Avoid Moldy food served!
Went into this location 3 times to correct ONE order and last time gave up when it was Moldy and asked for my refund.

The worst service the store never has inventory like croissants soups I’m never returning there

Got myself a white hot chocolate drink with a Chai tea bag. Excellent for cold days. Secret menu.:)

Strongly advise people NOT to ever go to this location. After reading alot of the other reviews here it seems like they havent really changed at all. Ordered a 'loaded' bowl one day and it more so half loaded, yet they charged full price. Went back the next day and got timbits and 1. Probably the worst, driest timbits ive ever had

My husband asked the cashier at the drive thru if there were any garbage cans in the vicinity. She responded " we are not allowed to take anyone's garbage, just so u know for next time. " (very rudely). My husband said " that's not what I was inquiring about, I just wanted to know where your outside garbage bins were, thanks for being so rude. " We started to drive away when she yelled " just wait u still have your bagel here, (very rudely). She handed over our bagal, and my husband commented about how rude she was being. Clearly with an attitude like hers, it shows that she doesn't want to be there. As we were driving away, my husband was moving out of the way for an oncoming truck, as he did so the driver blasted him with their horn, which scared my puppy. We couldn't get out of there fast enough, terrible service and a terrible experience.

Got a turkey sandwich, very disappointing food. It was made fine and all, but just bland and boring.

Every time i go its not good service but this time im not happy so I just went there for a bagel for me and my 1 year old to share i look she’s making it with no gloves and she had her phone literally typing in other hand i went back and the other girl made it without saying anything as response to what i just told her the first girl who made came out typing on her phone i said hey you shouldn’t be doing that she turned around ignores me whole time she should be fired because I know 12 year olds better fit for that job

The staff working tonight at that location by the video by far hands down made absolutely the most incredible two sandwiches.

Brutally rude and unkind management who gaslights customers. Food quality has gone down significantly in recent months with ownership, including terribly old food and an inability to put milk in coffee instead of cream.
