No one addresses any customers coming into the store. There was a line and employees were walking past the tils restocking.

Can never seem to get orders right. I said no hashbrown, and I got a hashbrown in my wrap. I said a large iced capp, I got a medium pumpkin spice iced capp. And apparently they don't know how to make eggs with no eggshell in them, cause it really doesn't feel good getting a piece of eggshell lodged in your throat

Tables are always dirty, they don’t care about people standing in line waiting to be served. They walk by people standing waiting again and again with out any acknowledgment. I waited 15 min in a lineup with only one person ahead of me. Food is sub par of late and can’t seem to get orders correct.

Complained as staff that was touching food did not have his hair covered and not wearing gloves. When I brought this issue to the worker, she stated to him that it was a customer complaint as if it’s not common sense and standard food practice for hair to be covered. After that staff member received the “complaint” he looked directly at me and said something in his own language, scoffed and walked to the back.
Absolutely disgusting service.

But I had there crispy chicken ranch wrap and it was delicious
For fast food wraps they sure know what they're doing

Rude and sloppy customer service. Was sick from chicken craveable. Was wondering if the hart hwy tims staff got their food safe yet. It explains the food contamination.

I started noticing after a few times being here that they never gave me my change back. First it was a few dimes, then a few quarters, then a few dollars… Today around 12: 50 when i asked for my change back the woman in the drive thru said “well it’s only a nickle, if you want it. ” I know it seems small and insignificant, but it just feels kind of silly that i have to ask for change back, and that they don’t give you your money- you need to ask for it? Would have been fine if it was a one off thing.but this happens every time i pay in cash…

So inconsistent and something as simple as a bagel with cream cheese and a tea gets messed up EVERY time I go here. It’s pathetic.

This store is beyond incompetent. Very inconsistent. I Went there tonight and they only had 4 kinds of donuts. Not even enough to make a 12 pack. There was less then a handful of selections for timbits aswell.

I go through this drive through every morning and something as simple has having a garbage can after the menu board is one of the big reasons I come back. They also have consistently friendly and competent staff. Can't remember my last order error.

Not a big fan of Tim Hortons coffee but can't be too fussy working out of town! Been stopping here every morning at 3: 00am for a coffee in drive-thru and the coffee has been good and the service great!

The girl in the morning, I’m sorry to bother you with asking for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. If you’re gunna constantly be rude and snotty go find another job. I’m not the only person that has said this about the girl. The guy in the morning is delightful I think he’s the manager, he takes over for this girl most of the time because he probley thinks she’s rude to
