A nice new timmies to sit in but honestly the worst service at any drive thru I’ve ever experienced. There is ALWAYS a line up to place your order, there is only ever one order window open or used at a time. Once you make your order you we told to “wait” so the employees can make your food to beat a timer that only starts once your order is placed. So while a timer is used to ensure short wait times your wait is actually way longer because this location is trying to boost their numbers and beat this timer. Once you get to the window your order is practically thrown at you. I have seldom received the right order and just leave feeling abused. Once I even got a fly in my coffee! Honestly the worst timmies I’ve ever been to. And don’t try making a complaint, the woman at the window will give you the worst attitude while claiming to be the manager. If this timer is because of head office they need to give their heads a shake because this is resulting in the absolute worst service and longest wait times I’ve ever encountered anywhere. Not an isolated incident by any means, this has been happening for months and unless it is fixed I refuse to return here.

After standing in line for 15 minutes, we asked for coffee, and to our surprise.no coffee.the coffee machine broke down. You can only order baked goods.

I've been sitting in the line up for drive-thru for 35 minutes because they take order then make you park at order board until they are ready at the window with your order. Not effective service at all for the past 3 weeks that I've taken the chance to get only a tea. The worker blatantly said he did not care how long customers had to wait.

Slowest tim hortons I've ever seen. It's like a clown show in action. 10 employees running around like chickens with their heads cut off

HEY MANAGEMENT: ASSIGN STATIONS

Service is slow and food/drinks are cold (when they're supposed to be hot).
Only one line open for drive through during the morning rush, so plan to wait 20 minutes to get through.

If you're lucky and can order food, they won't make it correctly or.it will be cold.

This is so frustrating.disappointing and consistently inconsistent.
I don't expect perfection. But hot tea and a warm bagel made right seems to be too much to ask for.

Very slow, bangle are cold and hard to eat. Everything is cold and price are higher than other location.

The store is so clean; the staff (ALL OF THEM) are friendly, full of smiles, alert, patient and fast. My hubby and I go out of our way just to go to this particular store. Our coffee is ALWAYS done right, and stirred well! The pastries are fresh and not dried out like at most stores. Their bagel sandwiches are done perfectly and visually pleasing!
Good job everyone! Keep up the excellent customer service and professionalism!

It would be appreciated if the Tim Hortons employees worked on their communication skills with their customers and amongst themselves. They made my order and placed it on the counter without letting me know it was mine. Me and a lady behind me were confused on whose order it was (turns out it was hers). The employees do not communicate or look at you. Overall, weird experience. I like the food though

Stopped there two days in a row no bacon for my turkey blt pffft really but it's good sandwiches when they have what they need for them

Best pizza in terrace the staff is super friendly and they are quick to see to all your food needs.we need more places like this!

Horrible service. People on the drive through can’t understand your orders. You get orders of food wrong. You bring it back and it’s youre fault. Personal service don’t exist
