I wish i could give less stars, im currently in the parking lot after going into the drive through 3 TIMES because they absolutely refuses to get the order right.i go to this tim hortons and get a breakfast sandwich from here 4 times a week, just egg and cheese on an everything croissant.they literally can’t get my order right honestly it’s extremely embarassing, if i saw a customer come in 3 times within 5 minutes id fire someone on the spot.the worst tim hortons i’ve been to in my entire life.

Tim Hortons makes average coffee. They have assorted doughnuts / muffins / sandwiches and soups. Other snacks and beverages as well. Somehow they've become synonymous with Canadian culture and history, but it's definitely not for the quality of their products or services.

I thinks it's more to do with their advertising campaign than anything, though many Canadians flock to their drive through locations daily. It's bizarre to me.

Always get your food wrong and charge you differently than sign. Also they dont know how to deduct points for the drinks and food.

This tims is the worst location by far that I’ve went to. The workers seem to have no care whatsoever to actually listen to the customers over the speaker. And god forbid you wanna make alterations to your drink. They will not understand you and mess it up regardless of them telling you they understand what you want. How is that possible! Like I ordered a white hot chocolate and I asked them to put extra white hot chocolate in it so it has more flavours cause may I add their drinks are not made properly. And what did the end result come of. A COFFEE.not even a a hot chocolate let alone even remotely close to what I ordered. Hire workers who want to listen and actually do their job properly. So disappointing.

Kept me waiting 10 minutes in the cold at 5.10 am. Their door and online said 5am open time. I asked at the drive thru window to be let in, and they told me to wait. I waited until 5.25 in the cold, went back to drive thru and was told they open at 6am. Very rude.

Horrifically bad. Foodsafe please shut this place down before a lawsuit. Moldy bread, congealed peanut butter (see pic), burnt coffee. Nightmare, avoid at all costs.

If I could rate 0 stars I would rate 0 stars.the service we received was horrible & the staff members in store & at the drive thru were incredibly rude all over redeeming reward points that we had more than enough to redeem for. Tried to tell us that the item we were redeeming for wasn't the right item yet it has the words "artisan sandwich" in the name.the staff in the drive thru were rolling their eyes at us after showing we had more than enough points & selected the right reward level.

Very rude and unpleasant, it’s as though they hate their jobs. I asked for a steep tea, they gave me unfresh disgusting tea, then I went back to get it replaced, and the tea was even more disgusting tasting.

It's frustrating that this is the closest Tim's near me and by far the worst, has been for at least the last 5-6 years. Once in a while I'll give them a try because it's so close to home and it's a massive regret everytime. The drive through is so slow it winds through the mall parking lot in multiple directions and people fight about their spot in line, I've even been rear ended on two seperate occasions while in the drive through. Getting your correct order seems to be a 1 in 5 chance and when it's right it's always sub par. At one point all 3 ice capp machines were broken for months, another time the only toaster in the store was broken for months so all hot food was either not served or microwaved. The debit system is constantly down and only this location so it's a them issue not debit. The homeless problem is everywhere but this location attracts it the most. The ONLY positive I can think of is that this locations 24 hours (I think anyways). It's faster and less stressful to just drive 10 minutes across town to another Tim's. I've seen them send people from corporate to retrain staff, and it runs like a well oiled machine while they're there, as soon as they leave its instantly horrible again.

Manjinder and other tall Arab fella do an amazing job they are super fast at taking orders in front and at drive thrus and tbey always makes sure I get the perfect amount of espressos in my coffee. They are going to go far and they speak amazing English as their 2nd language.

Just like gas stations have to have washrooms coffee shops have to have plug inns I can't believe that a owner of a coffee shop got plates installed with security screws holding it on. This is so retarded cheap and just a weird thing to do in this Era I will not let this one go owner your not going to like me unless you change that and remove the plates, what about school kids that need to do their studies. Kids start packing security screwdrivers sold at hardware stores for $20. Are you not in this for the kids.maybe I was a little hard can you please just remove the plates I don't need to ask anyone else I asked you the owner

It's always nice to go to a place where the service is smiling, replaces orders when wrong, and does not mind going the extra mile.

Extremely slow service everytime I'm in this store I avoid it as much as possible. Today I had to come here because the restaurant is open late the sign says 11pm drive thru 24hr. This is NOT true they are only open until 10. This is how they lock the door I don't know it's just kind of erie.

To take orders, it will take a while as there is only one counter open usually, and the wait for the food takes several minutes. I felt like not much privacy while dining in (my opinion). Other than these things, it's a good place.

The best food i ever had in my here, I have enjoy fresh beverages over here and staff give their best to customers and have a great understanding with each other. Definitely going back. Strongly recommended.

I visited this Tim’s for a family reunion, it was nice and clean. The service was great and fast.

I really liked their camp day decorations. It was in different vibrate colours. I love their food, staff, atmosphere and what not. They are serving the most fresh food in the area. Keep doing good work Tims.

Ordered 2 large chili's and got one. Went back to complain and they gave me the second chili. But a small one. Didn't notice it was small until we already left and were too far to go back. Tim Hortons customer service has gone so far down hill. 0/10

I love Tim Hortons breakfast! I don’t normally go to this location. The last three times I came here to order food they have gotten my order completely wrong. Very upset

Meduim coffee not full. I checked when I arrived at my destination so could not go back. Just disappointed and sad to get taken advantage of.

Im honestly surprised by how poor the service is at this location. Been ordering an oreo iced cap a lot but every time its different. The inconsistency in the flavour is astounding. The service from the staff is so unwelcoming. Even today, ordered a simple large “iced” coffee which was room temp with like 2 pieces of ice on top. Ive learnt my lesson, not ordering from this location ever again. Might try other locations but really dont wanna waste my money on this level of incompetence. Always ruins my mood. Btw the place was full of smoke for some reason. Dont know if someone burnt something in there.

Not where one should go for their sludge, Joe, dirt, Java, go juice, jitters, mud, rocket fuel, or worm dirt. Makes an acceptable bagel, however.
