concerns are pretty obvious.

I was there 1/2 an hour ago, Dec 19th at 12: 30pm.
The staff serving me had no idea what English language means, I struggled to understand any word she said, I had to buy any thing because she had zero English.
How do these people get jobs as customer service staff? , I guess no one cares, its Canada where every one is entitled.
Keep the low standard Tim Hortons, cant get any worse.

I come here after work, and I can say this is the best Tim Hortons Ever! I am a regular customer here and the staff is always super friendly, and they take it that extra step to make you feel special. The guy taking the order already knows my drink order and the lady at the window gave my son a coloring book. Keep up the good work guys and gals!

When I received my breakfast belt it was ice cold. Bacon, egg, toasted bagel were all cold. I was told that is how they are served and he walked away. I threw it in the garbage and left. I returned to get my money back and the manager asked to wait a minute. That turned out to be about 5 so they can keep my money because it will be the last dime they will ever get from me. Written at the Starbucks across the street eating a hot breakfast sandwich.

Very slow service in-store, and given that it's a Tims that's really saying a lot. This one is just exceptionally slow every time I've been. Weekdays, weekends, morning, afternoon or evening, it doesn't matter. Don't park it, drive thru if you want even a modicum of effeciency.

Coffee, coffee, coffee and deserts. Going into the coffee shop is a way better experience than going through the drive thru window! When your going through the drive thru, they just throw your payment card at you when they have processed your payment then rush you away even though you haven't had a chance to put your drink in you cup holder. Do better, much better in customer service, please!

I am a supervisor at tims and may i just say that i had a very bad service today.
The old lady that served me was quite grumpy. I ordered 20 timbits and a medium ice capp. My timbits were fine i guess but as for my ice capp, it was missing about a 1/4 of the java mix.so i basically paid for a small. I didn't want to be rude and tell her to re make my drink so I left the store very dissatisfied with what I bought. Not to mention the presentation was also very bad: (

This place is terriable, well the drive-thru service is anyway. Not sure how anyone can screw up an Everything Bagel double toasted woth lite cream cheese BUT these ladies did. I ended up the the worst tasting coffee in the lower Mainland. I imagain it tastes like the equivalent of low grade swamp water and a bagel with so much butter, I could wring it out. I paid 0.80 cents extra for cream cheese which was no where to be found. The intelligence at the drive-thru stopped at double toasted bagel which amazingly they did get right. Save your money and go to 7-11 for coffee and Subway for breakfast or hell try anywhere besides this place. Oh, I forgot to mention I got one napkin to split between a two bagel order. They managed to not screw up my Boyfriends bagel but I guess in their infinite wisdom they thought we were going to split a napkin. *Facepalm*

Service is horrible inside the restaurant. They seem to only be focused on the drive through customers. I was #2 in line and I waited 10 minutes just to place an order. No eye contact from anyone behind the counter while waiting, and I finally had to get the manager's attention to get someone to come to the counter. I asked them if they were short staffed and mentioned how long I had been waiting and I just got a shrug and something mumbled that I couldn't understand. No apology. If you go to this Tim's make sure you're in your car as that's the only way you'll get served in a reasonable amount of time. This is not the first time I've dealt with the same behaviour at this location.
And I didn't just buy a coffee. I spent $30 bucks.
I hope management reads this and gets things back on the right track because I like Tim's and a really like the location and the atmosphere at this one.
