Tim Hortons

Saw that girl was on phone and making my wrap with same clumsy hands. 1. Why her supervisor did allow phone while works 2. Did she have any idea how many germs our phone contains and, she had these gloves on but what of the use when she hold the phone with same hand and making customers wrap and coffee with same dirty hand.

Please guys increase hygiene and customer centric approach

Very bad customer service and very slow… just horrible if I had the chance I would put zero star.

The hashbrown in my farmers wrap tasted as if it had been sitting out for so long that it became stale, buy they quickly fried it so it was warm and popped it in the wrap. Quite disappointing, and hurt my teeth to eat too!

Very often I eat at Tim Hortons and always good, but this one is the first time I see small portions of food, like I ordered a chicken wrap which is seems ordered a veggie wrap and let’s do not talk about the hot chocolate, like hot water with the chocolate color.

Dirty tables, out of Oreo ice cap even though it's on the menu. My son ordered 2 cookies and he only received 1.

Came in tonight looking for soup and they were out. Then when I asked for a loaded wrap it was very difficult to convince the employee to fire up the grill apparently because it had just been cleaned and the employees were far too lazy to bother. So, to be clear, no soup or grilled wraps at a busy Tim Hortons on a Saturday evening, two hours before they closed. They should have cleaned the grill 30 mins before closing not over two hours before. It's like they don't want your business and it's insulting. This is every Tim Hortons now. I hate Tim Hortons.

Worst Tim Hortons ever, always not enough people working, always lines in the morning/lunch, never can seem to remember to make dark roast coffee so every time you go in after waiting 20 mins in line you know it will be another 5 mins for your coffee to brew, Got there yesterday morning at 6: 30 am and nobody came to the till for 10 minutes, the person making sandwiches had ear buds in so he couldn’t even hear me asking if there was anyone else working there, if I was the owner I would fire everyone and start again with a new team

Worst tim hortons service ever!
Got two sandwiches with lettuce tomatoes and other stuff in it.but got two buttered bagels it’s so disappointing after spending money never get satisfied with their service! Sometimes we could just let it be but everyday it shouldn’t happen! Always huge lineup but customers still wait patiently but after this much of wait what are we getting? Rude customer service and missing items! Everyday nobody has this much time to go and complaint but this time i went back to show them when i call manager she said o yes they are missing! We all understood things happen due to busy hours but not every-time on the top manager has no courtesy to ever apologize! If customers are being patient staff should respect their time and money and shouldn’t show rude faces!

We went to this location and `Vanshika’ was amazing. Her customer service was so good she treated my 3 yr old daughter so well.
Drinks were not so good though but because of her customer service I’ll remember my visit. Thanks Vanshika!

The bread of my sandwich felt like not baked properly but over all, I.really enjoy the food at Tim Hortons

Tim Horton is always my go to place. First visit to this store on my way to Ladner. The place is spacious and with sitting place outside. I got iced coffee and everything bagel with cream cheese. Service is fast, staffs are nice.

Locals who dine in at this location are great! Service is poor, they don't listen well. Ordered an iced cap, they gave iced coffee. They said we paid for an iced coffee but we definitely paid and ordered an iced cap. We wanted to get it fixed but they walked away. Ordering online is better.

Update 07/11/2023: service is much better! The ladies behind the counter are hard at work to get us what we ordered. Thank you!

PAINFULLY SLOW
Do not bother going in unless you have at least an hour to order and wait for your items. It’s always been like this. Not sure why this store can’t keep up like some other locations.

This place has gone downhill over the past couple years. Every time I stop by they’re always short staffed, with only one or two workers visible behind the counter. The service is incredibly slow because of this; I’ve ordered 10 minutes in advance on mobile before only for me to arrive and see that my order’s still not done. The place is also incredibly filthy a lot of the time, and severely under stocked with donuts and bagels during the afternoon. Even if you can handle all of that previously mentioned stuff, to top it off, the food doesn’t even taste that good. I still have a bit of nostalgia surrounding this place since it’s where my friends and I would often stop by and hang out during my high school years, but it’s clearly changed for the worse. Save your money and go to a nearby café instead for some decent food and coffee.

I went to tim Hortons inside tsawwassen mill mall. I ordered one large french vanilla with quarter coffee and a glass of water. Then I was waiting for my order and I was given the glass of water first. I asked the staff " manveer kaur" as to how much u charge for the glass. She said 10 cents. I said ok. I was then given my coffee which I when hold was hot enough. I asked for a sleeve and said that with hot coffees plz give cup sleeve as well. I don't know why she got annoyed at my asking for a sleeve and in a very rude and arrogant manner told me that because I charged you 10 cents for water cup, it pinched your heart and that's why you are saying coffee is hot and sleeve not given with it. I felt extremely unpleasant with these pinching words said by manveer kaur, just because coffee was hot and I asked for a sleeve. The other customers present disapproved this behavior and ruthless words she said to me. How can your employees be so disrespectful towards the customer who just asked for a sleeve. I asked the staff that I want to talk to the manager, but manveer kaur said that manager is not here. I asked the contact number of the manager at which manveer kaur mocked at me and said I will give u her email id, go ahead and do anything you want. I mean instead of apologizing she was again being arrogant. She slammed a paper on table on which she said that she wrote the email id of the manager and her name (picture uploaded). Even manager is misspelled by her. The email id of the manager is also incorrect. I have never experienced such rude, arrogant and unfriendly customer service ever in my life. Such an experience that too at tim Hortons is unacceptable.

The staff are friendly. Whenever I visit this place, it is around 830am on a weekend before I head over the border to fuel ️ up. At this time there is only one person preparing the breakfast orders and one or two to take orders. I usually have to wait under 10 minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich. They tend to toast the bread too much because they send it into the toaster one too many times. I'd suggest perhaps adjusting the toast level on the toaster and do it once correctly to save time. I ordered an apple fritter this time as a side treat. It was a little dry, which tells me the pastries are not fresh. Maybe they are trying to save money. Compromising quality is not the way to keep customers or save money. Invest in better practices.

Staff were pleasant and accommodating, It's a Tim's.they did their jobs very well.
