Was in the drive through for half an hour this am.then when i got to the window, nothing was ready! If ur in a hurry dont come here

It’s nice that this little town has a timmies, but the service is really slow as well as they don’t have any stock (limited amount of donuts, muffins and out of chilli at 6: 15pm and refusing to make more.
Definitely run with a small town mentality.

Wow. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. I could have ordered from a restaurant and been in and out quicker. I would say this is the slowest Tim Hortons in all of Canada. Not sure if I should be impressed or not…

Tired of the staff not listening to instructions for "special order" and almost every day having to watch them or they will do whatever is easiest for them! And oh, and they look quite miserable when asked to do it or if I say no, not like that. It's almost like if they muck it up enough, I'll just stop asking!? Is it corporate instruction to make inside customers wait till a lull in drive through 70 to 80% incorrect especially the sandwich!

Worst Timmy's ever. Always crazy slow service. Orders wrong and staff that don't speak to you.
Absolutley hate Tim Hoetons Chetwynd

Food was ok but the 3 flies in the glass and nothing to stop them from coming in the back.so we didnt buy any donuts.

It was great, service was fast and staff was friendly. I’ve visited bad locations where the store wasn’t quick or friendly and this place was great!

Food was great, error with getting order but corrected. Premises were not as clean as they usually are there

This place is a big disappointment. I have been to this place twice now and it was absolutely a horrible decision. The tea was absolutely cold and even the rice bowl was so cold. When I asked them to fix it they microwaved it and gave it back. The sauce started floating in the rice and it was terrible. Twice the same thing happened!

Grilled cheese sandwich melt with Hash brown, lettuce, tomato and chipotle sauce in it is my favourite at Tims

Made a stop in Chetwynd the evening of May 1 on my way home. Employees openly ignore customers. Spent 5 mins at the order desk trying to get a coffee. No one acknowledged my presence and offered any assistance. Two ladies were busy refilling the pastry display and a gentleman working the till was busy chatting with his friends.

Very nice place to stop in and refresh on a long drive or to meet friends and relax.
Staff are cheery and friendly and the service is fast and efficient.

THE SLOWEST DRIVE THROUGH IN CANADA! I think they grow tomatoes to order it takes so long. Pick it up.by a lot.

I fondly remember this place as I had no access to internet for a few days when I had relocated to Chetwynd for work. So I would sit in the parking lot for a few hours a day and order food and drinks while using my phone, until I had internet set up at my place. Haha good times.

Third time I’ve asked for an ice coffee and they give me an Ice cap, incompetent workers worst Tim hortans I’ve been to across CAD

If they would just pay a quarter of the attention to the customers the store like they do to the drive through their line ups would be not existing. 15min to be able to order.
