Always friendly and fast. We usually get coffee from the drive thru in the mornings and it’s always fast.

I was in a drive thru tim hortons and starting my day and then the one who worked there literally told me to say what I want fast in a mean and attitude way. I always stop over here to to get my breakfast never again. Something wrong with y'all employees.

Staff has been short and impatient the late few times I’ve gone, if they’re understaffed and stressed why not add more people so they can stop being rude to customers

One of the crew at Tim Hortons inside Esso mountain highway was using his bare hands getting the muffins for take out order. Even if he washed his hands, that is not the Tim Hortons safe food handling. He was touching coffee pot etc as well.

Only plain timbits and no boston cream donuts, tim hortons used to be soo much better when they actually baked donuts

I got a gift card that costed 25$ but it didn't work for them and they had to charge me again but didn't refund the original transaction so I got charged 50$ for a 25$ gift card.

I just ordered 1 medium coffee and they give me wrong order. I found it when i arrived at my job. (I think it’s french vanilla. I am not really sure what was it because I only drink black coffee). I called this location for couple times to let them know that they give me a wrong order but the phone was just ringing and no one was answering. I am so disappointed for the service. My day is not complete without drinking my black coffee in the morning.

Close to our house but awful service. Drinks are wrong all the time. Food items are always done wrong. Grilled cheese is never grilled. Better training!? !?

I got a hair in our food twice.puke

Never have half the menu.always it if everything and unapologetic about it.
