Val, the lady who took our order, displayed a concerning level of arrogance and impatience. She continuously scoffed at the length of our order, which is completely unacceptable. Witnessing her licking the frosting on the ice cap and observing flies landing on the donuts inside the container is deeply disturbing. This experience is truly disheartening and raises serious concerns about the hygiene and professionalism of the establishment.

I asked for extra mayo. Lady at the drive-thru said there's an extra charge. I said I just wanted to make sure there was enough on the sandwich. She said yes there was for sure. There was literally one drop of mayo on the sandwich.

Place my order on the kiosk. Received my sandwich in seconds. But they forgot my coffee and my brand muffin. Had to go up and ask for it. They got the order mixed up with the drive-thru. Eventually I got my order. My sandwich was missing it's tomato and the right kind of bun. They weren't interested in fixing it. They had no idea what their default order was on the kiosk. I gave up and left.

Service was quick. Was very clean and modern looking inside. Kiosks near door made ordering seamless.

I always get lunch here when I’m feeling like eating breakfast for lunch, food is great, pricing is still affordable compared to other places in town, and as always, the drive thru is phenomenal; very fast!

I went to grab a few things for breakfast, and they didn't seem to have anything we wanted to order, which happens but when they said they did have an item on the menu, and we chose the one they said to have. They gave us something completely different, which would have been noticed if we looked, but assuming they got the order correct we didn't. There was also possibly an egg shell in the breakfast sandwich as it became crunchy for no other reason. The only reason they did get a star is because they got the coffee order correct.

Always slow, not really busy place in the mornings but very slow staff on simple orders.
Some don't know how to fill up travel mugs fully.
Staff are very friendly though

Waited 25 minutes in drive thru, then went inside and waited 10 minutes. Was completely ignored. I ended up leaving and going to the next one.
