The place Is small but the people behind the counter are friendly and good. That matters to me even for a cup of coffee.

This place is located in the parking lot of a gas station, rather it is a mini super with a mini Tim Hortons, with all the old things, it is your worst option.

If you're buying gas at Esso and don't want to go anywhere else, this will do in a pinch. Small, take-out only, low inventory. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed.

The staff at this Tim Hortons are honestly the nicest I have ever had.

I actually enjoyed having coffee at this Tim Hortons location. Also they are great to everyone the staff are great no one judges and you leave with a smile

I always stop here on route home. Always quick to serve. Atmosphere is clean but you know, it's a gas station.

I moved away 4 yrs ago out of the west end. I would stop by here everyday when I did. Got to go back downtown to visit friends and wanted to bring donuts and coffee. Still a great selection of donuts as usual. Baristas are oh so friendly. We'll be back

Terrible service since I asked for a normal coffee and they gave me a cold coffee when at no time did I ask for it cold and she gave me what the lady preferred if she could give the least one rating that would be better.

I am deeply disappointed with the customer service I received at Tim Hortons today. I placed an order online and was excited to enjoy my favorite meal upon arrival. However, upon reaching the store, I was informed that my order could not be found.

To make matters worse, the worker behind the counter seemed completely disinterested in helping me resolve the situation. When I asked for assistance, I was told that the worker was on break and there was no one else available to help me. This was unacceptable, as there was no indication at the counter that the worker was on break, and there was no effort to accommodate my order.

Furthermore, when I asked for the manager's contact details so I could escalate the issue, the worker refused to provide them to me. This lack of transparency and accountability is deeply concerning and does not reflect the level of customer service that I expect from a reputable brand like Tim Hortons.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience today and will seriously reconsider whether I will return to Tim Hortons in the future. I urge the management to take immediate steps to address these issues and improve their customer service standards.
