Tim Hortons

Come here every now and then and the food is great. Never had a problem, but once when I was there I ordered my food and a cookie. When I got my food there wasn't a cookie and when I asked they said they don't have the cookies. Even thought the receipt said I got a cookie.

This is my go to place for quick breakfast meals. It was business as usual until yesterday when I picked up an order to enjoy it at home with my elderly father. The hash browns were stiff as rock! Never ever before I've been served so reluctanlty and rudely! It looked like it's been forgotten on the shelves for quite few days before somebody discovered them and thought why not to serve it to the next customer! What a disgrace! It could have broken my tooth. Shame. You get what you deserve, hadn't it been for this unpleaasant experience I would've given 4stars for food and maybe 3 for the rest! Go figure!

I ordered chichen wrap for my toddler but they made a habanero wrap.
So after the first bite she started crying badly due to high spiciness. I will never come back here.

I do respect this brand
I do respect the readable price and a service
Though
1-Failure to adhere to proper food safety and hygiene procedures
Milk and cream need to be take care of to not to go bad

2-Atmosphere is so cheap and dirty almost always not a great place to get work done or dine in for couple of min

3-Lack of staff so waiting list for a quick coffee always

I really love the staff of this Tim hortons everyone their is so friendly, they always seem happy n cheerful specially Harpreet she got the cutest smile.

Very Rude staff, No smile on face at all.
First they don’t listen properly and then they argue with customers. The girl who took the order was on training and took a wrong order but didn’t accept it and the girl who made my iced coffee was making weired faces.
Also they charged me more and didn’t give refund for extra charge. Just Don’t work if you don’t want to.
Wish I could give 0 star to this location.

When the food is done right, it's a good place. However, I'm a regular customer that goes 4-5 days a week for my lunch and a lot of the time I get shorted quantity wise and there's a LONG wait for in store customers. The app doesn't have my meal and the in store self-serve stations are always closed. I dont have a car and walk in - they tend to go A LOT slower for in restaurant customers. I order the same thing every day (the habanero bowl with crispy chicken) and I order 1$ worth of extra jalapeno because I like it spicier and there aren't many included. This add on is where I have 80% of my issues, some people give me a few jalapenos and some give me 1$ worth. It's very frustrating when I'm regularly paying extra so I can enjoy the bowl how I prefer, just to not get what I'm paying for. If I've been shorted, I always go back in and I can sense the employees frustration but I'm frustrated too. Sometimes they are even rude back which is not okay at all. They should be apologizing for making a mistake, not doing it but rolling their eyes or commenting on how frustrating it is when they think I'm out of earshot. If things don't change soon, I'm giving up on this place for good.

The same mistake every time people preparing the order isn’t well trained to read the request section for which we are being charged careless staff.

Unprofessional staff which took over 35 minutes to make my regular wrap ready.
After a long time of waiting, the wrap I got was literally cold and messy. Even working without gloves.
I've never expected this worse quality from Tim Hortons, better to shut off the door.

It took a while to receive our order because it was a busy time of day. But services were not so bad and coffee and foods were also fine. Thanks.

Don’t order food from here. The staff does not want to make anything and it’s the worst. Ordered soup and it was water and clumpy.

It was the worst experience I ever had at any fast food restaurant.i had 30 min break and went to this location to quickly gab soup but They took 25 min to just serve me chicken noodles soup. And my bun was missing. I have to start working against without eating anything. Never going back to this location ever again

I was just expecting to wait for at least 5 minutes but they took a whole 15 minutes creating a huge line, they are extremely slow.
