Tim Hortons

I boycotted this particular Timmy's for a year once already.the staff here have a tendency to treat homeless or low barrier people very poorly. Even if you aren't homeless you might get profiled as one because that's what they do besides serving customers. Bathrooms are locked and if they let you use one I hope you're done in less than 5min or they will come in there until you leave. Oh and the cops will most likely be called on you as well if you take too long. I recommend any other Timmy's but this one. (Unfortunately I will have to say try a different Timmy's.

Ordered the pumpkin spice latte and it was horrible. It has not always been this bad before at other locations. It is sweet but the flavouring taste just like straight chemicals leaving a weird aftertaste. I couldn’t get past 1/4 of it. There was also a weird greasy oil sheen on top. I think it was supposed to come with whipped cream which it did not. Very disappointing, and just a reminder to pay for quality

Unfortunately, and due to no fault of the restaurant, some patrons engaged in a brawl just outside after exiting.

It would have been a typical visit in a crowded Tim. But Gurpreet's service, hospitality, and help left me with one of the best experiences I have ever had. Gurpreet is really dedicated to helping the customers.

I got a bagel with cream cheese and I wasn't impressed. They gave me the wrong bagel, and then the second one was barely toasted, and there was little to no cream cheese. My partner got a wrap, which was slapped together so carelessly that it was smeared all over the wrapper and made it hard to eat in the car. We both agreed this was the first and last time we go to that location.

Avoid going to this Tim Hortons, It’s in a bad part of town. The staff have very little customer service skills or care about their jobs and orders aren’t always made properly. Managers* and staff seem happy to get you in and out of the store as quick as possible (It’s quite dirty). Avoid this location*.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Fri, Jul 7 at the Tim Hortons on 15 Wallace Nanaimo: I drove through to order for my family of 4. Got to till and got our order. I normally wait at the drive-through to check order before driving away. 1 egg breakfast sandwich was missing. The window customer service repeatedly said, the sandwhich, and he yelled. He finally said oh now here its in the bag now then he had the nerve to say "How annoying" twice. My partner said to him you shouldnt talk to customers that way. We eventually got our missing item.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed. I have been there 3-4 times and each time I order they get it wrong.

Jacob And Albert are great and provide excellent customer service. #timhortonswallacestreet! Must visit!

This is a special shout-out to Ali.
He has been nothing but kind and attentive to me and all the other customers who he interacts with. I frequently bring my students who have high needs and he makes them feel welcome and safe. He is the kindest person and we so appreciate his welcoming attitude.

Very unhappy staff working the drive thru, like the guy was leaning half way into my car, like get out

Worst customer service ever, the cashier over charged me 75 cent and then the guy doing food prep screams at me for I don't even know what I was tuning him out by that point. I will never go here again.

Yesterday I went there at 8pm, there is 3 car only at drive through infront me but I need wait more than 15 minutes. That is too long time You guys need more worker. I change my score from 1 star to 4 because I dont feel too mad anymore and I am business owner too. But you need hire more worker

My first ever meal in Nanaimo. It's your regular Tim Horton's goodness at a convenient location close to downtown, pleasant staff and fast service. 4/5 would recommend.

Bad Communication. They did wrong order same time twice and I didn’t want to bother my self again to tell them it’s wrong again. They are not listening to customer. Just doing fast and don’t care if it’s wrong or not. Bad

My friend found a staple in his Apple Fritter from your place. The customer is right you've lost my business & my friends business I should sue you at this tim's the people that work there don't care about anyone's service.

This Tim Hortons is my Favorite out of all that I've been too across our Great country!

This restaurant is known to be the slowest in the city. Owner is never there and staffing levels are far below acceptable. Craig the owner is an absentee owner and has been for years.
Restaurant needs attention as 25 seconds or less on DT is non existent at this location. More like 2 min per car

450 m away from Maffeo Sutton Park! The person at the counter was nice and quick with our orders as well! No complains at all. The place is clean and good for a casual coffee hangout!

Never ever go without seeing a familiar face.
And the coffee, and edibles (doughnuts, soups/ sandwiches, wraps etc) are always worth stopping in for a visit with some friends, And if you in a hurry, DON'T FRET, take a quick trip through the drive through.
