The staff at this location are always excellent. Always working hard to keep up with the fast-paced Vancouver day-to-day. The place is always clean, and Alma Rose runs a tight ship!

Staff are friendly enough in my experience but my order is made wrong or has missing items every single time.

This place is the worst and the staff are so rude. Quit if you don't like your job, don't take it out on paying customers.

Awful, Awful, Awful.
Loved Tim's but afraid they have lost the plot. Tried to order an Absolutely everything croissant but the server couldn't understand me or me him! Ended up that it didn't mean everything you had to add on bacon, sausage etc WHY CALL IT EVERYTHING!
No yougurt at 7am!
Coffee was bitter.
Nowhere to get condiments and they weren't offered had to go back to the counter.
And the food wasn't worth eating it went in the bin.
Just a rubbish experience.
And unfortunately it's not worth bothering with in the UK either, never any stock, staff you cant understand and food quality rubbish.

Stood in line for 20 mins. No one took the order despite three people working at that point.

The ads are so fake, they show lots of young attractive people enjoying Tim’s products and living the high life, and then you go into if of their stores and you see a bunch of miserable, underpaid, overworked employees behind the counter looking bored and distracted.

I had an XL Steeped Tea, Farmer's Sausage Wrap, and a Honey Crueller donut.

Sat and enjoyed my meal while looking out the window at clouds and patches of blue sky.

She rudely asked how?
I just said with chipotle
She rudely behaved very bad and ignored my instructions.

I don't have much time as I have to be back at work fast usually pretty fast to get a coffee and food

Do not go here if you plan on ordering more then 4 items. They will screw up your order. Everytime. Plan to take extra time here because they are incredibly slow at any point in the day.

Went here for lunch 3 days in a row and they keep telling people there washroom is broken. So I decided to ask when is it going to be fixed? I got a blank stare with a 'I don't know ' so I said maybe your manager knows when it's going to be fixed?
She muttered something to another girl who also said 'I don't know'. I told them you're a coffee shop and should have a functional washroom. I believe it's just their way of not having to deal with cleaning/monitoring the washroom.
Overlooking the poor customer service, their food was decent and I did like the decor aside from there was coffee all over one of the windows that looked like it had been there for awhile.
Anyways lots of other choices in the immediate area.

Disappointed. Ordered a BELT and paid for a BELT on a cheese bagel asked for chipolte sauce at 70 cents extra which was fine. The server keyed in my order and asked me to check if it was correct & it was. What i got was a cheese bagel with a piece of bacon and an egg (that must have been sitting for a while as it was rubber) no lettuce no tomato no cheese & no chipolte sauce. Dry and horrible and to think i waited in a line up for 20 mins to get unedible garbage.
I threw it out.

Need better staff.long wait, no customer service. It was also dirty with spills not cleaned up.
