Absolutely atrocious, the girls working are extremely rude, pushy and on more than one occasion don’t give back my card, when I ask for it, they hand it without saying a word and close the window. The experience I have here isn’t a 1 in 10. It’s every. Single. Time. (It’s the closest on my route to work) unfortunately but days off / I make sure to tell everyone to avoid this one.

Went in, had a pee, stepped on broken glass in the filthy bathroom. Went to order, got 4 croissants to bring home. They’re all old and hard. Thanks.

They have a legitimate, no exaggeration, 95% fail rate for orders. The order is missing something or incorrect.
All that done with attitude. I wish I could give Tim Hortons my business but I keep having the same experience no matter where I go in the lower mainland

Vile washrooms, no soap, no hand sanitizer anywhere… customer service was awful, I had to repeat myself several times to clarify my order. My food was clearly premade and sitting there for some time. Hit a different Timmies if you can.

Awful just awful coffee and customer service today. I came back because my coffee tasted like water and the staff met me with rudeness refusing to take the old coffee back at first. One staff member agreed to make me another coffee with a smile but it still tasted awful. All the employees were laughing while this occurred as well- unprofessional. This used to be my go to location and I think I will go elsewhere now instead.

Staff friendly and location is clean but the food quality in general from Tim Hirtons is noticeably worsened.

I don’t know what it is about hiring, training or just regular experience, but WHY are you hiring the same people? !? ! WHY are you refusing to train new hires with customer service acknowledgement. Not wanting business is insane, but just say that please.

I go up to drive thru this morning to order, get laughed at through the speaker. Your “employees” if you can call them that, snickering, joking around, absolutely unprofessional while taking to me. Making me feel laughed and mocked at. Sandwich not sliced, rushed out. Honestly feel like you guys have so much money you don’t even care anymore.

Really glad I didn’t end up working for you after my teenage years, if this is the waste of quality you have derived from. Timmy’s used to have quality, good employees and a staple environment.

Glad to know you lack this, I’m taking my business to a small town, overpriced cafe. At least my $80 sandwich and $12 coffee comes with a smile and a feeling of being wanted.

Seriously what is wrong with you guys. Every single time I go to this Tim Hortons there’s something wrong, wether it’s over cooked chicken in your wrap or missing pieces of your order they will literally do the opposite of what they’re supposed to. Just ordered a a classic bagel belt through drive thru & got a stale rock hard bagel with no tomato. It really shouldn’t be that hard.

I buy french vanilla with half coffee from drive thru this shop everyday. They give me one day what I want, another day only french vanilla. Even I ask while paying is it right, did you put coffee in my french vanilla. They say yes but no. They do not care what you order. They are just trying to finish order as fast as they can at drive thru.

I just ordered through Uber Eats, and I ordered chicken noodle soup (among other items) and what I received was watered down broccoli cheese soup. It was absolutely disgusting. I understand that ordering food late at night, you run the risk of things being out of stock. But sending us not only the wrong soup, but a very watered down version of a different soup? That's absolutely not ok. Won't be back to this location.

Seriously the slowest staff ever. Took bout 10 mins for a hot chocolate and ice cap. Staff just walked around confused.

Don’t waste your money on this timmies lol.they always rush you out the driver thru and the ice caps taste weird, not once but every time.

This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. I should know better to drive to a further Timmies with better service versus coming to the one closest to my workplace. Every time I order they tell me to wait at the ordering sign when there is no one in front of me or behind me in the line. Then they tell me to pull forward (and I’m assuming so they can have the order ready and correct their “wait time” for drive through). But each time they have done this, they forget an item that part of my order. So I decided to write a review today. Thanks for the chilli and butter minus the bun.

A dozen donuts was actually assorted, service was fast & friendly. From a guy who spends thousands of $/year at Tim's: better than the average TH.

Store is very uninviting for people to buy food and do some computer work. All of the power plugs are shut down and there is no bathroom key, available. When I asked to use washroom they looked at me blankly and kept working. Finally one of the staff came out and used an old Tim's card to Jimmy her way into locked bathroom, throwing the card on a table by the door for the next patron to figure out. As much as I enjoy the escape room style experience, I think they should figure this out.

The service here is terrible: slow, chaotic and the orders are often incorrectly made. The team is very inefficient and does not listen or communicate effectively both with each other and the customers. I always kick myself when I break down and give this location another try. I'm always disappointed. 1/10 do NOT recommend! It's worth it to drive a little farther up the road to get your Timmies, trust me.

If I could give them 0 star, I would. I asked for Oreo Cookie Crumble and they gave me the regular ice cap. I asked her what drink is this, she said that’s what we have. I showed her picture and told her this is what I want. Then she put some cream on top and that’s it. For this drink I had to wait for 20 minutes. And the service is very poor.

I got very sassy attitude i asked for assorted tim bits then farms egg and shreds rap with no meat he lost it
not to mention the tim bits tasted a week old

Very unprofessional behaviour, customer has to wait too long, workers were very unprofessional, they make our drinks out of this world, workers shouting in their language and they talk very loud, one girl even didn’t very uniform (she is standing there and talking too loud. Seriously its very disappointing.

Completely sucks ice caps taste fizzy and not completely filled and not even mixed properly

So first off, the food is fine. It's standardized so every Tim Hortons is basically the same.

But the staff and wait times are ridiculous.
I had experience with long wait time before, so decided to order on mobile. Well this time it took 30 minutes for a coffee, 2 bagels and a muffin!? !? !
And this is with reminding the staff about it. At the end, they just said "on sorry we got confused with the order". Seriously!? !

I used to really love Timmy's. You guys used to be good and fast. At this point neither word describes your service.

I am a regular customer for Tim Hortons love the iced coffee. Service and quality of food is super.if you want a quick snack of affordable lunch tim Hortons is a great.

Food and drinks were appetising and cleanliness was on peak. They made good client relation. Moreover, the freshness of bagels was luscious. Overall, the dynamic experience mesmerised me.
