Tim Hortons

Always busy, come here if you have time to waste. Every time I’m in here it’s so busy. And takes 15+ minutes for a pumpkin spice latte. Very unsatisfactory.

As the only vehicle in the drive through I thought what can possibly go wrong? This experience was an experience.
Ordered 20 TimBits and received 16. Ordered a blueberry muffin and a latte, No order confirmation from drive through staff. Had to confirm order at cashier.
I was not sure what to expect, 2: 45PM and not busy. I can only imagine.

This must be one of the worst locations, the staff at this location don’t care about the customer service they provide nor do they care to improve what they lack in customer service, they all act like they own the store, it there way or the highway. However I feel they are not all to blame, this comes down to leadership store management or the owners. Why be in the customer service industry if you can’t train your staff to provide just that? Just today I waited 20 mins in the drive thru line up to get one coffee, if there was a way to get out of this line up I would’ve. When I asked the drive thru lady about why such a big line up today she gave me the dirtiest look and said she doesn’t care, WOW! This is the person who just served me my coffee, NO THANKS, I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

Waited 5 minutes in the drive thru, no help provided to us and 3 other vehicles. Ended up driving off while staff sat around and watched us leave, despite calling out for assistance multiple times.

Honestly I would give half star if I could. Go at lunch time and this place is SLOW.huge line up of people one till open (meanwhile you can see a person mopping, one person making food. 3 people in drive thru). Asked for no tomatoes on sandwich on my order.after waiting 6 min for it (due to staffing as stated above), still got it wrong with tomatoes on it. Honestly this store doesn't care about service, they all rather stand around & talk then work. I worked at Mcds for a decade, so I have some insight on how a store should run and this one falls so flat.they seriously need to bring someone in and do a huge training overhaul on this store.

Coffee taste burnt. Tried to order breakfast leaving for a 12 hour road trip and told no food. Only drinks.

They don't listen when you place an order. Multiple times I have ordered something, only to be rushed through the driv thru for them to be missing items.

Two mornings in a row now I have ordered a steak and EGG sandwich, and getting a sandwich with no egg.

Tim Hortons is a joke

Ruined my experience for any future visits to tim hortons. Went here Aug 15 around 9PM and ordered 2 crispy chicken wraps.
We were vomiting & had Diarrea an hour later

I typically go here because it's right off the highway and real close to work, but I'm going to have to go to another location. My order is always very simple, and I order it real slowly so they hear me and have time to enter it into the system. XL steeped tea w/ 2 cream and 2 honey and a cinnamon bagel toasted with butter. EVERY SINGLE TIME, I'm told to wait while they check to see if they have a bagel, and left waiting someone's for 2 minutes while a line grows behind me. I was there just before 6am this morning and it's a 24 hour drive thru. They should by have to do an inventory check for every customer. Not to mention, they still screwed up my order. I'm done with this location. It's a waste of my day, and they keep screwing up my order.

Update:
I thought I would give it a try as I was heading out and needed a quick bite. I sat in the drive thru for about 5 minutes, it didn't move. Thankfully, nobody was behind me and I could back up and park to walk in. I go in and only one cashier is working, a lineup is building as I see only a few staff casually walking around in the back. I stood as the cashier served a family who was mildly confused on the order and trying to sort everything out. No attempt made to open up the second register, no sense of urgency. Honestly terrible service. Last time I come here.

Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever gone to but it’s the only one on my way to work.
Don’t bother with a mobile order- they don’t know how to do them and you stand there anyway telling them what your order is 3x over (literally) for at least 10 minutes. Has happened to me a few times. Also don’t go inside, they’re under staffed and you also wait forever. Your best bet is drive thru!

I am really, really upset with the fact that it's supposed to open at 5am and more then 5 times, I show up at 5: 15already late for work, and Noone is there except auntie who only cooks the doughnuts and bread.and I've had it where I show up at 615 and still not open.

I spend a lot of money at Tim hortons and am starting to make McDonald's my go to for less headache and guaranteed they are open 24hrs.

Also, to top it all off, I call head office and email them just so they have an understanding of one of their franchises.and they say I'll be contacted.still waiting

Staff is slow here. Even if you order ahead of time, they typically don't make your order till after you've arrived which sadly defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

Worst drive through I have ever been in. They make you wait at the speaker while they help the other speaker… then they start your order, tell you to wait a minute, take the other persons order, forget you are there… then you say “hello” and they ask if you want anything else… then you get to the counter and there is an older Asian woman in glasses that basically throws your food at you (morning)

This is not an isolated incident- WORST customer service.

Worst Tim hortons. Staff always gets my order wrong and don’t care about service. They don’t want to serve what you want to order everything is always out of order. Worst staff

Staff did not speak clear English. It was very difficult to understand what was being said.

A woman wearing glasses, about 50 years old, this is the most rubbish service I have encountered in Tim Hortons. Got my meal wrong and then didn't give me my change! Most rubbish service, and quality of food!
I will not tips for your service and tell everyone not to go there ！Your quality, service, and mentality are not suitable for any service industry!

I find it very odd that they feature items on they show items on their menu display screens that are not available anymore. No, I don’t mean “out” and waiting for resupply. I mean “discontinued”. This is what I was told. When I told the cashier, they didn’t care. Service is slow, too, and the staff seem to completely lack work ethic. Best to avoid this location if you can!

I usually come at this location. There is girl usually working in evenings her name is Manpreet who is very kind and sweet. She always greet me with smile. I never got such type of guest experience before. Keep it up

Worst experience ever. 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, that ended up getting mixed up with the next person in line's order. Both bottoms of the bagel & a B, L, with no T.

Stay away from this franchise, go to the one across the highway.
