Visited this morning order up a croissant grilled with butter but received croissant with butter on side when i asked for they said grill is not working?

The Tim app keeps telling me that this lolacation does not have everything bagels, when it does.

Stiff staff, you have to go thru the drive thru lane to get into the restaurant. Mens washroom was out of order. Definitely the worst Tim Hortons I have been to.

CLOSED despite being listed as 24 hour drive through and hours being 'owner verified'.

Two stars just because I have gotten sausage when I place an order for a "Bacon Biscuit" on numerous occasions.

I'm not asking for much when I go to Tim Hortons I know it's probably not the greatest job ever. But what I would like is a Tim bits box that isn't falling apart and a variety pack that actually has a variety of timbits and not just two kinds.

Rina is the hardest working employee i have every seen at a fast food joint.someone should seriously go offer her a job.she works way to hard way to fast and way to nice to be in a place like that.i will be back just for her service

I have routinely gotten cold breakfast sandwiches from Tim Horton's and was the reason I stopped getting breakfast sandwiches. This morning the new steak sandwich held up to the same disappointment. On top of being cold, the English Muffin was not toasted, so it was mushy. This just added to the disappointment reputation. Tim Horton's, if you want help showing how to make a great sandwich, I can come give you lessons. Let me know.

Went in to get a coffee this morning and got a double cup. 4 hours later was told they don't ever give double cups anymore.on my way out I saw food stuck against the glass of the food prep area.been there awhile I'm going to assume as it had a few flies buzzing around there.when I mentioned that it was there. I was told. "ya we know"

Fine except woman claimed she couldn't hear me and sounded terribly confused. Also drive thru is right next to Wendy's so queues get a little tangled. Will avoid this location and go elsewhere on the west side.

Great service usually very busy but fast service. Staff is very polite and respectful for their behaviour. Meal was delicious too. I had coffee from there and drove for 1100 Km straight.

I wish they could find someone who understands english.it is very frustrating. Why did they get today off the raspberry lemonade.the strawberry too sweet.

Arrived at 7: 15 two people in line I front of us. By 7: 40 we were still not served…. Ended up leaving. Nobody said one sec or greeted us. One guy mopping floor. One girl working drive thru and the girl working front wasn’t present for 10 mins. Eventually guy mopping floor got her then he went back to mopping the floor…. Girl served 2 people in front of us then went back to doing something else and still never acknowledged us (group of 4) If management sees this please review your security cams and do some re-hiring as needed. It was not busy or anything.

Need to improve customer service! Make sure orders are correct before giving (morning drive-thru)

Asked for 4 muffins to go and one Cinnamon Bun. Got four muffins crammed into two small bags. Did not get the cinnamon bun. Seemed the workers don't really enjoy it there. Typical Tim Hortons lately.

One employee spoils the bunch. On two separate occasions, one employee here named Sam rejected honouring a Tim Hortons coupon because he didn’t know how to scan it. He was abrasive and adamant about not even trying to input it to the machine. This happened to me and a friend on separate visits. Terrible customer service just to save themselves a few bucks.

I’ve had great interactions with the staff in the past here but if this is the new staff they hire and have in charge at Tim’s, it’s not worth coming to this location.

I suggest going to the other two Tim’s in Westbank. Or Subway coffee and cookies across the way isn’t too bad.

Timmies! Another location of this popular restaurant. Love their Timbits. Not a fan of coffee, so no review there. But I love their hot chocolate. This location is clean. Free parking. Lots of other buisness' close or near by. This one is on the west side of Kelowna. Others are located in Kelowna.

Hands down the best hot chocolate/donut I've had, extremely reasonably priced and just a lovely atmosphere.

Tim Hortons in West Kelowna. 3 people working the drive thru. 1 person making food. 20 mins for 2 chicken wraps. Nightmare.

I don't think I've witnessed such incompetence at a fast food restaurant. With this Tim Horton's being so close to my home I visit it often when in need of a quick bite but the service is laughable. Ordering a sandwich often results in getting buns that are so dry and rock hard it takes considerable effort to bite into it, the only time I've been able to receive a sandwich that was enjoyable was when I verbally requested a bun that wouldn't produce bodily harm. Yesterday I ordered 2 Farmer's Wraps in the drive thru, 1 without chipotle sauce, when I payed I asked which one didn't have the sauce and I was told it was "marked". There was no "mark" to indicate which one didn't have sauce, and to our surprise when opened they both had sauce. When I went back into the Tim Horton's I was told that they thought I had said Extra Sauce, even though I had asked several times which one had no sauce. And then today with me running errands I stopped to grab another wrap with no sauce among other things. I was handed several hot items separately with no bag and when asked for a bag I was handed something a timbit may be held in. To top it off, when I got home the wrap once again, had sauce. You guys suck.

Captions Log 2 - 2/24/2020: Ordered 2 Sausage Farmer's Wraps, 1 with sauce and 1 without. Before leaving I asked "Which one has no sauce? " to which was met with "Yes". As I've learned from previous encounters, I opened one up in the car, and to my surprise both had no sauce. To those keeping score, i'm losing. Perhaps next visit I will make two separate orders. A sad shell of what Tim Hortons used to be since the corporate buyout. They are no longer a Canadian owned company and the food, including Donuts have not been "fresh" since over a decade ago. They thaw the donuts and just add a coating. Even the eggs are frozen. The food is very bland and you can tell it's factory produced garbage. I don't know how they made a grilled cheese taste like nothing but they did. At least the coffee is still decent.

Slowest drive thru ever.been through here twice now and the drive thru was ridiculously slow. Person taking order was very abrupt. Next time McDonald's.

Ordered on mobile. Been waiting for 5 minutes after a 9 minute drive and order of a Bagel and Coffee not ready. What.

Good coffee in this combination outlet with Wendy's. Nice cookies, brownies, rolls, danish or timbits. Friendly personnel that were however not able to deliver our orders without faults. Our ordered coffee was wrongly prepared and our chocolate cookie apeared as a glazed brownie. The tables were covered with newspapers and a few guys were able to posses three tables for twelf. The drive-thru was constantly busy.

V busy esp with the drive thru orders but not to the detriment of the restaurant customers. Super fast service. Friendly & mega efficient. Beyond Meat lettuce tomato biscuit was excellent, much more satisfying than their regular sausage - I miss their turkey sausage, but this seriously good. PS - I'm not a veggie.

They have been slipping over the last few months. Do not listen to you on the speaker, need to repeat yourself several times. Missing items often.

They don't pay attention anymore to what is ordered! Consistently they give you the opposite of at least one of the items ordered.

I arrived here on the Harley with heatstroke! The wonderful woman working the till brought me an ice pack! I cant thank her enough! Now that's a cut above customer service!

Decided to go in to get a BLT and a black coffee. I'm not sure how I messed up but I had to get a refill on my coffee because it had cream in it and the manager who was ordering the BLT an absolute hasle. I just wanted to have a bacon blt but instead I got something with cheese and bacon. I'm very disappointed in how this manager leads his staff and believe he should look into a hearing aid. I hear there are excellent places in Kelowna that can help with that.

Either that or I simply did mix my order up but I know it was certainly made more confusing by the not posing the necessary questions (plain, or 12 seed for example). Normally they seem pretty consistant but today seems to a bad day. It happens I guess.

The Timmy's by the theaters in West Kelowna really sucks they can't seem to ever get your order right

Ordered food thru the drive thru and after I got to my destination and started to eat my breakfast my order was wrong and I got the wrong items in my bag.

I've also had issue with not getting the correct change back when I pay cash at the drive thru.

My breakfast sandwich was warmed to piping room temperature and they confused coffee and tea. Seems they were so worried about the drive through line they couldn't pay attention to the task at hand and those inside the restaurant.
They did politely correct the order when I brought it to their attention. But had I driven away with my tea I would've had no recourse.

Love this location. Mobile order goes through very quick and is ready when I walk in. Staff and management also very friendly and make for a good start to the day. Keep it up!
