Tim Hortons

Brutal experience on a weekly basis. I find it odd that the espresso machine is always "broken". As I was told this, there was a staff member making theirself an espresso and consumed immediately. Drinks are always filled 3/4 full, maybe I should start paying you 3/4 of the amount then? Extremely dissatisfied

Update: Not even a week later and another brutal experience. They fill your drink not even 3/4 and you ask them to fill it to the top and add ice, which is weird to receive an iced coffee without any? When you ask them to make it right, they have no interest in making things better. Will not be going back.

How many tips do you think they get? People sit at the window waiting for 20 cent change!

Literally the worst service. Went through the drive thru where the order was made incorrectly. Went inside to correct it, no one assisted me. Went through the drive thru again and the staff were more worried about moving my vehicle to artificially lower their drive thru time (stated as a timing issue by the employee). Try working on order accuracy instead of "impressive " drive thru times.smh.

I found the staff quite pleasent. The food was good (as fast food goes). I recieved it in a timely and friendly manner, and no fake smiles and empty platitudes. Just told them what I wanted and I got it. Different people will have different experiences, they didn't have my favorite donut either, lol.

I would encourage anyone who thinks it is sooooooooooo horrible visit the downtown Red Deer branch.

You all have it pretty cushy in this neck of the woods. Few bathroom closures from bloody needles, and cops showing up 2-3 times a day to drag meth-heads out of the place and you will change your tune I bet.

Barf. Worst Timmies I’ve ever had. Filthy bathrooms that haven’t been cleaned properly in days, brown chicken noodle soup from the bottom of the pot that was likely there too long. Why’s it so claggy and brown? ! Needs a health inspection.

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons. I’ve ever been to waited 15 minutes in line. No one in front of me and did not get served. Had to get back in my car and spent 10 more minutes in the lineup.

Unfortunately we found the washrooms were filthy. We were very surprised, not usual to see a Tim's in such a condition. Very disappointing.

The staff at the Sicamous Tim hortons is brain dead! You could explain step by step how to make the food you want, yet they still would mess it up. I’m not sure why or how they’re still employed. They have terrible attitudes as well. Not impressed at all

No cream for the coffee, half of an egg in my breakfast sandwich, can't even be bothered to let the English muffin warm up on the counter. Just straight out of the wet fridge into my sandwich, garbage service, garbage management and garbage pr

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst Tim Hortons. Ordered 2 rice bowls, and they both came out ice cold and crunchy. Went back and they copped and attitude, took the food and microwaved it. That’s right- microwaved my rice bowl with the salad in it. Because who doesn’t love burning hot lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers? So gross. I go in AGAIN and ask them to either re make it or refund me, and the lady comes over huffing giving me dirty looks. I always have an issue at this location no matter what I order. Won’t be back.

Stopped for a coffee, they didn't have a great selection of donuts left but in fairness, it was later in the day. Service was a tad slow.

Cashier couldn’t figure out how to redeem our Tims Card and then we got random vegetables on our wrap that weren’t supposed to be there.

I ask for cold brew, and 2 cane syrup,
1 cream. They never listen, always wrong, try correcting her and she still did it her way, (no sweetener), sick and tired of them not listening, and sick and tired of taking chances everytime I go there.
THEY DONT LISTEN, Tim's isn't what it used to be.

This Timmy's is known for always being out of something and orders are often wrong. I have never been to a coffee shop that has run out of cream and no excuse for this as there is a dairy a block down the road. No reason they couldn't get cream from D Dutchman dairy and support local when they under order.

Very poor service.wouldn't recommend this place to travelers, they weren't busy at all.and waited and waited and waited.then left.proceeded to Salmon Arm.better Service.

Bathroom toilets and sinks filthy. Plugged Decided not to order when other customers offer were mixed up.not clean even after clerk looked into the rooms.

Horrible horrible meal. Cold, dry, almost impossible to eat. By 7pm, they had run out of some food selections.
I filled out the meal survey and checked that Tim's should call me to discuss our experience.
A week later there has been no communication from management.

On June 09 around 3 pm at Sicamous, BC location on the highway 1 we placed a big order of $40. In which we ordered crossiant with chipotle sauce and hash brown in it. Samodh took the order and the order was prepared by the girl working at that time. They gave us croissant with chipotle sauce inside and hash brown on the side. I took the bite of crossiant and realized that it does not have crossiant. I went back to the Samodh and mentioned it & he talked with the girl and said hash brown was on side. While in the meantime one of the kid in our group start eating it as the order was big no one realized until they mentioned it. Samodh and the Supervisor on shift requested the hash brown back which was half eaten. I give back to them and Samodh tried to put the the same hash brown in it. Which was eaten (contaminated). I do not want to eat the hash brown which was eaten by someone. So, we through the hash brown and crossiant. My husband reorder the crossiant with chipotle sauce and hash brown inside it again. I felt this Tim Horton location in Canada provided the worst service ever. This was the first and last time visiting this location. We are not locals and I would never suggest anyone in my family or friends to stop by at this Sicamous location again.
While I was getting frustrated about my order Supervisor was smiling and taking a chill pill.
Samodh and the other girl should be advised to provide the best customer service ever. While the Tim Horton should take strict action against the Supervisor. As this happened completely in his presence.

Foods ok but it’s difficult to screw up pre-made food. None of the wall chargers work which makes it difficult to charge things when your touring on a motorcycle. Also it would help to speak Hindi or Swahili or any other language than English because like 90% of all tim Hortons the staff doesn’t speak or understand English.

Uncomfortably loud in the store. Otherwise nice and friendly staff, food and drinks usual good quality.

I am rather disappointed in the decline of cleanliness in a lot of Tim Hortons facilities. The bathrooms in this particular one were bad.

Poor service (had to wait long and the employees were walking around), no napkins available. They do not know their products, as could not answer my questions. There is no outside bench to sit.

If I could give no stars I would. The customer service at this location is terrible! They are not friendly at all, and they rush you thru the drive thru. Unfortunately I don’t have much choices for coffee places in such a small town…. But they should seriously focus on how they treat their customers.
