Tim Hortons

Blueberry muffin and raisin bagels were wonderful. They didn't really get why I was asking for tea with a giant glass of ice because they don't sell iced tea, but they were very accommodating at both locations we visited.

This is the slowest tim horton in the city. I was here for a conference and the tim close to my hotel made the same order in 5 minutes and that was more busy than this one but the staff here takes like forever.
They are so slow and unwelcoming. It seems like they are doing us a favour but somebody needs to tell them that we are paying them. The staff seems so reluctant to work. Never seen a tim so slow in my life.

Ordered a cappuccino and the young indian girl gave me a coffee with milk. When i said that she didn’t give me a cappuccino she persisted that she gave me a cappuccino. She even said that she prepared it in front of me and that i saw she prepared a cappuccino. After she talked to her manager she made a new cappuccino but this time with foam like a cappuccino should be. I could see clearly that she was annoyed and prepared the cappuccino against her will. Tim Hortens, learn your employees the difference between a cappuccino and coffee with milk!

I go to Tim’s multiple times a day, all over BC, this is the slowest Tim hortons I’ve ever seen, always a slow moving line. You will be waiting 30 min for coffee + every time.

I was at this location of Tim Horton's with my friends and everyone enjoyed the environment, the service and the drinks. The only complaint was about the quality of refreshments that could be a little bit healthier.

My personal favourite would be - French Vanilla Double Double alongside Boston Creme. However, during summers - Strawberry Cream Chill + Turkey Bacon Club is one of the best combinations to try for breakfast & brunch:)

Ordered sausage muffins, got bacon, when I took them back they asked for my order number which I was never given. Did not make fresh ones just swapped the bacon out for sausage and tossed the bag on the counter in front of me without a word. McDonald's in the same area would be a better option.

As I was inquiring about my online order I was told by staff that online orders do not come through past 6, but order went through from my phone. Definitely something store needs to work on improving.
However Samneet helped me by taking my order without having to wait in line and preparing my tea very quickly. Appreciate it!

Lovely donought, with coffee, but very poor service - had to wait sometime, nobody appeared to be around! Premises didn't appear very clean and tidy. Service could also be better with a smile!

I Went to waterfront, Vancouver Tim’s today 16th may at 5’o clock. There was an indian girl cashier, Approached to order my drink iced cap and the cashier had the worst attitude, I proceeded to order my drink and in the middle she just rudely interrupted and barked out at me because I did not hear her that’s not good customer service, I wouldn’t come back here just because of her. She is ridiculous. How someone can shouted to their customer. Illiterate girl. Don’t know how to talk to their customer. Worst experience. Everyone was telling about that Indian girl and today I saw it too. Poor

I buy coffee here almost every time I go to office. Every time I go there, there is one Indian girl that gives really bad attitude towards customers. I know people might look grumpy in the morning, but with this attitude, you shouldn’t be in the customer service industry. Not to mention, she makes my order wrong and other staff sometimes forgets your food items.

It is actually the worst tim hortons that I had been here in Vancouver. The staff including the two supervisors on duty were literally very slow like they all wanted to sleep. It's like they dont care at all! Ordered 2 dozens of donuts and the staff was asking the other staff and supervisor using their language and take note not english so I couldnt understand them. So the cashier came back to me and telling me that they dont have enough donuts to give me. So I asked why? And they were all insisting that there's not enough donuts and they didnt bake. Is that my problem? Tim hortons at 3pm running out of donuts at canada place? It is actually unbelievable. I think all of them including the two supervisors on duty needs a customer service training.

Their food was okay, small portions. Service was good considering a cruise ship just came in. But the available tables where not cleaned after the previous customer finished

Service is so good and located just near the metro station which adds more value as you can quickly grab something to eat before leaving for work or anything.

Ur staff member veerpal took our order and she was really nice, very sweet and soft spoken also very professional

Worst service ever. They said they don't sell iced lattes it was on the menu. When I asked them to make it she said she wouldn't. The manager sanmet I think was her name told me she didn't care to help me either because they don't sell iced drinks. The attitude from the entire staff is unprofessional

One of the staff members named Veerpal helped us with our food and she was amazing. So soft spoken, so sweet. Her professionalism is spot on.

We were so hungry. Even we had a big breakfast at the hotel. Too much walking and getting old I guess. Well, Tim Hortons is the only place we go. We know we won't get sick. But, their Turkey sandwich was OMG! The bread was so delicious. Here in Edmonton it is not the same bread. Too hard and not delicious. Even it was crazy busy but clean

Food came out slow, long line, ok food, loved the garbage sensors video tells you where to put your waste at.
