Bad. Slow. Argumentative. Not willing to make it right. Easy fixes but no effort was made.

Terrible breakfast. The hash browns were overcooked and hard. The Bagel Belt and Bacon & Egg muffin meal were both cold. The English muffin didn't seem toasted, and was crumbly and doughy. Everything seemed premade far in advance, and we were the only ones in line! We ended up throwing some of it away. If we weren't heading to the coast and under a time restraint, we would have taken it back. Worse Timmy's experience ever!

Food is good if they don't mess up your order wich happens alot. Pretty simple orders too. And when you go back and try to fix it they push you too the side because they're busy. Horrible service. It's a shame.never used to be like that

It's a Timmy 's and a holiday. I stood at the counter for a bit and finally asked for service. The lady that came was super friendly and made me forget I waited with no one in line. She's the reason they got a 3. If they had acknowledged me, it definitely would have been a 5 with her. Food and coffee are always good.

Came all the way to this one because the okanagan center is closed for upgrades.oh shocker this one is closed for no reason no notice. Who manages this place what a horrible job.

It is extremely irritating to sit in this place. The reason is so simple, it is infested with flies! The other Tim Hortons in the West Bank is even worse!

Window staff what very unprofessional, was sworn at in Punjabi as i was leaving the drive through.

Went here two days in a row, first day they messed up my order second day they are so concerned with pushing food out the window fast we had to throw out our hash browns as they were jammed into the bottom of the bag and smushed into mush. Tim Hortons alwaysssss messes and the quality of everything has plummeted, I no longer go to Tim hortons after endless encounters of frustration of incorrect orders, cold coffee being handed to me knowingly, paying for extra toppings or espresso for my coffee and not receiving these things.

Went through the drive thru, it was slow, there were ni napkins, and the wraps didn't have any way to know which one was which, it was either take a bite out of each one to figure it out, or manhandle each. Service was friendly, but corporate should have a chat with management.

Ordered a frozen lemonade + bacon chicken ranch wrap. Seemed like wrap was just thrown in the microwave for 20 seconds because parts of it were still cold like it had come out of the fridge. Frozen lemonade had some sort of jelly filling dropped on the surface of it. 2 stars because the drive thru was extremely fast, although the coolness of the wrap may have something to do with that. Convinced it’s just this particular Tim Hortons, because I’ve never had this bad of an experience elsewhere and the reviews here are horrid.

Makes an error on my order twice yet start lecturing me as if I am at fault for the cashiers inability to enter the order correctly. I hadn't been to Tims in over 3 years due to this type of service. Figured I'd give it a try.wont be back.

I never write reviews but this experience deserves it.
This experience was nothing short of terrible. I ordered a bagel belt with both bacon and sausage and 2 smile cookies. Didn't get the bacon, sausage was barely warm, lettuce had brown, tomato was slimy, bagel wasn't toasted and doughy. I couldn't get through it. Smile cookies tasted like butter and weren't baked completely. I won't be back and will be discouraging everyone I can to avoid this location. Disgusting.

Wanted to get three orders of potato wedges and an ice Capp. I was told they only have enough for potato wedges for one. The potato wedges where half empty (not comparable to what they usually are) the ice Capp also tasted like water.

Asked for a meal didn't get it.also observed the person serving was handling food while wearing gloves but he gave people their change and handled the till without changing gloves. That's gross as money is very dirty.

Had better service than the Tim Hortons in West Kelowna didn't feel like I needed a car for proper customer service unlike the Tim Hortons in West Kelowna were they put the drivethru first

Miss Perra, not everyone wants their bagel toasted. Take a deep breath and think before you post. Life is too short for that bitterness. God loves you and so do I.

Ordered 2 cappuccino’s the other day with extra espresso shots and I swear they just gave me luke warm frothed milk. Couldn’t taste coffee at all and couldn’t even feel the warmth through the cup.

Repeated my coffee order to the worker 3 times and she continued to try and correct me by changing “cappuccino” to “latte”… If you can’t make the drink just say that don’t give me something I don’t want while trying to make me feel like I’m stupid. I paid for a drink I will not drink because it’s not what I ordered nor what I like. My wrap was also falling apart in the bag and no napkins were provided.
At the payment window we received poor customer service while the worker held the drinks in our car window while passive aggressively saying “here”.
Overall not a pleasant experience i could have made coffee at home if this is what I knew was gonna happen.

Without a doubt, it is the best store and the best service they can give you and the attention is always cheerful.
