Tim Hortons

I placed my order (order number 9203) at 7: 15pm yesterday but I didn’t got my wrap and bowl and I was told to request refund via app and now I got the email that I had to request the refund from the store itself. Behaviour of the girl working last night was great, kindly request the manager to get the refund.

I go here every weekend for breakfast or lunch. One of the best Tim Hortons around for consistency of drinks ie: cream and sugar quantities (which is one of my biggest complaints about Tim Hortons), food always fresh and hot and always fulfill my modification requests. I genuinely prefer that they don't have a drive though because you actually get served with a sense of urgency.

I arrived at 7: 40 pm, and the lady who was mopping the floor said to me that the store had already closed. I would like to request that the owner consider providing customer service training to their staff. Neglecting even a single customer can have a negative impact on sales and loose your regular customers as well. Please check your cameras how harshly she argued. However, if you really closed at that early, please change the time on google, so that people will not waste their time and gas.

What a disappointing experience. Standing several minutes waiting to place an order for coffee and a muffin. No one else except me. Three employees speaking another language and not acknowledging the customer. Muffin was tossed across the counter. Everything seemed a chore with these three.

Didn’t include half the items I ordered. I called them to ask why I’m missing she said she tried to tell me (lies) and then hung up. Honestly the rudest staff you’ll ever meet. I wouldn’t go here if you want a correct order. They’re pretty incompetent.

Incompetent and rude staff. Can’t even butter a croissant or event count. You should probably hire staff that can understand simple orders better, perhaps learn the language

Serving lady was frustrated with her job and just wanted to have her customers out. Served us stale coffee with no sugar. Second tea lacked the requested honey and the bagels were stale. Don't know why this location lacked the love usually shown at most of the locations. If the franchise owner whats to check what time we were served, it was around 4: 40pm on January 29th.
