I used to be a frequent customer at this Tim Hortons location, but I've decided to change that. Unfortunately, the customer service has significantly declined, and the overall cleanliness of the store, including unpleasant odors and poorly maintained washrooms, is quite disappointing. As a place to eat, cleanliness should be a priority. It's disheartening to witness such a change in the excellent customer service that Canada was known for. I recommend retraining the staff and implementing better cleaning practices to restore the positive experience that customers expect.

Everyone is super nice here! We had a great quick visit on Friday morning, the staff was personable and our drinks and food came quickly. They were nice to everyone and were not phased by a line and kept moving as a team quickly!

They need to fix their disabled person access door. It’s been broken for over a month, despite complaining inside, no one has fixed it. So many seniors living nearby who depend on accessibility cannot get in or out, or they endanger themselves by trying to pull it open while juggling their walker or mobility scooter. It’s a huge liability. Fix your door Tim Hortons!

Fix your door!
The disable access does not work. The door gets stuck and is very difficult to open. I require a walking aid and almost fell down trying to come in for a coffee. I asked for the manager and they were too busy to come out. The staff do not seem to care. I’ll just go somewhere else for coffee I guess.

For the owner: do not cut and paste your little message here. You have all the information you need. Fix the door. I do not need to fill out a form or call any number. Fix the door and I will fix my review.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Sam (cleaner). She is so very pleasant and does an AMAZING job cleaning everything!
I really appreciate the NEW owners for cleaning this place up.what a difference already.great job hiring Sam.she really makes my day!
I know it cannot be easy to clean up after some of these "PIGS". …. Sam is a great addition to your company, for sure!

Mate I know they’re minimum wage jobs, but these people are just ridiculously slow, it’s as if they’re doing it on purpose. They don’t care if there’s a line, they don’t care if they have orders piling up. They’ll stop and have really slow, unimportant/unrelated chats with each other. They don’t care for others time, or living up to their fast food/good service standard. The tim Hortons at New West station is AMAZING, great fast paced, accurate aura. All one well working oiled machine. Great, and handle things well. The one at this location are incredibly slow, draining, depressing, and have no humph about them. Dragging their toes, moving like they’re in slow motion; there definitely needs to be higher up attention to this store, and a full rebrand. I could hear other customers huffing and puffing at how long they were waiting.

Went into this establishment for a coffee and chose to leave with nothing. This has to be the dirtiest timmies I have ever been in. Garbages were overflowing onto the floor. The line up wasn’t moving and it was quite long. Window sills are also filthy. There was no air conditioning so there was a dirty floor fan with hose.the poor staff were so hot. The bathroom is so filthy they closed it off so no one including staff ca use it. The owner or manager takes no pride in their business. I hope no one gets sick

Not often I complain but dirty floors and washroom. A debit machine that malfunctioned and getting an order wrong all add up to 3 stars. Why not lower? Well it is Timmies.

Definitely one of the lower grade timmies for sure. Coffee and tea scorching hot had to wait an hour for it to cool. They don't understand any specific order types like if u want no tomatoe on something they don't have the brain cells to use the system and MOST OF THE TIME DONT EVEN UNDERSTAND WHAT UR SAYING. Honestly if your going to get a job like that where you can't take orders properly have someone trian you or don't work front.

Worst Experience At Tims. Went with my Colleague to buy Deal combo and requested Tea instead of Coffee and The cashier threw us Attitude and said No. I insisted her since It’s the closest Tims to work and Ended up being insulted in front of whole line waiting. She asked I should be more Respectful! Clearly she’s either high or out of mind on a Monday morning. Worst Visit Ever!

Went in for an icecaps, there were only a few ppl in there surprisingly as it was lunch time. No line ups and no waiting. Played cribbage with a friend. No one bothered us and we had a nice time

Very bad, every time is delayed, and when we order online, we come to take the order, and after waiting, you will not get your order because it is not available, very bad. I asked for a sandwich with steak and when I came it was not available and they gave me without steak and the problem was they did not refund the difference in money and I asked for tea with milk and when I got to work they gave me something other than my order, the customer service coffee is very bad

I’ve paid this store several visits and each time I turn around because of how dirty it is inside. Not up to Timmie's standard. Floors are stained and sticky with garbage on the floor. I didn’t even dare to check the bathrooms.it's conveniently located however and there's a nice eating area in the pedestrian street.

You'll have better luck at the gas station Tim's in the same general area. They are either quite slow or tend to forget half of your order. I don't know how they hack they are tracking orders in progress but it's like they're bing forced to dismiss them too quickly to meet a quota and it is ruining quality of service.

Wait 10 minutes in line up, once at the cashier you are made aware that only small cups are available, no other cup sizes.

Not once any of the 7 employees did look up just to acknowledge ANY customers, nor to have the decency to tell us that they ran out of cups. How does this happen is one thing, but the lack of acknowledging customers on top and no communication is enough for me never to go back there.

Stood in like for 10 minutes (two people in front of me). Nobody was served and two of us walked out. Also two people walked in, noticed there was only one person working and left. Got my coffee across the street and the same lady was still at the front of the line waiting for service. If you only have 1-2 people working on Monday morning it would probably be best to turn off online ordering so your staff has the capacity to serve walk-ins.

Constantly shortstaffed at the busiest time is of the day. A lot of confusion about where the lineup starts. It’s supposed to start at the back so all they need to do is rope off the front so people know where they’re supposed to go. It’s not up to the people in line to tell other people where to line up. The staff on the till also have to tell people where to line up. Please make it less confusing for the customers to know where they are supposed to stand in line.

Tims in the heart of New West uptown
During COVID, it followed the safety protocol of one way pathway hence the entrance is on the side street, Belmont St.
MAIN entrance on 6th is only for exit.

Great place to grab a simple coffee and donut, economical and yummy.

Ordered bacon farmers wrap.waited 11 min.had to remind them.then got a sausage wrap instead. Last week ordered a breakfast sandwich and was then told I'd have to wait 10 min for it. It took 12 min.

I come here every morning for my coffee and breakfast before work. Always a pleasure. The staff is always cheerful, and even remember my name and order. You can tell they are happy to be there and always working as a team. You can see the managers helping out at the front lines when it gets overwhelmingly busy. They make early mornings bearable!

If i worked at this place id be going straight to WCB and showing them the temperature of this dump. Its 's mid august 25 Celsius outside and its hotter inside this location. These are horrible working conditions for these nice people that serve my coffee. Its been like this all summer long.

They used to have some good people working there but just went in to get 6 donuts and it was impossible to make the person working there put the donuts we want in the box.

How freeking hard is it for me to tell you I want 6 donuts and then to point at the ones I want and have you put them in the box?

Thanks for screwing up our special occasion by giving us a box of randomly selected incorrect donuts.

Get your act together, it isn’t rocket science.

The owner of this location also owns the one at Esso on 6th, the one on 6th and 10th, and two more locations, none of which operate to the franchise standards. The Tims Franchise has a policy to correct any mistaken order with a hassle free replacement and a voucher for a free cup of coffee, this is the Franchises policy to make the order right, and the employees at these locations aren't trained in the least and most likely are told to ignore customers. Listen it's the year 2020 if you can't take an order at any location of a franchise and it's not identical, you should get a free pass to walk behind the counter and take something to compensate you for their lack of training.we're talking about a global billion dollar company if they can't sort their things out why should sub $50k a year individual behave. It time to take the POWER back!

Getting to be super slow and good portions are getting smaller! I myself am allergic to coconut and asked them several times to put them near the bottom of the show case! As the coconut falls all over the other doughnuts and then I can't eat none of them! Talked to the workers, supervisors, managers, and even the owners! All they said is they will consider it and still nothing is done! I'm slowly getting to the point of taking my business somewhere else! Plus tired of seeing filthy dirty washrooms too!

I was not happy at all. I ordered by the mobile because I knew that there was always a long line up in the morning. When I was there, the order was not ready. I wasn't impressed with the unfriendly customer service. The Become Bagel BELT I ordered had a few tiny becons, a little bit of small fresh lettuce. I wasn't able to come back to complain about it since I had to drive away.

Their service is super slow. Probably due to being understaffed. I waited in line for about 7 minutes before I got helped. She glanced over while doing a task, another person was walking back and forth from the back. Everytime I go there, the service gets worse. I try to deter from going there in the first place

Granddaughter hand a candy cane hot chocolate. Not alot of whip like in the picture. Asked for more it was another 85 cents and took forever as they discussed the price. I was disappointed as I doubt other locations would charge

Going down hill in a hand basket, FAST! Not what it use to be Cold or half warm food, Poor service. Poor selection. Lost me unless in a real pinch
