In general ok.
Little space at the cashier;
Free but slow internet.
Coffee and espresso are ok.

The lady making coffees was so slow. The food was ready before the coffee. Was super busy and crowded

They say a picture's worth a thousand words. Be grateful they don't include smells.

I visit Tim Hortons almost every day, and it's usually a moderately busy place. The atmosphere is comfortable, and it's become a part of my daily routine. While I enjoy their coffee most of the time, I've noticed that occasionally they don't make it properly. Despite that, it remains a pleasant experience and a great place to relax and unwind. The cozy atmosphere and the opportunity to chill out with friends or a good book make it a favorite spot of mine.

Quite a dirty place.
I understand that in all establishments of this network they do not pay attention to cleanliness.
Food and coffee of average quality.
The service is not very friendly.

1 person working 1 person taking a break. There needs to be more staff it's like nobody wants to work here.

This store is severely understaffed and they will lie to you about offers. I tried to redeem my offer but when I scanned my app, they claimed the offer which removed it from my app and told me I did not have such an offer and for me to prove it on my phone which I obviously could not do.

Filthy tables. Toilets look like they were last cleaned in October. Special drink on offer is a gingerbread oat latte, but wait- they've got no oat milk. Pretty rank.

This location owner don’t hire sufficient employees, because always wait times very long. Even sometimes take 30 minutes. Few employees for large numbers clients. Zero star for management

I never write a review the coffee is worse. I better pay for coffee at McDonald’s compared to Tim horton

Ive gone here every weekend for breakfast for the past 2 months, I order the same thing everytime and everytime I receive something entirely different (to the point that theyre giving me items that arent even on the menu). Last time my wrap had a clump of someones burnt hair cooked into it.not gonna mention how I found it. Very inconsistent and borderline incompetent employees. Store was designed to serve the gentrification above it but all of mountain view comes here so its incredibly busy at most times. We all know timmies degraded significantly since BK bought them but this is a whole different ball game.

I went into the restaurant to buy some donuts to see that there are bugs and wasps inside the donut glass I am absolutely disgusted and will never go there again now I have ocd everytime I enter a timhortons!

Street parking. Dinghy premises. Poorly lit, musty. Doors propped open with chairs. Poor selection. Washrooms out of service. Bit of a dump. Typical Horton donuts. Better outlets abound, as do donuts.

Ordered a sandwich and a coffee. I received my coffee and then the rest of the staff went into the staff room to chit chat, leaving one girl to ask for my order after 5 minutes of waiting

Quick service, good staff and when I went in the morning they dud not have a anyone. But I recommend not to go when the school leaving hours because it becomes very busy and cried at that time. There is indoor dining and it is better.

Great customer service and fast (sometimes lol)
found some weird crumbs at the bottom of my iced quencher, dunno what it is but it kinda ruins my appetite

There was a long line inside this pretty small location. 3 girls were working really quick and doing a great job at keeping ppls orders done in a timely manner. Happy with this location.:)

I love all the Tim Hortons, if you like chocolate I recommend their hot dark chocolate is really good. With a cinnamon roll.match perfectly

Always understaffed, huge lineup regardless what time you come in.rarely have every menu item.if I could give this place zero stars I would … haven’t refilled sanitizer dispensers since covid started…go anywhere else before going there

The two women working on Sunday March 27 at 745 PM are amazing. I had mobile ordered chocolate chip muffins. When I arrived, there were none. They offered to bake some on the spot. Which is incredible. To show our appreciation, we tipped them well, contacted corporate, and wanted to leave a review. They really didn't have to do this - and we don't expect it - so I just wanted to say they're amazing.

It was very small inside and the customer service wasn't very nice compared to all the other Tim Hortons I've been to

I just stopped by to grab some food with my dad and the gals working were so lovely it just made my day! Really short interaction but they were great!

It is a small tim hortons but everybody is very respectful. In doing the 6 foot rule, but they are pretty quick to keep everyone moving

They ignored my order for an hour and then tried to blame me for it. There are always problems with this location. Staff need to be trained again.

It's been several times that we take an order and of the 20 times only 2 times our order was well done very very disappointed with the service

This location is HORRIBLE! Absolutely HORRIBLE! And for people who know me KNOW! If someone like me is complaining then your really doing something wrong. The workers always look MISERABLE! They often times forget about you or forget to pack items. When they make sandwiches or anything it is done very sloppy and mind you this is after months and months of multiple people from my household experiencing the same thing as well as friends. Would also be nice to see a more balanced and diverse mix of ethnicities and cultures. Would give NO STARS! If i could.

I just this morning bought 2 breakfast sandwiches and clearly told them No cheese for both. I can’t eat cheese but still they put cheese. I have to go back from home again to give them back for replacement.train your staff to listen to customers.
Sorry to complain but please make sure to understand customers need.

This Tim's is weirdly small, esp considering the seats are all removed due to Covid restrictions. It is a focal point for the small, yet unstable local homeless population. OK for take out only at this point.

This location needs staffing. The tables are not cleaned. We had to wait 7 minutes to get someone to clean the table, and not well. No elbow grease at all. The line up was unbelievable. I am so dissapointed in owners that are too cheap to train their employees in Covid 19 policies and procedures, and cannot be bothered to out enough staff in to properly take care of its customers. They should be closed until such time as they start providing proper p & p for Covid 19.
And enough staff. These businesses, (franchises), need to be monitored more.

Everytime I'm in the area I'll stop off at this location and everytime I can guarantee my order has been screwed up one way or another.

Tim Hortons on Fraser actually hasn't been too bad during COVID. There services have been fast, staff have been pleasant. They offer delivery which is fast and comes well made/warm. I haven't had any issues with spilt coffee as well. Overall, I give his location 5 stars for speed and cleanliness. It is also a new restaurant, so that maybe a reason why. It is a well needed.coffee shop in the Fraser street area.

The hot drinks are good and taste with good prices.the place is suitable for meeting with friends but due to coronavirus procedures the sitting is limitted and physical distancing applicable.

Very poor customer service. I requested the girl at coffee station to please wash hands before serving me, as she was cleaning the counter surface With a dirty cloth.even in Covid 19, she was not bothered for the infection.upon which she started yelling and cribbing.telling it is a sanitized cloth.she served the coffee cold to me. It was a ridiculous experience for me I will never visit this place.she was literally fighting when I asked for the manager’s phone number.very rude attitude.

Their hot chocolate is of poor quality.
It's like diluted, not much flavor, a little watery, just awful. I guess their doughnuts are alright.

Canadian coffee it’s an emotion. It’s always feel happy and cheers when we have something which belongs to our nations️Everyday day with Tim Hortons coffee and ends with Hot chocolate. First place I look for is Tim Hortons whenever I travel outstations.

One should seriously go and grab one and see the essence of best brewed coffee in total world. Its hard to find Tim Hortons in any other country as it mainly concentrated to treat Canadian rather than all other countries in the world. Guys please do try and all the very best

I went there today around 12: 50pm to get 4 chocolate dip donuts and 1 medium coffee with double cream and double sugar. The staff served me had no smile at all; she put all four donuts in one bag without the parchment paper to separate them. The coffee I got had no sugar at all! She was the one at the last cash register counted from entrance and I should drop down her name. She didn't even give me the receipt!

This must be the smallest Tim Hortons I've ever seen. There's barely room to walkthrough if three or for people are standing in line specially if wearing backpacks. At 4 ordering with the app and go in and get it it works fine. Normal Tim Horton's quality it's usually all the same. And very limited street parking.

First time to Canada or Tim Hortons. Coffee was better than I expected, deserts were good. Would definitely go back. Our only gripe, this location had no parking. Waited about 5-10 minutes for a parking spot then had to park some distance away. Overall was great.

I won't spend my time coming to this place again. First of all, Tom reward not working properly on ONE OF THE KIOSK. Secondly worker can't seem fix it and give me what I earn. At last I had to refund my money and I have to put it on disappointing service and lack of information that I can get, unless I get my reward. I'm really want to get some reward, but they said NO. I will never ever come back again if they don't improve the service and machine itself.

Very careless staff. They mess up your order when it just gets a little busy and later don’t accept their mistake. Instead blame it on you. Worst customer service ever! I’ll advise you to ceck your order before taking it from them

They have messed up on my order three times and I find out while driving to work or home.

1. Ordered a London fog. - didn't steam the milk just poured cold milk into my tea. The tea was COLD. It was busy but how do you forget to steam the milk? !

2. Ordered a vegan beyond lettuce and tomato breakfast sandwich. - puts cheese on it

Not coming back here always wasting my time and money on their mistakes.

They mess up orders often and then fight you on it. You'd think if they messed up so much they'd realized that they are the problem.

I place an mobile pick up at Tim Hortons they do an good job but when someone comes an pick up at the mobile pick up line they should ask the order number an I know there busy at there locations at least put the sign I could see better so other people don't think that I was bug in for no reason to take my order I'm just coming in an paid then pick up and go

Is a great place, good service, fast and great! Perfect to get a great time thinking, talking with friends or doing something! Nice everything!

Often forget to make my order, super crowded, wraps usually cold.often mess up orders or orders get lost. But everything else is fine.

Finally succumbed to the circumstances and got stuff from Tim Hortons. Don't understand the set-up they have for trying to make these drive through orders at fast food joint speed. I like the French vanilla, but got an overpriced banana bread slice. $2 for a thin slices that lacked enough substance to have a decent taste

It was a quick and easy place to find a good Tim Hortons cup of coffee, an iced cap or any other specialty drink that you can order from Timmies it was a good place to go and fast service

On Sat Dec 2,2018, I was served by **ISABELLA**, she presented in the most WORSE WORSE CUSTOMER service, Very RUDE and irritated.
Word of advice Isabella, You work in a service industry, if this is not what you like, best to seek employement elsewhere.

Great service. Awesome atmosphere, and the coffee hot chocolate and desserts that you've come to expect from them is as usual Top notch.

The service is not bad at all, but the quality of the food coming out is the worst I have ever seen at a tims. I’m a very frequent Tim’s customer and I’ve never seen it this bad. Cheeses that were hard and clearly left out for hours. Chicken that’s been left out for hours, so dry you can barely eat it. Tomato’s tasting off from sitting there and all this somehow made it past the person making it.
Or just forgetting to add the basic ingredients/setup of the wraps/sandwiches. I don’t normally put in negative reviews, but it’s just getting fusturating because it dosent seem to get better and we’ve been going there since this Tim’s opened
When it first opened it was pretty solid and during peak hours/lunch rush it seems to be fine, it’s just every other time of the day?
