Tim Hortons

5 people were taking orders, and 2 people were in the kitchen preparing orders. Wait time 30 minutes, and they missed some of the food that we ordered. There is no organization in this Tim's.

Creative donut tastes and they are nice when their fresh but tonight they definitely wasn’t. The labels was incorrect, the screens was out of order and the casher got annoyed when she had to explain the tastes and even more annoyed when she had to repeat herself because of my hearing loss. Felt badly treated, she was rude and gave up and ordered a donut with a taste I didn’t like.

Your average TH. Quick service. The space was pretty cold, though, had to pull a jacket on in early September.

We bought 10 pack of Tim bits and 20 pack of tim bits both assorted, but they are all filled with only 3 KINDS! Sad…
People were nice, but quite slow.

40% more expensive than any Timmy in BC, not really sure why, maybe cause the gas is very expensive here too.
Please owner let us know why, other fancy coffee in town are about the same price than you guys.

Timmies should probably raise hourly wages above minimum, long drive and wanted a sandwich, the lady served everyone else except me (settled with super hard croissant). It was 10: 32pm (8/16/2023)

Such a ridiculous staff they have hired. I just went today there is 2 indian girls working. They were so rude. I would say manner less staff.

Was really good, had the best donut ive had in awhile from tims. The donuts were actually fresh. The wait time for my friends sandwich was pretty long though which was a little frustrating.

Worst store. I ordered veggie bowl. And she gave me only tomatoes and lettuce. 9$ for tomatoes only. She should have atleast told me that they are out of stuff.

I ordered a x large tea, 2 tea bags in, and a 1/4 cream. Now, if anybody doesn't understand this, then please tell me what I said wrong.
Now, what I got was a large tea 1 tea bag in the other on the side, not open.mybe 2 sugar don't know, and 1/4 cup of cream, yes that what I said she actually hand me a 1/ 4 cup of cream.

In the true spirit of Tim Hortons, the staff were so friendly, efficient, place was clean and food was perfect. Coffee rocked. Long drive from Southeast Sk to Surrey, BC. Thank you all so much for the clear concise directions of the alternate travel route for Hiway #1. Traveling.this place is a must stop. Timmy's to Timmy's during traveling is an adventure.

I asked for a mocha. I got a watered down coffee with barely a taste of chocolate in it. My boyfriend was the one that went in and he said that they didn't even offer whip cream when I asked where it was.
Also he says they were standing there having an argument while the few customers watched.

I've always got good service at Timmy's. Not here. My drink tastes awful and I'm on a road trip so can't go back.

I love all cultures and mean no offense but I'm assuming that they don't speak much English because my boyfriend said they argued in another language, he could not understand anything they were saying for his order and from reading the other terrible reviews about order mix ups, this could be the problem. Why isn't the head office doing something

Good location, in a Shell gas station right along the Trans Canada, but they close too early (10 pm). I wish at least the drive thru was open all night. I often stop here for gas and am disappointed to find they're closed for the night.

Whatever changed in the last 6 months has resulted in a huge turnaround. Fastest drive through, perfect orders, really friendly staff. Keep up the great work

Avoid. First time at this location and I won’t be back. Ordered a plant-based breakfast sandwich for my girlfriend a few minutes after 11am. Was told only later that they were “out” of Impossible meat. When I asked for a refund (which they didn’t even offer, I had to ask) the manager admitted they only offered it until 11am and weren’t “out”. When I asked why the sign said served until 4pm, his face couldn’t hide he knew it was stupid. Also, it was crowded and nobody seemed to know what was going on. Coffee tasted old and burnt. Didn’t even taste like Timmy’s. My sandwich was poorly cut and the cheese was not only not melted, it was ice cold.

Probably the worst Tim Hortons Ive ever been to. Avoid at all cost if you have a large family. They forgot half our order and then when we did get it they missed a breakfast sandwich and refused to provide it. It was obviously on the receipt but they refused to even look at it. McDonald’s has better coffee anyway so just safe yourself the trouble and go across the the street.

It was an "As Usual" tim horton in the middle Alberta and BC.ln addition to coffee long route driver can charge their phone too.

I was very disappointed with the experience I had at this Timmy's. After the cashier served the customer in front of me she walked away went to the back and never came out and nobody came to the till for 10 minutes I finally had to ask somebody who was serving near the back to please come and serve me, and that person was very confused and wasn't sure of what he was doing. Then I went to use the restrooms and they were disgusting every one of them. I really had bad experiences at the couple of Timmy's I went to during my travels to BC. Definitely turned me off of my Timmy's Cravings LOL I can definitely say I won't be going to them again on my next trip.

Literally the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been in. Took 25 minutes for myself and 5 cars in front of me to go through. Food and coffee were decent, however

Handy to have a Tim Hortons nearby out hotel but they'd run out of chicken as so couldn't help us with our preferred menu options. The staff were friendly and helpful despite this. The place itself looked clean.

They are quick and efficient could cook their bacon abit more but always have great serve and drinks.

3 times I've been to this tims. 3 times they have disappointed me by over charging, giving me the wrong food or drink. They are so focused on getting their drive thru numbers and getting them thru quickly that they neglecte the walk in clients. Waited 9 minutes in line to order and then waited another 13 minutes for my order and it was wrong.

I understand it is a tough job and one that does not pay well. I respect the people in the industry, and I rarely complain about fast food type issues. But this store has lost my business permanently.

They have tiny bathrooms so be prepared to wait.

I have contacted Tim Hortons to explain the issue. Corporate has contacted me and said sorry, but no response from the store it self.

You guys need to seriously get it together. It takes forever to get your order.employees have no priority to help customers. The line ups are often to long.wait times for a simple coffee is absolutely ridiculous.

Could you please train your employees properly. It's a very simple concept. Make what is shown on the screen. Very simple read it.and then make it.seems like your employees haven't been trained to read them. Can't count how many times. I've gotten messed up orders.

Lastly. Pay attention, to what your making. I've lost count. Of how many times. I've gotten a cup full of old coffee grounds.a coffee that hasn't even been stirred.or just simply the completely wrong. And this is just few small things I've noticed.it's always clean.but no customers, means no business.

It'd be nice to see your customers actually matter. I miss the days of "real" customer service.

The customer service is horrendous. We drove for 4 hours from Banff to get some coffee at 9.30pm but they refused service although they close at 10pm. We requested sincerely but the employee was arrogant and rude. For prolonged drivers, try to avoid this store.

Not impressed, got my iced cappuccino handed to me with coffee dripping all down the sides of the cup. Grilled cheese wasn’t melted.

Service was horrible. Was waiting for my order, they completely forgot about me. At end had to ask again for my order. Would never stop again at this tim Hortons

Rude front cashier. Slammed my orders and also when I asked for a straw. She didn't even smile or made an eye contact or no thank you at all! She also rushed me while ordering.

Customer service is always 10/10 but they are possibly the slowest timmies ever. If there's more than 7 people in the drive thru line (other than morning rush hour) be prepared to wait a half hour. Writing this in hopes that management will work on it.

I was definitely not impressed with the service. I asked for a Large Turkey Beacon sandwich meal and she told me they didn't have any more large buns so would I like 2 regular ones instead, so of course I'm thinking that's nice of so I said yes please for the 2 regular buns instead of 1 large. She ended up charging me for the 2 regular ones instead of the Large combo meal then once she had the sandwiches made and was giving them to me I asked her wheres my potato wedges? I didn't charge you for them so you don't get them unless you want to pay for them. I got a bit mad and explained to her if you don't have what someone want you make up for one way or the other and when someone asks for a combo and you mess that up you give them what they ask for. Not a good response from her so I walked out. Next time I'm in Revy I will go to McDonald's instead and I travel through there a lot.

Service is normally fine. But what grinds my gears is that any time I order a hot beverage (usually a French vanilla), it is always filled 1-2 inches below the top (and for reference the black fill line on the outside of the cup is about a half inch from the top). This is creating less value for the money. Why not just make the cups smaller, or fill up the cups.

We thought we'd try an egg McMuffin again as they advertise they now have fresh eggs! Got slapped together sandwiches, cold, cheese not melted muffins dry. So back to McDonald's or A&W.

Very quick drive thru. But overcharged me for entire meal. Very disappointed when I confronted customer service.

Wow. The coffee was good, but the rest was not. They didn't get any part of our food order correct, even after I attempted to get them to fix it. The bagel with cream cheese was so soaked in butter it was inedible. I'm very unclear how my egg bites became a breakfast sandwich, but it did.

Friendly and very serious about social distancing during COVID times. Staff are accurate with orders and you can tell they have a hard working team behind the counter! Also they have almond milk.

Don’t buy anything there. They gave you less than what you payed.when were asked, they just lied and told you that not included in the combo.

Not the greatest experience, they forgot to include my donut (honey crueler) which I was looking forward to after a week in the woods, and on the breakfast sandwich, the bacon was cold, and so was the cheese. Wasn't savory to say the least. Not a 1 star experience, but plenty of room for improvement

Worst franchise location I've ever experienced.my order was not taken properly.ordered a meal and wasnt asked what I wanted to drink or as a side.took 17: 12 before our 3 meals were ready.

Such great people working there! They always serve so fast. I went yesterday with a full line up of cars and spent less then 5 minutes there. They always get it right as well. Honestly never thought I'd be giving TH a review but the service has been excellent.

Sandwich making kid wear his mask not covering his nose. Didn't fix it when told and when he handed me my food told me he didn't apperciate it. Im assuming his feelings were hurt during a pandemic being told to fix his mask. (Face slap)

Been here more than once. It was quite maintained and tidy. Everything else is typical as any other TH cafe.

No toilet paper, soap, or running water in the OPEN female washroom. Staff was already aware of the issue, bit didn't feel the need to inform patrons.

Location is difficult to get into and out of.very poor city planning.

It was the worst Timmys experience! First we were told the iced cap machine was not ready. So I went with a berry smoothie. When it came to pay, I asked to use my reward points for the drink. The clerk had no idea what I was talking about and said she can’t do it at this location. So I said no problem, I’ll just pay with my app, but please first load $20 on my phone. She had no idea and again told me she can’t do it. I explained that’s weird. Just charge my CC, then scan my phone to add the credit and then scan again to charge my drink. Another lady came to help her. She was just as confused. In the end, they emptied the credit on my app ($1.69) and also charged us the full price on my credit card. She also didn’t give me a receipt. In the end I paid almost $8 for my large berry smoothie. What a terrible customer service! Train your ppl properly! Ridiculous!

Your app update didn't work for me while traveling, so A&W got most of my business.
Your French toast breakfast sandwiches are pathetically small and smell like chemicals...

Constantly disappointed with this location. They may as well throw the ingredients of my bagles into a bowl and it would be better assembled then what I got in my bag. I recieved a tiny skiff of cream cheese and a single thin slice of tomato. The poor quality isn't even off set with quick service.

The supervisor was stressed.
The new staff didn't give out receipts to give order numbers to customers. Then they didn't announce what was in the food bags so people didn't know what was in the bag. I asked for steeped tea and it is all too weak and therefore gross.

My go to drive through, always very quick, usually correct order ;) luckily I'm not too picky and if my order has a mistake ita still hot n tasty:)
My favorite thing about this Tim Hortons is the the inclusion and diversity. Thanks for encouraging and supporting those who may otherwise have a difficult time finding work.

Typical enjoyable Tim Hortons with all the standard food and drink items you'd expect. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms are small.

Poor prioritizing. Had to abandon my paid for breakfast because they decided they had to complete an order for 50 sandwiches before anything else.

We picked up our breakfast here during our coach tour of the Canadian Rockies. Our tour guide pre-ordered the items since they had to make breakfast for about fifty of us bus passengers. We had a choice of 1) Sausage muffin, 2) Egg and Cheese muffin or 3) Veg Bagel, and all us were served a Hash Brown and a Fruit Juice instead of a coffee. Tim Hortons has over four thousand fast food outlets spread over Canada.

Its always here if I just want to sit down first and chill rather than eat a lot.the cozy atmosphere helps me relax in the middle of trips.

Been there a few times, I'm used to unorganised tim hortons, but this one is next level. Had to wait 25 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese. Would normally never leave a review, but this unit does not represent the brand at all.

Very bad service with bad product. I had many good experience with Tim Horton except my recent purchase. Getting back to Calgary from Kelowna trip and stopped by for my normal Iced Capp but found out leading cup causing the drink all over my car cup holder. Sent the email to Tim Horton customer service but there was no feedback at all. Shame on this store!

Chaos in store. Large queues so placed order on Self Service Machine. Wait for my order, some arrives, wait 5 more minutes, nothing else. I ask and they bring one and say the other is unavailable. Why doesn't the machine have this programmed? And when I asked for a refund for that item the staff were clearly pit out by this and huffed and puffed about it. Others were experiencing the same problems.

This place is starting to get pretty run-down and dingy. It is always super-busy and it seems like the poor staff don't have a lot of opportunity or time to tidy up or make food perfectly every time. The food is okay to sub-par and the coffee is adequate. Try using the cold and robotic self-serve ordering screens if you want to save some time. Feels more and more like something from a dystopian futuristic movie or a prison cafeteria every time I go in.

2 stars only for good beverages. Staff on drive thru is very rude. They have no greeting sense. Needs better training. Food is never made properly, usually all over the place in the wrapping.

Not exactly impressed. Ordered chicken fingers and a ham and cheese sandwich. The chicken fingers were gross. I opened my sandwich around three valley gap and realized my sandwich didn’t have cheese and the meat was 4 slices, all in a stack, folded in half. We won’t be buying food here in the future. Tim Horton’s is supposed to be consistent across the country and unfortunately this one was not.
