Tim Hortons

Like all Tim Horton's always busy with long lines. If I wasn't there to meet a friend, I would have turned around at the door, gone somewhere else.

This is the SLOWEST Tim Hortons in the Lower Mainland, probably all of BC. You WILL wait more than 5 minutes for a single coffee in the drive through, most likely 10 minutes. Anytime of day or night. Walking in isn't any better either. Just avoid. Slow pokes!

Very bad customer service. Staff not friendly. The phone number is not available every time I call

Worst experience of my life. Zero customer service and customer relations. Avoid unless your in need of coffee and have great patience.

I come here every morning to get my coffee, but the service is not really great, people here most of the time don't really say hi or good morning, they seem to be in a bad mood most of the time. But some of them are actually ok not as bad.

Last night on 27 april, i visited this tim horton at 3077 152 st…. To be very honest …. I had never seen this kind of worst tim ever… i checked the time…. It was 11.30 pm…. I gave my order and went to the window…. There i added something else to my order…. But the ladies look towards me was unacceptable…. Sorry, but you guys are not here to show us attitude…i would never recommend anyone to visit here…. I request the management to put focus on the attitude of your night staff.thank you!

Come here very often. Line ups in drive thru aren't ever too long, 5 mins max. Don't order food but donuts an coffee are always quick and haven't made a mistake on my order.

It's fast food double check your bags vefore you leave if you order food.

Not recomend this Tims, personal don't want solve you problem, never now how serve Chipotle bowl, portion less than must be, cup cover nor right closed.

I never got my coffee so fast before at any other Tim Hortons. This location is clean, handy and the team is highly efficient. I didn’t get the cashier’s name, but she did a great job with our order—nothing was missed or incorrect. Literally not even 2 mins go by and our coffees and donuts were served. This is the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to—and I’ve been to almost every Tim Hortons around.

It frequently happened that everytime I requested for any begal, they never had any, and today, surprise, they don't have cold bru or any begal, and every time I went there, it took a long time for them to prepare even one order. This is so disappointing.

Donuts are always dry and taste stale and day old. Coffee is ok.
Staff are always busy and working very hard. Management is poor and not on top of food quality.

Not only were they LATE for my mobile order EVERY SINGLE TIME of my visit, and by late I mean I’ve seen at least 5 customers who ordered after me did their order and got them and left.
EVERY SINGLE TIME I have be loud and let everyone knows that I haven’t got my order yet otherwise NO STAFFS will even see you alive standing right in front of them.
Today they even excused that it was only 11 minutes to get my ready and half of the order is ready—- under their mobile order pickup counter…
Like it’s my problem that I wasn’t able to see through their semi-transparent glass?

Ordered a medium French vanilla and the cup was only 2/3 full. Plus I was held at the order screen while my sandwich was being made. Ridiculous and unnecessary. While the other window was allowed to go ahead.

I regularly have breakfast here because it’s close to my place. I look forward an inspection from HQ on this Tim Horton store. They often forgot something… napkin, even burger, drink! Sometimes we had to turn pack to pick my missing items, the employee even didnt give us any apologize. The other time they put some strange chunky items on my coffee. Sometimes coffee is very cold, I can not drink.

Second time trying Tim Hortons, second time my drink was made poorly. Ordered a medium latte, it was barely over 2/3 full. Disappointing.

This is not the first time this location has made mistakes on our order. We have a number of friends who will go out of their way to another Tim Horton. This time we order 2 large London fogs and what we received were 2 medium coffees with cream and sugar
along with tea bags in the cups. As I mentioned earlier this is not the first at this Not sure if this is because they are trying to get the drive through orders out in a certain time but it seem that they are not concerned with what goes out the window.

Okay Tim Hortons. Forgot chipote sauce. Food was okay but over the years quality of chicken is deterring. Tastes stiff and hard to chew.

Can't be bother to ask which Tim bits I wanted, I wanted all honey dip. Waste of money

Tim hortons is not the problem but the Wendy’s chicken the smell inside the pace it’s so bad and disgusting it’s like moldy and old Chicken.
