Service here is just getting worse, Handed my wife her coffee with not properly attaching the lid after grabbing it from the bottom she lied to her manager blaming my wife for grabbing the top instead of just taking the resposiblity for not attaching the lid, where it was grabbed from doesnt matter whats o ever, and the manager couldnt even try to make it right without a fight and a $15 dollar carwash later, the remade drink was made poorly

Probably the worst location I’ve ever been to. It’s so dirty - even the windows look like they aren’t cleaned regularly and you can’t even see inside. We waited over 30 min for an order we made ahead on the app (total time 45 min from order placement to finally getting our order). I sent my daughter in for the order with a copy of the order number and confirmation. I thought the store must have been super busy, and that the line must have been huge. I ended up going in and she was the ONLY person waiting at the counter. I asked for the manager to finally get our meal (two items had to be substituted because they were not available). The manager was sweet and apologetic, but the staff member who was dealing with my daughter was rude and defensive when he finally handed her the bag…totally unacceptable service and we won’t be coming back!

I always come to the Tim Horton's at Vedder Point half the time it not even 3pm in the afternoon and not serving any more Chilli yesterday was worse there was absolutely no dounts what so ever so the one that was doing the baking was to be doing the food to customers two customers complained because it was a half hour they ordered soup and a sandwich and nothing was done when I come in for chilli it either not serving it after 3 pm when it to be served until close this is the second time i tried ordering chilli in the pass three days ask for a large but wasn't enough so only for a regular chilli and for the third time I get a regular and not enough for even a regular chilli it's a inch way from been filled there always supposed to have the chilli on specially when your deals include chilli with a sandwich and the parking lot a joke it's up to the owner to have the parking paces redone and painted which haven't been done in years same as repaving the parking lot for Tim Horton's and why don't they put two concrete tables out side the trees with umbrellas for the tables to attract more customers this hole store way pass due for a full over hall on the inside and out longer you wait more expensive it's going to be then this store will be like the other Tim Horton's that was shut down due to lack of repairs on Lucakcuk way in Chilliwack bc on both stores

The for me new crew member was the highlight of the visit. He was very attentive to my order and made sure I git everything, even delivered my missing tea to my table.

I feel awful leaving a 1-star review here, because the drive-thru service was good and the lady was friendly.

However, I’m quite perturbed to find this rat or mouse dropping on the takeaway bag…after we ate the food inside. Also, the food was advertised to be served warm, but it was stone cold when we got it.

Our favourite Tim’s. Sometimes understaffed so a bit slow at times but at no fault of the employees. Brooke and Lion always go the extra mile; we like being served by them.

Worst drive threw ever. Can not get any orders right waited for over 35 mins to take my order then it was wrong. Very unprofessional staff, thinking everything is funny and standing around when customers are getting angry waiting for their orders. Never coming here again.

Used to be good, but steadily declined in all areas the past few months.i dont go anymore.staff used to be friendly, food used to be fresh, used to be fast.now they are pushy, you get stale desserts and they take their time.you have to wait fir the person not working at the moment to talk about work drama with the person on the clock…

Friendly staff but a very busy location. Took forever to get my food, waited 15 minutes! They need to hire more staff!

Quite literally the worst service I’ve ever had at all of the Tim’s I’ve ever been to lol, waited OVER 20 mins for a bagel and finally spoke up and when I did ask how much longer I was told 7 mins. 7 more mins for a bagel when there’s 3 people in line! Finally asked for my money back and left. Don’t go if you’re wanting fast service!
