So unfriendly! The staff here ignore you, never greet you and act like taking your order is a major burden.

A Staff member recently tapped on the kiosk keyboard so hard while taking my order that I thought I was in trouble.

Food wise, It’s a consistent Tim Horton’s like any other, only this location could use for an attitude upgrade.

Update: After a subsequent visit here I am updating my review to 1 star. It took over 4 minutes for a staff member to even greet a me with no one ahead of me in line.

The staff buzz around with their heads down - with seemingly no care for the growing line behind them.

There is no logic to the line system - and you have to randomly pick a counter and hope you will get served. Please, If you are not offering service at a particular service window - please turn off the appropriate “order here” service light or kindly direct customers to the correct location to receive service.

I finally had to ask a staff member for service after standing in the line non acknowledged for five minutes and the only response I got was “I’m making sandwiches. ”

Simply directing the other staff person my way would have been the more logical/polite gesture - but logic and courtesy are not at play here.

This location is under-staffed, and the staff that are there under-serve. Please staff up and provide better basic customer service to customers.

Service slow, coffee does not seem to have a good taste, seemed diluted, not strong enough.

This place is one of the better Tim Hortons around in terms of service and convenience. Usually always seating room.

Stop here often for a quick breakfast before long drives. Always very busy but staff is usually fairly organized and the line moves quickly. I rarely have any issues with my orders, even custom ones, except recently when I used the kiosk to order a few combo breakfasts but one of them ended up not being a combo. I had paid the extra amount to upgrade my drink to a quencher and despite it showing as a combo I guess it didn't for them as I didn't receive a hash brown. After returning and waiting in line and then being told it apparently wasn't a combo I declined to pay and wait for another to be made. I'm not sure how upgrading my drink caused it to change the order entirely but watch out for that, check your order carefully.

This location has the worst customer service, All the employees are rude. Tes was one of the cashiers that yelled at an old lady who didn’t know how to swipe her card. She threw my order on the counter without telling me if that’s my order or not. I hope the manager can read this review and try to train their employees.

I don’t like the girl there that who is so unprofessional she just do nothing I think she’s a supervisor and her named is aycee?

They have old menu items on their kiosk (Gatorade and Peach Drink) and if you order it, they will charge you for it and not give you anything instead "because they don't exist" and won't give me a recept to prove anything.

Slow, had to come back 5 times to get what i ordered, the owner told me not to come back if I don't like it, looks like I'm not white enough to be respected as a customer

Food was good. Service was very poor. Missed almost 1/2 of the order and then did not want to correct their mistake. Disappointing.

I have been a loyal customer of this Tim Hortons for over seven years, visiting almost daily or at least twice a week. Naturally, I have had several positive experiences here. Today, I visited Tim Hortons to get a chocolate chill for my daughter, a vanilla chill for my son, and a bagel for myself. After entering my name and making the payment at the ordering machines, I found a spot for myself and my two kids to sit and wait for our order to be called. When my name was called, I assumed that our drinks and food would be ready, but unfortunately, only my kids' drinks were prepared. Hoping my bagel would be served shortly, we patiently waited at the front counter like other customers would. However, a lady from the staff asked my daughter to move, interrupting our wait. I immediately objected, explaining that our order was incomplete even though our name had just been called. I questioned the reasoning behind asking her to move, considering they had just called my name and our order was not ready. The staff member seemed perplexed and stated that we were finished and she needed to assist someone else. I reiterated that we were still waiting for my bagel and it is customary for the complete order to be ready upon name-calling. I questioned the idea of my daughter having to go where I couldn't see her, especially during the crowded rush, just for them to assist another customer. It didn't make sense to me. The staff member then pointed out that my daughter was already enjoying her drink, but I expressed that it didn't matter as our order was not ready even after they had called my name to pick it up. Feeling frustrated, I eventually received my bagel and walked out. I won't be back. I can find another coffee shop to go to.

The branch is very old. They take orders and then say sorry, it's finished. The chairs and decor are very old. They have few staff, and we have to wait in line.
And a little bit dirty!

So today i was late for my work and i went to this location and I ordered 6 cream and cheese pastry with 6 double double coffee and i got cold coffee and the shocking part was they gave me the room temperature pastry and it resembles that it was old was not so fresh and crispy. So the overall experience was very bad. I recommend pls do not try drive thru when u are arriving at this location.

Lots of homeless people horrible customer service.they do not heat their food properly once they rven gave frozen bread.they refuse do the refund. I complain to tim hortons customers service they said they d contact me for refund no one even bothered.if buy anything here always check.better do not buy anything.yuckk.

Went for a iced cap and the entrance had a garbage can that was over flowing onto the floor was bit dirty when we went but our drink was good

7 people working at one time and only one to take order. Took me over 10 minutes just to order one coffee while in a line of 4 people only.

No fun this morning shopping here. After listening to the rep telling about her vacation I stood in line while no one was at any of the cash registers. I made eye contact with the representative and she began shouting at me. I left. Her manager says it is based on her cultural difference. Is service not just service regardless of the culture you are in?

Nothing to eat for vegans and for vegetarians they don’t have potato vedge ready and they are not serving hash browns after 12. Only thing they have is soo much bad attitude to show like they are giving in free. Just take a lemonade but you have to wait for 20 mins.

One of the busiest Tim Hortons on the North Shore. You can easily tell by all the taxis and wanderers. The prices are reasonable and the food is the same at 10,000 locations across.

I stopped by for a bacon cheese melt. I ate in my van. The place was quite full, so eating in my van was easier.
