The customer service representative "Oliver" and other associates are doing excellent service. The service provided at this store is recommendable.

The reason I rated them 3 star was due to the fact that most of the time, the staff were really polite with me and provided great service. However, there are a bunch of cocky staff, who feel they can treat customers however they like. I was with a friend on a Saturday to get some tea and food and this rude cashier literally barked at me, saying “What? ”, when she couldn’t hear me and frowned too. That, to me is utter disrespect and I’m not gonna take such things from people. I mean, come on, you’re in the customer service industry. Have some sense of common courtesy

This Timmy's has got to be the best Timmy's I've ever gone to. They give out the doughnuts so fast as well as their drinks. The drinks they make taste and look super good. Not to fast on giving out the food but it always turns out better than you'll ever expect. I would recommend getting their grilled cheese.

Best Tim Hortons we've been to! We usually get the crispy chicken breakfast bowls and at this Tim Hortons they always make them to perfection. The bowls are always extremely tidy, and taste incredible! All the food and drinks we get here are always made with care, and they never run out of supplies or ingredients like the other Tim Hortons locations always seem to do. That's why we make the extra effort to come here instead of closer locations.

Very slow service on weekends, many employees are working but failed to manage a long queue it’s took above 25mins to get a coffe.

I ordered a dark roast coffee with 5 cream 2 sugar got 2 cream 1 sugar ordered original blend 3 cream 2 sugar got 1 cream no sugar
This is not acceptable it was so hot I burnt my hands even with a sleeve

So I usually try not to complain about yndrinks too often. But today I went in and got my usual (large iced coffee with milk and a small iced cap with cream) I looked at the order they handed me and it wasn't a large iced coffee I politely asked them to remake it. They took the medium and tossed it into the large cup (which I'm completely fine with) but it's just tastes like water now. This is the fifth time this has happened in 3 weeks. So I'm just a little frustrated lol

I was accompanying my older daughter who loves ordering from this location. Ordered a hazelnut cold brew and it was delicious. The gentleman at the till was very polite with my shy gal and the order came very promptly considering the volume of customer orders they were processing.

While it was very busy around noon the staff were friendly and attentive. Shoutout to Kai for having a friendly demeanor and cracking small jokes despite long lines!

I love the food alot, my favorite is the buffalo chicken wrap (if you like spicy try it)
The service is also quick and good the atmosphere i dont have a problem its very solid
