Tim Hortons

Not as good a selection as some because it's small. I also don't like the fact there is always this one homeless guy begging at the entrance. They let him come in to use the bathroom and sit at the tables without buying anything. Get rid of him!

Manager of tim Gurleen have really good customer service and there team members are slso very helpful nice place i eould recomend to all to visit there again

This is probably the only location of Tim Hortons where all the ingredients in your food are fresh

Guy give me very hot coffee but some Tim hortons are working girls and they give horrible service but these guys are good and make hot coffee.

I'm super appreciative of Gurleen and her morning crew of Ravneet, Asmaan, Vasu, Gurwinder and Rushel! (Sorry if I missed anyone.) Every morning I witness how efficient and hard working this team is. This location can at times be extremely busy. They constantly handle it with composure, grace and a friendliness that is unmatched.
I'm in and out in no time flat, and leave happier that when I entered. The warm greetings and overall experience make visiting a nice part of my morning routine.

The order was given incomplete! To which the employee later said that he was missing something after the fact. The employee was not polite and rude.

The wors services, I had been waiting for 20 minutes for taking my order. Nobathy was there, but any of the personnel took my order.

New staff every time I have gone there. Unfortunately, the food they serve is old. For example, along with my meal, I got potato wedges, and they were hard and stale. Plenty of parking.

This Time Hortons is very poorly managed. I feel bad for the staff that work there. This location is always busy and always understaffed. The two ladies working there today are trying their hardest but still had a hard time keeping up. I waited for ten minutes to order & get two bacon breakfast sandwiches. I asked for ketchup on them and didn't get any. Its not a big deal but this happens constantly because they're understaffed. Management needs to staff a busy location correctly.

Easy place to grab a coffe and breads. Service can be faster when busy hours. Place sometimes dirty but acceptable.

10 minutes of waiting, not a single employee taking orders. I ordered 6 donuts and even repeatedly pointed out the one I wanted, yet I was still given the wrong donuts. Also, if it was the only issue I would've let it go, but they lock their doors at 8 even though they don't close until 9. This Tim Horton's is wilding, and I don't even think the manager does any managing.

The atmosphere and the food are nice but the biggest issue is that you always have to wait 10 minutes to order because of the slow service and huge lineups.

The most chaotic Tim's I've seen in a loooonng time. There are two sides of the counter and they give the order to either side of the counter at random and whisper your name. Been there 15+ times and it's been crazy at least 5 of the times.

I downloaded the app and registered in order to access coupon discounts. The staff was not able to scan it. Something so elemental and basic could not be done. I had to pay full price, even do I walked extra to a tim Hortons place… next time I’ll just go somewhere else.
