Tim Hortons

It's not getting any better.it's getting harder and harder to like coming/going.

We came 3 days in a row while in the area. 2 of 3 days we had average service while one of the days was not satisfactory. That day, we were ignored for at least 5 minutes by all workers while we were waiting to order (at the appropriate place to order). It seemed a bit chaotic behind the counter. Once we ordered, the food and drinks were very slow to be completed. Good location though.

Friendly staff, but I think their sugar machine is broken, and they haven't fixed it. If you want 2 sugar in your drink, you really want 4-5 at this location because they cater to the older population. 2 sugar = 0 sugar.

We were at another restaurant and left to come to Tim's because it was much more affordable.

Parksville. Terrible service. People at the order counter are trainees with no supervision. Watched as two orders ahead of us had errors. Ours did too. One employee argued with us even though we pointed out that our $23.00 bill HAD to be more than 2 coffees and a donut. Finally got it straightened out, but what a hassle.

The front of house needs to figure out a system to get that line moving. 20 min wait for a coffee … either a line for just drinks or have 2 people on one till. Like it use to be when Ed and Lilian owned it

I really like the atmosphere, good coffee, and nice interior. This is a good place to study or chill with friends. The drinks are good If you’re up for a fresh place with beautiful architecture then this is a must to visit. And also krishna helped me for placing a order and nice service and cleaning the good lobby from krishna

Give me a metal or plastic spoon please. I already broke a spoon before I even started to eat my chilli. The fact that spoons are cardboard and knives and wood, is a step too far. I don't need paper pieces in my food and splinters in my sandwich.

Oh and have fun eating off the texture of the new cutlery. It's exquisite.

I go to Parksville Tim Hortons regularly and the people are awesome but my son bought me a gift card for $50 for mother's day, of course didn't get or keep the receipt and there was $0.00 on the card. I know what can be done well nothing is the answer. I'm pretty sure that their records would show a $50 discrepancy for that day but the manager wouldn't even consider the possibility. Not very happy with them.
My son went into Tims and they gave him a new card and an apology to me.

Went to drive through at quiet time. Just a few cars in front. Line up slow. Finally ordering snd they no longer have chicken rice soup. Another 10 minutes in lineup to escape.

Our frequent stop on every visit to Parksville. Service is fast, they don’t waste time but if it’s rush hour the line might be slow but that’s about it.

Tim's is always busy but the staff are very good about getting the customers orders and always friendly.

Their customer service is quite good especially Lala provided me best customer service. Five stars for her

Should Tim Hortons' management be upgraded?
This is my second low review for Tim Hortons. During my trip on Vancouver Island, my day was ruined again by Tim Hortons. I ordered the Steak and Egg Homestyle Biscuit meal but my steak was replaced by bacon. How did this happen?
Plus, I don't eat pork because I'm allergic to it, so this breakfast made me feel sick.

This place is a joke, made our order wrong (wraps) when I brought them back with bites taken out of them they opened them up on the prep table to check the contents contaminating the prep table. They then remade my order I double checked it once I got to the car instead of driving back to the beach for lunch with my gf. When I checked them again they had put the wrong meat in my gf’s wrap. This is the 2nd time they got my order wrong twice, they might get an order right 1 or 2 times in 10 visits. Last time they gave me hot chocolate instead of coffee. This is the place to go if you don’t already have trust issues with Tim Hortons, good luck friends!

Can somebody please change who doing the orders what is so hard in making an order right. I understand if it a once in a while mistake but come on this been happening way to often and it's not a coffee mistake is a big order like wrong sandwich or soup. I would go to another Tim's but it way to far.update: since my last review, I'm surprised at how much they improved im very impress and they certainly earn my 5 star

Love it here in Canada. Well presented tasty snacks. Reasonably priced. We don't touch Tim's in England.we'd need a ban loan they are so expensive there.

All the usual high standard you would expect. Clean, friendly service, good food and excellent coffee.

Few minutes wait.
Tried almond milk in my tea for the first time. Didn't order it.
Tasted alright. Let's see if that's my Earl grey order from now on.

Timmies needs to sharpen up. Most of the staff are amazing but the last two weeks has been horrible product wise, Iv been getting the wrong drink continuously and today I got a BLt, Ithey put a sausage patty on it and the poor excuse of a lettuce and no mayo or sauce what's so ever, I will no longer support a business when I don't get what I order, I'm not a picky person ither it's just ridiculous

The restaurant is open 24 hours now. Good friendly service. Coffee is always hot and food fresh
