Tim Hortons

If this store doesn’t carry the wraps and bowls it shouldn’t have them in the menu at the drivethru. It’s not hard. C’mon Tim’s, be better.

On the other hand the staff was super sweet to my 4 yr old son when we were getting Tim Bits.:)

My recent visit to Tim Hortons had me craving a comforting cup of their renowned double-double coffee. Unfortunately, what I received was far from the satisfying brew I had in mind. The disappointment began as soon as I took my first sip.

The coffee lacked the rich, robust flavor I associate with a double-double. Instead, it tasted like a weak and underwhelming concoction. It was evident that the coffee had not been properly brewed, leaving me with a sense of dissatisfaction.

Adding to my dismay, the “double-double” aspect of the coffee was also disappointing. A proper double-double should strike a perfect balance between the richness of cream and the sweetness of sugar, but this one missed the mark. The cream seemed insufficient, and the sugar failed to blend seamlessly, resulting in a less-than-ideal mix.

I couldn’t help but wonder if there had been a lapse in quality control during my visit, as Tim Hortons has a reputation for delivering consistent coffee experiences. The friendly service and welcoming atmosphere were consistent with what I expect from the chain, but when it comes to coffee, taste matters most.

In conclusion, my order of a regular double-double coffee at Tim Hortons was a letdown. It lacked the proper brewing and mixing, which are fundamental to a satisfying coffee experience. While I appreciate the convenience and the brand’s history, this visit left me questioning whether I’ll return for my coffee fix in the future.

This Tims have only drinks and donuts if you wanna buy some sandwich or wrap you must chose another one.

Been here few times for early morning coffee and bagel. Service was quick, didn’t have to repeat myself on the drive through.
Followed instructions.
Coffee and Bagel were upto Tim Hortons standards. No long wait either, service was quick.
No complaints so far.

Worst Tim Hortons ever. They don’t even have a microwave, if you order a chocolate croissant you are getting it cold and with a hard chunk of chocolate inside.

Tim Hortons is the best. It offers thr best coffee and food in whole canada and even is given the best in Canada award also they have timbits which are absolutely amazing. Thats a must try item on the menu and even their coffee.

This store is horrible.thèy will not let anyone in the store that looks homeless they discriminate against people if u appear homeless they will kick u out suddenly washroom is out of order if u have a backpack on they deny service I saw 2 university students denies service because they had backpacks on please boycot this location management are vary ignorant

I love this Tim Hortons! Every single person that works there is always so nice and friendly and let me tell you, that is hard to come by. I have been to many Tim Hortons and by far THE BEST! They’ve never messed up my order and for that reason alone I will drive out of my way for tea or coffee. To the ladies working today (Monday, March 6,2023 - 4: 30pm) you guys are truly the best and love seeing your beautiful smiles when I go pick up my 3 coffees with my tray on the side

Always messing my order up I'm constantly asking for a stir stick too make sure the so called workers haven't jist left the sugar at the bottom of the cup

Worst service at a time Hortons yet. Im generally understanding not having certain things available during a “rush” however I went through around 330 pm on a Sunday.all I wanted was a steep tea, iced tea and 2 donuts. All of which was too much for them to handle. I made my order.made it to the window where somehow they forgot about our entire conversation.they didn’t have any of the donuts I requested and I settled for the ones they told me they had… I drove straight up to the window and somehow they no longer had any donuts? In the 5 seconds it took me to drive to the window? After they kept saying “let me check if I have those” every single time I asked for something.

Save yourself your sanity and don’t ever go to this location.

Got stuck in drive thru waiting because they don't advertise they don't have food here until you roll up to the menu

Tuesday morning (around 8: 30) November 30 I had the absolute BEST customer service. The ladies at the window were so kind and sweet. They were fast and efficient and took a second to say hi to my dogs whom I had in the car with me.
