Tim Hortons

Was here the other day. Service has improved and it was good food. I like all the windows and it was nice and warm for a cold day

I kept giving them another chance but I'm done with them. Drive through most the time, and food is cold and dry. 90% of the time the workers rush you and/or are rude. Often mess up orders, are out of stock, or machines are broken down.

Sad compared to what Tim Hortons used to be.

Had an exceptionally rediculous experience today when the man making our wraps argued continually about what type of wrap we ordered (he did not take the order and we ordered a classic chicken grilled wrap, wanting exactly as advertised on the screen but he was making it will a sloppy pulled chicken). He threw down the wrap he mistakenly made, then when shown the menu and what we tried to order- argued that the menu words confuse him.
He angrily made the second wrap, tossed it down and walked away.
This was so strange, unsettling and uncalled for.

I'm very disappointed today. I ordered online. The order was not ready, and when she got around to putting it together, it was wrong. I was there for 20 minutes before my order was ready, and there was no lineup. There is excuse for such poor service. When I left, there were 12 people behind me getting very frustrated by having to wait so long.

Love Tim Hortons. I'm from a hockey family, so it's part of our tradition when we travel to Canada. Love their breakfast foods, and of course the coffee. My son loves the Donuts and getting hockey trading cards.

Last couple times cold tee and this morning unfriendly staff. Order same this everyday never have a isssue except with one person it seems. At the point if a and w wA open earlier I would go there

I love their french vanilla and every time I drive thru I always find staff smiling and conversing nicely with customers.

NOT open 24 hours as advertised. I went at 10pm and was first told "sorry, we're closed". I said I'd like a sandwich, and the guy working made it for me.

Staff is good for the most part. Why is you bagel selection so boring? Every other Tim Hortons has a wide selection and this one has (4 cheese) great….

I keep trying but they have the worst service and are impolite.
There was one lady that actually said hello welcome to Tim Hortons how can I help you! I think her name was Kierra maybe. Out of every encounter their she was the friendliest one ever.

Ordered two turkey bacon clubs and I go to open them and they’re no turkey! So disappointed

It seems like it's a brand new restaurant. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The restaurant itself was very clean and had lots of tables for our group to sit at. Service was very fast and they made really nice Americano decaf.

Went to use the bathroom and there was no toilet paper at all, not too happy I had to use my sock

Massive discrimination in this franchise! The customer service varies according to the ethnicity of the customer which is just horrible. I had been visiting this franchise for over a year. I've noticed this each and every time - if it's the Filipinos serving it's well and they are very polite and with prompt customer service.they do not seems to be biased at all.whereas in case of North Indians they always treat fellow Indians especially South Indians with very bad and rude attitude. While I went there they made me wait several times, never greeted and takes order with a impolite and rude attitude. While I'm observing them, they greet the next customers and the ones before very well if they are Canadians or any non-indian. Incredibly shocking DOUBLE-STANDARDS! Worst part is this happens each and every time and it's really ANNOYING!
Also in terms of hiring there were many south Indians who applied but the north Indians who are already working there would never even consider them for an interview even with better part time skills and backgrounds. Tim Hortons must put a check on the attitudes of these north Indian employees.
