Tim Hortons

Its going to be our coffee place for now on! Its a little expensive, BUT! The COFFEE is worth it! The service, atmosphere, is worth it I only visited twice and was impressed. The only complaint, the chairs are uncomfortable

First complaint. Some guy takes my debit card payment. Then makes my coffee which should have been in the process of being made as I drove up to the drive through window. Then after he takes my payment, he leaves my coffee on the counter and does other things while I'm glaring at him, like give it to me. NOPE, he made me wait until the entire order was filled before the girl gave it to me.
Second complaint. I ordered 2 bowl meals. So as everyone knows, those lids don't ceal like Tupperware. She hands me both stacked one on top of the other. Do you not have bags? Those stupid wooden forks are in a small paper bag which of course the forks are going to fall out! The bowls are not secured and need to be held as you drive. You charge enough, so bag them!
Walking from the truck to the house, the unbagged bowls slid and I nearly dropped them. But in the process of saving the bowls, I dropped my coffee.
Third complaint. Your new point system sucks. It takes forever to get a free coffee. My how greedy you've become. Unlike some, I'm not blindly addicted to your products.

Took almost 5 full minutes for them to answer the drive through microphone at a 6: 00 in the morning. Almost ended up being late for work as the whole experience took close to 20 minutes even though there was only 4 vehicles ahead of me. The order was mine but wrong but I didn’t have time to get it fixed. Avoid this tim hortons at all costs you will end up late and disappointed.

Ordered my food and asked for extra butter in the bag at the drive thru while ordering. Got home and had one butter pack in the bag that was partially open…Didn’t think butter prices were that high

This is shaping up to be the worst Tim Hortons I've been too, every morning, I ask for no mayo of my sandwiches, and more times than not, it has mayo. Also, order a steep tea, and it's usually a 50/50 chance if I get tea or coffee.

Good service and the food was good I actually forgot an item and they called me back so that's 5 stars from me

Was just there and got an everything bagel toasted with plain cream cheese, there was orange in my cream cheese like they used the same utensil as something else, it was gross I threw it out, I'll be going to the one by chevron from now on

I frequently used to go to Tim Horton's. Food are awsome and service too. Some associate are frendly and awsome. I prefer to go every time when I plan to go outdoor.

Typical diner. The tables are always unclean. The doors do not work correctly. The toilets are dirty. Orders are always mixed up. This is my last time here.
At the moment, the scanner is not working for two weeks! Why do you need it at all? Why all these promotions?

I just don't come here anymore that's all.

Are you tired of people getting your order right well man are you in luck with this place you will only get what you order 1 of ten times and on the few times you think they get it right you can be pleasently surprised that your sausage and egger has no sausage congrats on being the absolute worst and making no effort to be better.

I ordered 2 apple fritters the lady told me she only charged me for one

She gave me my coffee and 0 apple fritters
Tied to get my 1 apple fritter but apparently this was too much to ask for
